Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 395: Letter From Archie
Their lips touched. Arielle gave Ronan as many gentle kisses as he wished. He gently grabbed Arielle’s nape to deepen their kiss. Kiss after kiss turned into a wet kiss. Their lips sucked each other’s. When Arielle slightly opened her mouth, Ronan gently bit her lower lip, teasing Arielle’s lips with his tongue.
"I haven’t seen you since this morning. I thought you were going to visit this afternoon," Ronan said in between their kisses.
Arielle pulled her body away and rubbed Ronan’s lips with her thumb. Ronan knew that meant their kiss was over. "I met Lazarus earlier," she replied.
"Lazarus?" What did he do?"
Arielle almost blurted out about the incident involving Aimee and Lazarus, even though she had promised to keep her mouth shut. She bit her thumb, trying to find another reason. Ronan took the girl’s hand and kissed her thumb that was bitten by Arielle earlier.
"Just talking."
"Talking? Like a normal people?" asked Ronan, making Arielle confused.
Normal people? Wasn’t everyone talking as usual? Was there any other way to say the word? Arielle did not understand the meaning at all.
"You mean without he screaming, crying, or manipulating by pretending to be the most miserable human being in the world to you?" Ronan asked more clearly.
Arielle laughed at Ronan’s explanation. "You shouldn’t be like that. Lazarus is your friend."
"Indeed, but I have to admit, Lazarus is a little hard to talk to normally."
Arielle wanted to admit it because she remembered how noisy it was that afternoon.
"Yeah, we talk normally."
"Weird. Talk about what?"
"Anything."
"Don’t make me jealous of Lazarus, even though I know Lazarus doesn’t deserve to be jealous of."
"Ahahaha, what are you saying? Ronan, you’re so funny," Arielle said in between her laughs. Ronan didn’t know where the joke was because he was serious. He would be jealous if Arielle talked about something serious with another man, even if it was Lazarus.
"We didn’t talk about anything that would make you jealous because Lucas and Aimee were there. I just wanted to introduce... them."
"Oh, have they met?"
Arielle nodded.
"Without fighting or causing an uproar?"
Arielle shook her head because she knew it was a lie.
"Wow, I can’t believe Lazarus could be that mature."
Arielle grimaced and got up from Ronan’s arms.
"Ah, I almost forgot."
"What?"
"I’ll give you something if you give me one more kiss."
"What is it?" Arielle asked curiously.
Ronan took out a white envelope from his back trouser pocket. He immediately raised his hand when Arielle tried to reach for the letter.
"Eh? What letter is that?" Arielle asked in confusion.
"A letter from Archie."
"Archie! I want to read it!"
Ronan was still lying on the carpet. When Arielle tried to reach the letter he was holding, Ronan hid it again.
"I’ll trade it for a kiss."
Arielle didn’t have time for that, yet she still gave Ronan a quick peck on the lips. However, the man shook his head. Arielle also gave a deep kiss, but Ronan still shook his head. She was getting annoyed. Then, she lifted her body to put her feet on both of Ronan’s sides.
Ronan lowered one hand to touch Arielle’s back, which was on top of him, while his other hand was still holding the letter from Archie.
He smiled broadly when Arielle held both sides of his face and gave an aggressive kiss. He began to be lulled, so he closed his eyes to feel Arielle’s kiss. He subconsciously released the letter from Archie to embrace Arielle’s body to get closer.
Ronan lifted his body and gently pulled Arielle’s legs to wrap around his waist. Meanwhile, Arielle could see Archie’s letter lying on the carpet. She used her feet to reach for the letter, but Ronan grabbed her leg, surprising Arielle.
The man lifted Arielle’s skirt higher, exposing Arielle’s long legs. He continued to kiss Arielle’s lips.
"I think that’s enough," said Arielle breathlessly. Ronan let her go.
Ronan laid back down on the carpet while holding Arielle’s waist to refrain her from get off on top of his body.
"Okay, you can open it," the man said, handing her Archie’s letter.
***
The letter from Archie was still tightly sealed with a red wax, and it was marked with the Kingdom of Nieverdell. Arielle couldn’t believe Ronan didn’t read it first. The girl opened the letter and began to read it.
Her heart skipped a beat because this was the first letter she had ever received from someone. And the person who sent it was someone Arielle had never thought of before, her brother.
Arielle got off Ronan’s body, making the man frown. Even so, he also got up to join in reading Archie’s letter for Arielle.
Dear My Sister,
First of all, allow me to say that I am very proud of you. A few days ago, I got the North newspaper and read the news about the announcement of you and the king being engaged. I was deeply moved when I read all the positive responses about you from the people of the North.
Then, how are you there? I’m fine here. To be honest, I’m starting to miss you. I know we don’t spend much time together as siblings, but I sincerely say that I miss your bright and always cheerful self.
I also want to thank you for the wedding invitations you have sent to me. You have no idea how happy I was when I got the invitation. All my tiredness disappeared. I can’t wait to see you again. And I hope that, in the future when we meet again, we can spend a lot of time as brother and sister.
I can’t wait to share my story with you later. However, for now, knowing you’re healthy is enough for me. Until we meet again, I want you to know that I will always support you and will always be proud of you. I hope this letter can convey my true feelings.
I can’t wait to share the story with a cup of tea and a snack.
With love,
Archie.
