Ranaway From Wedding, Fell into Tycoon's Love Trap-Chapter 835: We’ll Let You Off This Time
Lily Turner came over and, together with Alice Turner, grabbed William Turner, pinning him between them to give this money-minded little brother a good talking to.
"Hand over the red envelopes."
Alice reached out to ask William for the red envelopes he had received at home. She wasn’t really after his red envelopes; she just wanted to give him a lesson.
What this little rascal did at home earlier was downright embarrassing for the Turner Family.
William shook his head repeatedly, "No!"
He forcefully pressed his two restrained arms down, clutching the pockets holding the red envelopes.
"You money-grubber! Hand them over!"
Lily, thinking the same as Alice, wanted to teach their money-minded brother a lesson, so she gave him a light tap on the head, urging him to hand over the red envelopes he got at home.
William had received so many red envelopes at once that he would never give them to his two sisters. No matter what, he was determined to keep the red envelopes he got.
He planned to save up the money from those red envelopes so he could buy game gear at will later on. That way, he wouldn’t have to spend his pocket money.
"You little rascal! Are you planning to use that money to buy game gear again?" Alice knew William played mobile games and often used his pocket money to buy game gear. She didn’t approve of spending money on those when gaming, but he always bought them sneakily.
By the time she noticed, he had already bought the gear. However, he wasn’t that obsessed; he only played during weekends at home and didn’t play the rest of the time.
When big sister saw through his plan, William tightened his grip on the big red envelopes, afraid that if he let go, his two sisters would snatch them away.
"Big sis! Second sis! My dear sisters, please stop forcing me to hand over the money. I’m just a poor little brother; you two rich ladies shouldn’t compete with me," William suddenly put on a pitiful act, hoping to melt his sisters’ hearts and spare the red envelopes in his pocket.
Seeing their brother pulling a pity act, both Alice and Lily couldn’t help but laugh. The two sisters exchanged a glance, and then, in perfect harmony, raised their hands and swung at their brother’s arms.
"Big sis! Second sis! You two are bullying me too much; I don’t want to live anymore." As soon as he saw his sisters laughing, William let his guard down completely. Little did he expect both sisters would throw punches simultaneously, catching him off guard and landing two solid blows.
"You rascal! Stop wailing!"
As Alice spoke, she lightly punched William again. Her fists didn’t apply any real force; rather than punches, it was more like she was giving her brother a massage.
William clearly felt that both sisters hadn’t actually hit him hard just now; he howled just to have some fun with them and maybe be a bit playful too.
"We’ll let you off this time, but if you dare do this again, see how we deal with you," Lily warned him with a raised hand. Though she talked about punishment, she always went soft. Whenever her brother acted cute and spoiled, she couldn’t bring herself to scold him.
Upon hearing this, William knew his big red envelopes were safe, and he smiled as he looked at Lily and Alice, "My two beautiful sisters! Let’s head downstairs."
