Ji Anning had just lifted her foot when she heard Sister Wu’s instructions. She paused for a moment before nodding lightly.

"Oh."

She took another step forward and walked into the bathroom.

Standing in front of the sink, Ji Anning was still a bit distracted. She took several deep breaths, first turning on the faucet and splashing cold water on her face.

Suddenly, Ji Anning strode out of the bathroom, catching a glimpse of Sister Wu standing by the window, facing away from the door.

She didn’t hesitate in her steps, walked to the door, opened it, and went out, closing the door gently behind her.

Without giving herself time to hesitate, she ran quickly towards the elevator. If it wasn’t done in one go, she thought she might very well change her mind.

Ji Anning’s body shivered, jolted awake, suddenly reacting.

She shouted to the crowd loudly, as if with a built-in loudspeaker.

The entire scene suddenly became quiet, everyone turning to look at the source of the voice, looking at Ji Anning.

Ji Anning glared, her eyes angry and red as she looked at them. In her pajamas, she seemed especially petite, trembling slightly.

The reporters were taken aback for a moment, then reacted, with flashlights instantly blazing, leaving Ji Anning unable to dodge.
