Lucifer smiled and nodded, and then opened his blazing barrier, letting us through as we leaped towards the giant fat lard of a Nightmare Demon floating above the skies, well not that high though, it seemed it could only float a few meters over the ground.

"OHO? Are you coming after me, little girls?! A FOOLISH CHOICE! GYAHAHA!"

The Nightmare Demon laughed viciously as he waved his hand hands, unleashing giant downpours of deadly black miasma towards us. They swirled in midair and reached us, constantly compacting on their own matter to become stronger and release even more pressure upon impact.

"Now it’s time to show your strength!" I said, leading our group. "Alma, freeze the miasma! Emily, smash it with your hands and burn it with your thunder! Sofia, purify it with your light! Martina, push it back with your puppet!"

I commanded them towards victory, as the miasma reached us in an instant, about to splash on us but then...

SPLAAASH!

Suddenly, half of it was instantly frozen, as Alma unleashed her frost powers to her limits, not just freezing her own water, but the liquid in front of her.

"O-Oh wow I didn’t know I could do this!" She said in surprise. "It’s strange but I like it- Aah! It’s spilling out!"

She panicked as more and more miasma started coming from the sides.

However...

"HAAAAH!"

With a ferocious roar, Emily unleashed her barrage of thunderous blows, punching the gigantic wave of miasma as her thunderous aura erupted at full power.

The miasma wasn’t even pushed away in time before it exploded, burned, and turned into ashes right after.

And then, Sofia and Martina followed up, Sofia unleashed the light of her Dream Spirit channeled through the magic spear she was holding.

With a ferocious roar unbefitting of a young lady such as her, Sofia unleashed a powerful thrusting attack, unleashing a piercing attack made of golden light emanating from her weapon.

The light was so bright and incredibly strong that the miasma also turned into ashes while burning beneath it, Sofia’s Element of Light remained as strong as ever, and so did her Metal Element.

Perhaps this was the reason why her Dream Spirit resembled a Mechanical Heart, and why it could infuse itself into physical objects and transform them into pseudo–Dream Weapons charged with pure blinding holy light.

It was an unprecedented type of Dream Weapon that had gone almost completely out of the radar to most people, and it was mostly because she kept it well hidden...

Back in her own Nightmare Realm when she awakened this power, it was even possible to combine the powers of various Dream Weapons into a single being.

The potential of her Mechanical Heart, being capable of becoming the "core" of something even bigger assembled through its powers, was still in the process of development.

However, right now, Sofia was unleashing everything she had!

"One more!"

Her Aura erupted, as her Magic Power manifested several portals of light, where giant spears made of metal and light manifested, right towards the miasma and then the Nightmare Demon.

"{Radiant Armory}: {Sunlight Spears}!"

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Each spear not only pierced her foe but exploded right after, generating huge explosions that cracked the robot’s defenses, destroying his constantly spinning miasma barriers.

"W-What the...?!"

As he gasped in disbelief, suddenly, pink and purple smoke began to surround him, as a giant wooden hand, a puppet hand, emerged, looming from above and rushing down to crush him.

"Eh?!"

CRAAASH!

The immense attack impacted him at full force, sending the giant fat nightmare demon towards the pond of miasma down below.

"It might prove to be a place where it could regenerate wounds, so I better take that out!"

I quickly moved forward, using my powers to absorb the entire Nightmare Miasma pond in there and eating it away using a hole in my chest, part of my powerful [Primordial Skill: All-Eating Black Void Heart: Yog-Sothoth].

"GUAAGH?!"

He ended up falling to the hard stone of the floor beneath the miasma, his sharp red eyes glared at me angrily and also in disbelief.

"Y-YOU DRANK THE MIASMA?! A-ARE YOU A DEMON TOO?!"

"Me? I am just a plain good ol’ human! Haha!"

"F-FUCK OFF!"

The fat nightmare demon cried loudly, waving his hand and releasing sharp spears made of crystalized miasma.

Wow, that’s a bit new.

He fired them at me, as the projectiles reached me within a split second.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

BOOOM!

Explosions echoed, as the projectiles shattered into pieces and black flames covered my body but...

"Hahah, funny."

I giggled, the black hole in my chest consumed everything easily, I didn’t take any damage either way.

"E-EH?!"

"You know what’s funnier though? What’s coming for you right now."

As I smiled at him, the Nightmare Demon noticed the shadows looming above him.

"S-SHIT!"

It was too late though, as Sofia unleashed a rain of sharp metallic, golden spears, piercing his entire body with them before he could employ any defenses.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

"AAAGGHH!"

The Nightmare Demon cried in agony, glaring at Sofia and Emily descending from above, their weapons piercing his massive head!

Yes, Emily had a weapon, her gauntlets that turned into giant blades.

Her Armor was very versatile, more than they imagined.

CRAAASH!

CRAAASH!

"GYYAAAAHHH!"

The Nightmare Demon screamed in agony, his brains were being scrambled as the spear and the swords filled him with bright light and electricity.

"G-GET AWAY FROM ME...! THIS INSTANT!"

He cried loudly, his miasma releasing from his body and trying to push the two girls away as fast as possible.

And yet...

FLUOOOSH!

The miasma froze instantly, and large wooden hands crushed the ice into pieces.

CRASH!

"E-Eh?!"

The Nightmare Demon despaired as he saw the massive wooden hands emerge from the giant clouds of purple and pink colors, grasping his entire body and pushing him down.

Then, the frost, descended and began freezing him completely...

"T-THIS CAN’T BE HAPPENING TO MEEEEE...!"

And as he screamed in despair, the electricity and holy light filling his body finally made him explode.

Like a damn balloon.

BOOOMMM!!!
