Luna Lancaster’s body fell down, bouncing off the air conditioning units below before finally crashing onto the ground, covered in blood.

Melody Thorne squeezed her eyes shut hard, her expression revealing just how uncontrollable the situation had become.

"Sis-in-law, come up," the sound of a helicopter came from above, and Leon Rivers lowered a ladder from it. "Hurry up."

Melody Thorne pulled Nina up, the helicopter flew away, and many people below witnessed the scene.

The key issue is that everyone knows Melody Thorne is Jared Quinn’s woman now, and even if Jared Quinn wants to protect her, it’s probably not possible anymore!

"I thought she was just going to jump off," Melody Thorne looked down from the plane; a lot of people were running after their plane, probably still shouting for her to pay with her own blood.

The plane was already flying at full speed, afraid of being spotted. More planes appeared in the sky, heading in different directions to divert the public’s attention.

Soon, Leon Rivers brought them down into an estate, owned by Jared Quinn, but no one would be able to find them there.

In the hall, Jared Quinn was already waiting for her, his tall figure striding over and pulling her into his embrace. "Were you scared?"
