Her mother-in-law already misunderstood that there was something between her and him. If her guess was right, her mother-in-law going to the restroom was just a pretense; she must be hiding somewhere watching them both secretly now.
Thomas Fisher was reluctant to leave, but he couldn’t find a suitable reason to stay, and the excuse of joining them for a meal was already quite weak.
"Then I’ll go inside and say goodbye to Uncle and Aunt before I leave." After saying that, he glanced at the woman beside him and then walked towards the private room.

That man was only concerned with enjoying life with another woman and hadn’t even discussed these foreseeable issues with her.
Is divorce just her own issue?
