They finally arrived at Grandpa Li’s office, and the three of them had their seats.

The atmosphere was silent for about ten minutes as they all exchanged looks.

Xin Yan was confused by the lack of communication between both grandfather and grandson, but she decided to be quiet.

At the end of the day, Li Qiang was the one who was hurt more by his grandfather’s disappearance.

"Why did you leave?" Li Qiang asked with folded arms, fixing his entire gaze on Grandpa Li.

Grandpa Li remained quiet as he watched Xin Yan.

"You know your grandfather would probably have reasons for doing what he is doing, have you ever thought about the reasons for his actions?" Xin Yan asked as they walked to the backyard of the mansion.

"I know he might have reasons for his actions, but I just need him to tell me the reasons," Li Qiang replied.

Of course, he knew there was a reason for his Grandfather’s actions. But he was worried. His grandfather was away for a long while, and he had no idea why.
