Tang Ni senses the animosity from her, and he sighs loudly. He could not blame her by the way, his father’s actions were uncalled-for, although he was well aware this was done for him.

He was only glad that his father knew they were going to be hungry; thus, he had prepared food for them.

"What do you want to talk about? We don’t have anything in common," Li Chuxi asked with a detached voice, folding her arms as she stared straight at him.

Tang Ni awkwardly cleared his throat. It seemed Li Chuxi was paying attention to the conversation he had with her sister earlier on.

"Why don’t we talk about you? You speak, and I listen," Tang Ni suggested. He hoped he could build a strong friendship with Li Chuxi, but the little girl has decided not to have anything to do with him.

When she arrived at this mansion, she was surprised. She had no idea that they were going to be using this house, but her questions were answered when she heard the guards speaking.

"And what does it have to do with you?" Wu Tang questioned in return as he pulled his gloves from his hands.

"It has everything to do with me, you locked my son in the same room with those girls, if Li Qiang and Xin Yan find out that you are behind their kid’s disappearance, then I am not sure what they are going to do."

For the first time since Tang Mei had teamed up with Wu Tang, she was worried.

"Are you worried?" Wu Tang asked with a teasing look.

"Of course I am, Li Qiang is forceful, and he is powerful, if he decides to deal with you, even I can’t help you, then he teams up with Xin Yan, I hate to admit it, but they are the power couple," Tang Mei had a sour look on her face when she uttered those words.

Wu Tang looked at her, but he was silent. Every word she uttered pricked him because it indicated that she thought him to be incompetent.

"They are aware of it, they know their kids are with me, I informed them that I invited their kids to bond with Tang Ni, he needs friends, and this was the best method I could use,

And you know what, they could do nothing about it, they are just helpless," Wu Tang declared with a smug look on his face, and he enjoyed the shock on her face.

This was going to teach her to not look down on him. Even if the two were powerful, they could not rescue their kids from him, and they had to do what he asked them to because they were worried about their kids.

"Qiang, you have a text message, it’s from an unknown number though," it turns out Xin Yan was the one with Li Qiang’s phone as she watched work out. They were in the gym.

"What does it say?" Li Qiang asked as he took heavy breaths. He was doing pushups.

"I think I know who sent this message," Xin Yan chuckled as her eyes narrowed. She had successfully deciphered the message, and who could be the possible sender.

"Who sent it?" Li Qiang asked. He stood up as he took the towel which Xin Yan handed to him.

"Tang Mei," Xin Yan replied with a confident smile.
