Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 483: Rescuing Lord Otis From Xieno

"If you go deeper, you will arrive at the forbidden place I have said. Now come back, Ronan, and calm the others. Your presence is very much needed by them at this time."

Ronan who had returned to his wolf form nodded. Arielle hugged her husband’s neck tightly for one last time.

(I love you. You don’t have to worry about me. I’m strong enough now)

(I love you too, Arielle. Promise me not to get hurt and keep talking to me)

Arielle nodded her head. The tendril tattoo on Ronan’s hand floated in the wind when it was exposed to sunlight then formed a portal. He walked back, and the last thing he saw was Arielle waving at him with a wide smile on her face. His vision was suddenly filled with snow that was falling very hard.

His body was unsteady, feeling very tired even though when he was with Arielle earlier, Ronan felt like he was full of energy. He looked around and saw that he was still in the dragon’s lair where he had fought the dragon group before.

"Your Majesty! Ronan!"

He faintly heard the voice of someone calling him, which he knew well. It was Kael.

"Kael..."

Ronan felt very dizzy and cold. His head felt so dizzy, as if the world was spinning. Before slipping and rolling down, Ronan transformed into a human form, then hit a dry tree where one of the branches scratched his hand quite deep.

Ronan who couldn’t support his weight fell down with a naked body that was piled with a lot of snow.

"Ronan!"

Lazarus screamed in panic became the man’s last memory before fainting.

Arielle saw the shining portal disappear in the blink of an eye. She felt heavy because she saw Ronan who had left. Arielle still wanted her husband to stay longer, but she couldn’t be selfish. If she held back the man’s here, the dragon clan would be furious.

Arielle turned to return to her hut. She had to clean it again before Lord Otis came to visit. But then, she was surprised to find a small dragon hiding behind a tree.

"Lu-Luffy?" Arielle called. She suddenly became nervous because she was worried that Luffy would see Ronan and report it to Xieno.

"How long have you been there, my friend?" asked Arielle who rushed to Luffy.

"Is he your husband, Arielle?" 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎

Arielle gasped. She panicked because Luffy had seen Ronan.

"Um... I can explain... Please listen to me."

"It’s okay. I won’t tell Xieno. I came here to call you."

"Call me? Do you need my help? You were hurt by the other dragons again?"

The yellow dragon with a few pink spots shook its head. With thudding steps, it came out from behind the tree. One of its torn wings was clearly visible.

"Otis. Can you help Otis, Arielle?"

"Otis? Lord Otis? Did something happen to Lord Otis?"

"Actually, this has happened many times, but I can’t bear to see it. Otis is being punished by Xieno."

Arielle frowned, not understanding the dragon’s words. What happened?

"Tell me more, Luffy!" Arielle ordered frantically.

"You don’t have to worry, Arielle. This has happened before. So, this morning Violet came to the castle and told Xieno that she smelled the scent of another human in your hut. Otis denied, but Violet kept urging Xieno. Just now Xieno got information that one of the clothes of another dragon disappeared, and Xieno summoned Otis to be punished."

"Thanks for the information, Luffy. Then, I’ll take Lord Otis right away."

"But Arielle! They might as well punish you!" shouted Luffy, trying to fly behind Arielle who was running fast.

"They can’t punish me! I am not bound by anyone in this Birwick Mountain like Lord Otis that is bound to the dragon clan. I must save my teacher as soon as possible!"

Arielle ran fast. Luffy, the young dragon, flew unsteadily behind Arielle because its wings couldn’t bring its body higher. Several other young dragons in human form laughed at Luffy’s seemingly lousy attempt at flying.

Arielle and Luffy ignored them and continued to run towards the castle. After they arrived in front of the castle, they saw Otis sitting alone in front of the castle grounds. He sat cross-legged on the ground without any foundation.

"Lord Otis?" called Arielle who immediately rushed towards the old man.

"Oh, Arielle, what are you doing here?" Otis asked. He was surprised to find Arielle in front of him now.

"I heard from Luffy you were punished by Xieno."

"Oh... you don’t have to worry. This has happened several times. My punishment is just sitting here all day without eating and drinking. Tomorrow, I can go back to eating and drinking. And I’m sorry that I can’t teach you today."

"Lord Otis... You shouldn’t have to do this..."

"HUMAN!"

Arielle looked up to see Xieno coming out of the castle with a voice that boomed throughout the castle grounds, so that several dragons flying in the sky turned to see the commotion this morning.

"What are you doing in my territory!?" Xieno asked while shouting.

"I do not do anything!" Arielle replied.

"You kie!" Xieno shouted angrily.

"What do I do? I really didn’t do anything!" Arielle replied.

Otis tried to hold Arielle’s hands, asking the girl to not do anything that would make Xieno angry.

Xieno squinted his yellow irises from the top of the stairs. "Tell me the truth, or I will burn you with my fire," threatened the dragon.

"What do you mean? I really didn’t do anything. Besides, what’s your business if I do something? I didn’t make you lose anything. Then, why are you punishing Lord Otis if you accused me of being the one at fault?"

Xieno growled. "You are in my territory!"

"Then? I have absolutely nothing to do with you!" Arielle replied, making all the dragons around the castle grounds gasp.

"OTIS! WHAT KIND OF A BISH DO YOU BRING, OTIS?" Xieno asked Otis who was still sitting on the ground.
