"World Force," Grey simply said as a profound strand of pure World Force emerged from his body.

He had naturally kept it in reserve for the World Will. However, he had been so hyper-focused on breaking the Chaos Seal and traveling to the Crimson Core Planet that he had almost forgotten about it entirely.

Once he reached a breakthrough, the World Force naturally stopped being absorbed by his body. That leftover World Force was exactly what he had previously given to the Azure Origin Planet, and now, he would bestow it upon the Blue Star.

"If I am not wrong, our world is currently a Lower Tier 2 planet with a second layer of space. There are three distinct stages to Tier 2: Lower, Middle, and Upper. If you absorb this World Force, our planet will grow exponentially larger and take in far more filtered, potent cosmic energy. This will drastically increase the overall livelihood of Evolvers and create a much higher probability for higher-ranking experts to naturally emerge from our world."

"You are really giving this to me?" The World Will was completely baffled.

"Of course," Grey smiled. "Since I am the Blue Star’s ruler now, it is only natural for me to actively progress its evolution."

The World Will nodded deeply. It also saw Grey as its undeniable, supreme ruler now. Without a single ounce of hesitation, she reached out and absorbed the profound World Force.

Immediately, the World Will’s personal dimensional space began to tremble violently and rapidly expand. Countless new spatial nodes were being generated out of thin air, and the World Will’s glowing avatar sank deep into its reforming core.

Now, the Blue Star would officially undergo a planetary transformation.

Unlike the Azure Origin Planet, which held no true consciousness and would take vast amounts of time to blindly assimilate the World Force, the Blue Star was fundamentally different. It possessed a highly sentient World Consciousness, allowing it to actively use its vast intelligence and deep understanding of laws to absorb the energy at an incredibly rapid pace.

In the outside world, the physical changes were instantaneous.

The devastated areas that were once severely damaged by the corruption fields began to rapidly heal. The barren wastelands across the Everspirit and Skyfall continents began to wildly bloom with lush vegetation, and towering ancient trees sprouted directly from the cracked earth.

Terrifying, world-shaking earthquakes echoed throughout the entirety of the Blue Star. However, not a single person was harmed. Grey had already completely enveloped the entire planet with his vast Mind Perception, perfectly regulating the violent tectonic shifts.

Massive, majestic mountains erupted safely away from the populated cities as the very landmass began to stretch and tear apart to make room for new continents.

Deep within the Blue Star’s planetary core, immense volumes of new landmass began to rapidly generate. The entirety of the Blue Star was exponentially growing in sheer physical size to accommodate its ascending world level.

The bedrock beneath the continents began to harden and evolve, forming denser tectonic plates, vast new rocky regions, and even more vibrant ecosystems across its expanding surface.

It was a true, qualitative cosmic advancement.

The Blue Star was now a staggering ten times its original size. It completely dwarfed the Crimson Core, Velmera, and Scion planets orbiting nearby. In fact, those massive worlds now looked like nothing more than little moons compared to the newly ascended giant that was the Blue Star.

It shone with a brilliant, blinding azure light as its massively increased gravitational pull began to rapidly drag the Velmera, Scion, and Crimson Core planets directly towards it.

Seeing this terrifying cosmic commotion, the local experts frantically rose into the starry sky and rushed towards Grey.

"What is happening, Expert Grey?" they asked, sheer panic and deep concern written all over their pale faces.

"Do not worry. Just watch," Grey said with a calm, reassuring smile.

Slowly but surely, the violent pulling force eventually stabilized. Then, right before their very eyes, the Velmera Planet, the Scion Planet, and the Crimson Core Planet began to physically dissolve. The experts were completely dumbfounded when they witnessed this apocalyptic sight.

Their home planets were being entirely deconstructed, slowly turning into a massive, multi-colored planetary ring system. Brilliant red, white, and yellow rings formed perfectly, beginning to majestically revolve around the equator of the giant Blue Star.

Yet miraculously, the billions of citizens living on those dissolving planets were completely safe.

A mysterious power, or rather, Grey’s absolute Mind Perception and Telekinesis, was actively multitasking billions of complex calculations at once. He flawlessly protected each and every landscape, building, and person from getting destroyed, utilizing his Myriad Laws of Chaos to forcibly reduce the probability of them taking any damage down to absolute zero.

It was a literal miracle.

Now, the Blue Star was a breathtaking ringed super-planet with three entire alien civilizations safely revolving within its massive atmospheric rings.

The Blue Star looked profoundly different from before. Not even a born native would be able to recognize its grand, overwhelming structure anymore.

"This..." The experts had rather dark, complicated looks on their faces.

"Starting now, I am taking absolute ownership of Velmera, Scion, and the Crimson Core Planet," Grey said, glancing coolly at the floating experts. "Any objections?"

"Well, since our planets have already been perfectly assimilated, there is absolutely nothing we can do." the experts said while gulping heavily.

They dared not voice a single objection. They intimately knew his terrifying, world-destroying power. Furthermore, they were fully aware of the massive waves he had made across the entire Milky Way Galaxy today by publicly uploading the very same EX-Rank path he had forced upon them.

It was incredible to the point where even a mighty Origin Seed Realm expert publicly praised its sheer ingenuity and absolute power.

Against an unfathomable, god-like being like him, they could only keep their mouths shut and meekly accept their new fate. It was vastly better than making an enemy out of him and getting swatted out of existence. Besides, by safely working under his banner, they might even be able to enjoy various profound cosmic benefits.

"Good. Then, for now, you all will continue acting as the local rulers of your respective people," Grey said with a satisfied smile. "Well, they cannot exactly be called planets anymore. From now on, they will officially be known as the Velmera Ring Region, the Scion Ring Region, and the Crimson Core Ring Region."

"Understood." The three experts bowed.
