Chapter 815: Chapter 815: Do You Need Something from Me?

Lily Turner ignored Easton Holmes’s antics and directly shoved the insulated container into his arms, "Eat it or not, anyway, I’ve handed over the food in the container to you."

When she tried to move to the other side of the car, she realized he had wrapped his arm around her waist at some point, making it impossible for her to move.

"Honey! You..."

"Lend me your phone for a minute."

As Easton started to speak, Lily suddenly remembered something and reached out for his phone.

Easton’s sharp eyebrows furrowed slightly, thinking she was intentionally changing the subject, but seeing her expression dispelled his doubts. Without asking questions, he took the phone out of his pocket and handed it to her.

Lily no longer bothered with polite formalities like saying thank you. She took the phone, directly entering the unlock password and then opened the dialing interface.

Easton sat beside her, quietly watching her every move. After a series of numbers were inputted, she placed the phone to her ear, and Easton saw her frown shortly afterwards.

"What’s wrong?"

Uncertain of the situation, he was slightly worried about her.

"I forgot; Hazel’s phone has been taken away." Lily wanted to call Hazel Jackson to tell her to ride with Alice Turner’s car, but when she dialed, the response was that the number was out of service.

It was only then she remembered that to prevent today’s wedding from being uploaded online, all guests’ phones had been collected.

Easton gently rubbed her frowning eyebrows, looking at her with warmth and indulgence, "Do you need something from her? I’ll have Luke handle it."

Hazel Jackson must be the makeup artist. he thought.

He was puzzled as to why she needed the makeup artist now—perhaps for a touch-up?

"It’s nothing major, really. I just wanted to tell her to ride with my sister; I’m worried she might not find the place." Out of the three sisters, Lily didn’t think Alice would be lost, but with Hazel visiting for the first time, she worried.

"Luke, go take a look."

Easton, understanding her intent without needing further explanation, called out to Luke Crowe in the front.

"Yes!"

Luke responded promptly, opened the door, and got out to check on Hazel Jackson’s situation; he had previously been tasked by Easton to contact the makeup artist.

Online, Luke had only looked up information about Hazel Jackson but hadn’t met her in person; he had seen her photograph, though.

Soon after getting out, Luke spotted a familiar figure near a car. Approaching, he recognized her.

"Excuse me, are you Hazel Jackson?"

Upon hearing someone address her, Hazel, who was about to open the car door, instinctively paused and turned towards the voice. She saw a young man in military attire standing nearby, looking at her. She frowned slightly in puzzlement, "I am. Do you need something from me?"

Faced with a serviceman, she thought it must be Lily needing her; had Lily’s makeup been smudged from crying and requiring a touch-up?

"Our leader’s wife advised you to ride with her sister; she worries you might not find the place," Luke conveyed Lily’s message, and he waited for her response to report back accurately.

Upon hearing this, Hazel nodded, "I understand, thank you!"

She expressed thanks politely after finishing speaking.

"You’re welcome."

Luke replied before turning to leave and report back. Hazel watched his departing figure and lingered in thought.
