Chapter 218: Chapter 218: Plan B

Song Recommendation: Smart By Le Sserafim

Wu Tang’s words shattered their dreams, cutting their celebrations short.

"Sadly, or should I say fortunately, I have never cared about what the netizens thought about me, I am not concerned, as for you three, you are on your own, I would look for better companies to work with," Wu Tang smiled at them, and the smiles on their faces dropped immediately.

"Bo, see the guests off, and make sure they do not step into this company again, whatever Li Qiang plans to do with them, I do not care," Wu Tang instructed calmly.

He might look calm presently, but only he knew how much he was holding back from destroying his office. He had lost the first battle, and now this, he lost it as well. There was no way he would not feel angry and exhausted.

"Please," Bo smiled at the representatives, but the smile did not reach his eyes as he rudely saw the guests off.

’Why didn’t Gao Yang inform me about Li Qiang’s move? Has he detected back to Li Qiang’s team? It seems I just have to teach him a lesson, and what better way to teach him a lesson by torturing his family,’ he thought to himself with a malevolent expression.

’Speaking of family, I have not been to them for a while, and those foolish guards of mine are not giving me reports,’ he mused, feeling confused by the lack of communication between his men and him.

’Could there be an issue?’ He asked himself, but he was quick to dismiss it. What sort of issues could there be?

"Alright, I guess I just have to visit them myself, Gao Yang has become quite cocky," Wu Tang muttered under his breath.

"Boss, what are you going to do now? Are you sure you will not help them?" Bo, his subordinate questioned immediately he walked in.

He looked at his boss who had a terrible expression, and he felt pity for him. He had been planning this for a long time, but a stupid clause ruined everything.

"I asked you to investigate who the mole is, what is the feedback?" Wu Tang did not respond to the question asked, but asked a question of his.

Bo sighed, before shaking his head disappointed.

"We have not been able to find out who was the one who gave us away," Bo hated to announce such bad news, but at the end of the day, Wu Tang needed to know about it.

In annoyance, Wu Tang flung every paper on his table to the floor which made a loud noise. Bo shuddered, but did not comment about Wu Tang’s explosive nature.

"Have you heard from the guards which I assigned to watch over Gao Yang’s family?" Wu Tang breathed out, before asking the question.

Bo swallowed, and remained silent. His silence was enough for Wu Tang to know what was going on.

"Fine! Just great! Gao Yang has decided to go against me, isn’t it? I knew I should not have trusted him," Wu Tang was raving. All his plans were failing, and he could not get a plan completed.

"Move on to plan B!" He instructed with gritted teeth.

"Boss!" Bo exclaimed. He was not expecting Wu Tang would be this desperate to move on to such a dangerous plan.

"What? Did I stutter?" Wu Tang asked with a horrid expression, and Bo was quick to shake his head negatively.

"Good, now, move on to the next plan, but do not execute it until I give the go-ahead," Wu Tang changed his mind.

His plan B was something he had planned if all had failed. He never expected that he would have to use it.

"Okay Boss," Bo felt relieved. It was best that the plan was not done immediately, or Wu Tang might regret it.

"But first, I would need you to do something for me," Wu Tang stated.

"And what might that be?" Bo asked, ready to complete Wu Tang’s task.

"Create a meeting for me with Xin Yan, I would like to talk to her," Wu Tang played with the pen in his eyes, having a profound look in his eyes.

Bo had a dumbfounded look in his eyes. He was not expecting Wu Tang to make such a request. It baffled him a lot, but he did not dare to ask questions. He was going to do as he was asked to do.

"It will be done boss, when do you want to speak with her?"

Zhang Luiying and her sister, Zhang Linlin decided to have some sisters bonding today. They agreed on going shopping, and this was the first time they will be going out together.

"Sister, this is beautiful, isn’t it?" Linlin asked as she showed her sister a red dress.

Zhang Luiying frowned seeing the length of the dress.

"Too short!" She dismissed it almost immediately.

Zhang Linlin widened her mouth, gawking at her sister with a speechless look.

"How is it short?" Linlin asked as she looked at the dress which she was sure was going to land on her knees.

Zhang Luiying looked at the dress again, and she had to agree that it was not really short, but she did not want her sister wearing such an exposed dress.

She was still young, and she did not want her to be harassed by boys.

"Choose another one, I am not paying for this," Zhang Luiying was firm in her decision, causing Linlin to feel disappointed.

"Fine, mother hen," Linlin gave in as she put the dress back into the rack.

While shopping, Zhang Luiying felt pressed, so she decided to visit the restroom. She informed Zhang Linlin who nodded.

Zhang Luiying visited the restroom after she was given directions by the sales attendant.

When she was done, she exited the restroom, and she walked back to where Zhang Linlin was, but she had no idea that she was being followed by an unknown man.

Before she got to her sister, she felt a sharp pain at the back of her head. She had just been hit by someone, and the person could do this without fear because nobody was in that area at that moment.
