Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 635: The Balls!
"Chloe, you can leave now. Update me on where you decide to start from," Kael said with a stoic face as he stared at the figures in the sky.
He was stylishly sending Chloe away to remove every possible friction.
He doesn’t want anyone to notice Chloe and start looking for her.
Although it was inevitable that many would recognize Chloe as one of the All-King’s famous consorts, they should not be actively looking for her.
Chloe heard what Kael said and nodded, feeling a bit dejected. She had finally gotten the ambition she had lost and was eager to do some good for Kael.
But she also desired to feel more of Kael. She was not satisfied with the interruption that these visitors caused at all.
With unwillingness but firm obedience, Chloe released her arms from Kael’s waist and turned to Alora who had come to stand beside them wearing her usual cold expression.
It was a stark contrast to the lewd expression she had been wearing inside the pyramid when they were engaging in those depraved activities.
It was as if the Alora that was inside that room was very different from the Alora that had come outside.
So strange.
Chloe couldn’t help but wear a playful smile on her face, a smile that had not appeared on her face for a long time.
"Alora, I’ll miss you," Chloe said, walking up to Alora, not caring about the gazes she was getting from the newly arrived figures in the sky.
Alora frowned, with her arms stiff, she watched Chloe give her a big hug, lifting the cold beauty off the ground by a few inches.
The guy was very tight. Luckily, Chloe was an Air Lioness, if not, she would have accidentally broken some of Alora’s bones with how hard she was hugging.
All through this, Alora kept a very serious expression, "Miss me? You can come back anytime you want." Alora said.
Chloe groaned, "I know, but it feels different. I just feel like I might not come back anytime soon."
Alora frowned, she looked at Kael’s back but Kael who had heard what she said was unreactive.
"If you don’t come back, we will come to you," Alora said.
"Great!" Chloe exclaimed and let Alora go.
Then, Chloe walked to the side. At this time, a heavily armoured cruise shuttle arrived, flying over from behind the pyramid and parking a few hundred meters away.
There was silence.
The figures in the sky, mostly the Creation Dragons, watched the black-winged beauty walk away until she boarded the armoured cruise shuttle.
They watched the cruise shuttle rise into the sky and speed off to who knows where.
There was silence again.
Ten seconds of silence.
Kael and Alora, stared coldly at the figures in the sky.
The silence was very uncomfortable for the other party.
Who was supposed to say something?
"The audacity!"
A shout filled with rage suddenly came from below.
The figures in the sky snapped out of their dazed eyes and looked down, including a tall old man.
It was then that the Creation Dragons realized that all the lions who had escorted them had landed on the ground, no longer joining them to hover in the sky.
When did they land? Many creation dragons thought to themselves.
The situation seemed...strange.
Abel, the brown-winged lion king who had just spoken, continued to talk with anger, "How dare you all look down on the All-King?"
Abel shouted with steam blowing out of his nose. He seemed to be hyperventilating at the moment as if he was about to die from anger.
The other kings and princes started to talk too.
"The audacity!"
"The boldness!"
"The balls!"
"My goodness, I’m shaking right now, somebody tell me they are not doing what I think they’re doing!"
"They must have guts as deep as the abyss to be able to do something like this."
"And look at them looking at us like idiots! They’re still floating there! Aaaarhh!"
It was an awkward situation.
The Creation Dragons didn’t know when the lions had descended.
Was this a big deal?
In their culture, there was no such thing as disrespect when it came to the altitude of someone flying.
Anyone could talk to the Dragon Emperor from above or below and no Creation Dragon would even think anything was wrong.
But these lions seemed to want to run mad every second they stayed in the air.
"Descend!" Victoria quickly ordered as she narrowed her eyes at the figure with blonde hair standing in front of the open Pyramid.
The Creation Dragons didn’t need to be told twice. They immediately descended to the ground.
However, something strange happened.
The Creation Dragons, including Victoria, landed on the ground to join the offended lions when they noticed someone was missing.
Victoria looked up and her face went pale.
Emperor Zain was still up there, having both hands behind his back and a smile on his wrinkled face.
Her grey antlers shimmered with a silver glow and his long grey hair flew to the side.
He looked grand and holy at the moment, but no one was thinking of that right now.
Emperor Zain was still floating in the sky and worst of all, he was staring down at the All-King.
Abel was struggling to breathe as he prevented himself from roaring. It wasn’t just him, the surrounding lions were all fired up, their blood boiling with rage.
It didn’t matter that they were getting angry at a literal immortal. They knew his status.
But the Conqueror’s Intent was stronger and more influential.
An act of disrespect to the All-King was no different than an act of disrespect to them.
It was so infuriating that some even thought their hearts were about to explode.
Meanwhile, Emperor Zain looked calm as a lake, unbothered by the heated atmosphere.
In response, Kael just kept on looking at this Emperor. The thoughts of both of them could not be expressed through their faces.
Victoria looked back and forth, noticing something that nearly made her wonder why her master could be so stupid.
Emperor Zain was not just looking at Kael, he was looking directly into the All-King’s eyes.
"We both need each other’s help," Emperor Zain suddenly said out loud, "Why don’t we treat each other with respect so that we can achieve what we want?" He asked.
Silence.
Abel’s mouth hung open, Alora frowned, and Victoria sighed.
Respect?
Mutual respect?
Lions?
What was this old man talking about?
Kael...did not answer.
He was calm and cold. His golden eyes which were usually beautiful like a golden sun were now dimmed.
Seconds passed by with an answer from the All-King. At first, it looked like some kind of performance.
But as time passed, it became clear that this was a bold provocation.
Emperor Zain continued staring into Kael’s eyes, wearing that annoying smile as if nothing could make him afraid.
Just when Victoria was thinking that the myth of never looking into the eyes of a lion king was wrong, something happened.
Kael’s eyes, which had gone from bright gold to a dim faded shade suddenly shine again.
But it didn’t last.
The flash of golden light that came from Kael’s eyes was bright but disappeared that very second.
Along with the flash, Kael was gone.
He had disappeared.
Alora looked to her side. A deep feeling of unease. She had felt a crushing desire for carnage coming from Kael’s calm stance just before he disappeared.
She and those who were looking at Kael turned their heads around to look for the All-King. Even the lions were surprised.
Although, right before Kael disappeared, they had felt a tug at the back of their minds. It was that same tug that would appear when the All-King was distressed and required assistance.
Alas, the distress signal didn’t even register properly before Kael had vanished from their sight.
"Look!" A Creation Dragon in humanoid form pointed up to the sky, his finger aligning with the grand visage of Emperor Zain.
Unanimously, everyone turned their heads up to see.
*BA DUMP!*
Victoria’s heart beat wildly, what was this?
That Creation Dragon had not pointed at Emperor Zain but rather at the thing that was above him.
How could they describe it?
How could they even put what they saw in words?
Alora’s cold expression melted away to reveal the shock and discomfort she actually felt within.
What was this? She asked the same question on everyone’s mind.
The entity that existed in the space above Emperor Zain’s head, could it even be called an entity?
It did not matter how long they looked at it, they still could not understand what they were looking at.
Something like this should not exist, something like this...something so...off...so eldritch.
This gigantic indescribable entity could at best be likened to a lion. The space around this creature curved, different parts of its existence drifting in and out of reality as the heavenverse tried to contain its presence.
From this eldritch being which had never been seen before, a calm otherworldly voice bellowed.
"It’s not going to work..."
