Chapter 642: Chapter 642: Kings And Creators, Master Builders

Thiel had some things to say concerning this heresy of a thing, how could he accept it?

Of course, he saw himself as equal to the lions, although the desire to say it out loud was reducing every second.

Around him, the lions were nodding their heads fervently and agreeing with Abel’s words.

Even the friendship part seemed very reasonable to them.

Naturally, in their eyes, the only friends that a king was allowed to have were other kings.

What was the point of being friends with worms and ants? Wasn’t it redundant?

The Creation Dragons listened with shock and discomfort, but none of them said anything to counter their words, just enduring silently.

From the looks of things, the lions might actually go crazy if they performed these so-called acts of Heresy.

Just when Thiel was thinking of a mild way to counter Abel, something else happened that drew all their attention.

The spatial distortion that surrounded the pyramid suddenly vanished, revealing what had been hidden from them all this while.

Both the lions and Creation Dragons looked at the mini Pyramid and saw four figures descending from the top of the pyramid.

Something was wrong.

They all immediately noticed.

The four individuals who had gone into the pyramid were not the same four who were seen at the moment.

There was Alora, Emperor Zain, the All-King, and Victoria, all of whom had originally entered the pyramid for the alliance meeting.

Now, one of them was missing and had been replaced with another person.

Victoria was gone.

They looked everywhere and scanned the Pyramid, but Victoria was nowhere to be found.

In place of Victoria was Katari who floated close to Kael with a blank expression as she scanned the crowd.

Emperor Zain wore his usual smile, although many could tell that something was wrong as that jovial and casual vibe was no longer there.

His aura was maintained perfectly and his shoulders were relaxed, but his eyes were not calm. The memories of what had just happened a few minutes ago still stormed his mind.

Although he was able to suppress the larger amount of the emotions, those that were very sensitive could still sense it, especially those adept in the power of the spirit.

Emperor Zain flew forward, overtaking both the All-King and his two consorts.

"Rejoice Creators!" Emperor Zain announced as he floated above the crowd, "We have allied ourselves with the proclaimed kings of the universe.

From now on, the Creators and the Kings shall be partners in the upcoming war!"

Emperor Zain spoke with a bit of excitement. As he talked, he thought of the possibilities he could achieve now that he secured the alliance. He quickly pushed Victoria to the back of his mind, she was no longer important at this point.

He referred to his dragons as Creators and the lions as Kings, this was an agreed labelling that had obviously been brought up by Kael.

Technically speaking, it was hard to tell which label was more important in status. We’re kings above creators or were creators above kings?

Of course, the Lion Kings would always see themselves above everything else irrespective of the title the other party possessed.

All that mattered was that they secured the title of kings for themselves.

As for the dragons and their petty title of Creators, it didn’t matter to the lions.

This was because in their eyes, even creators could have kings among them.

Emperor Zain ignored the confused looks from his people as more and more of them noticed Victoria’s absence.

Many theories formed in the minds of the Creation Dragons but none had the time to contemplate it as Emperor Zain was already leading them across the continent to board their various arkships.

They had to go and prepare. After his talk with Kael, Emperor Zain had learned a bit of crucial information about the history of the lions and had a faint guess on how Ibadon was going to handle this.

If what he was thinking was going to happen, then allying with the link was definitely the right thing to have done.

’I wish you a blissful rest my dear disciple...’ Emperor Zain thought as he thought of his lost disciple.

Her sacrifice was not going to be in vain, he would make sure that he could achieve the embodiment of the Law of Creation.

’Maybe he would pick her, if she’s lucky,’ Emperor Zain thought. He was thinking of that being, that last creature to have achieved full embodiment of his law.

He had great ambitions to be at that level one day. He dreamed of a time when he could be referred to as a god.

"Soon..." Emperor Zain muttered, squeezing his palm underneath his sleeves as he flew away at light speed, followed by the Creation Dragons behind him.

All that was left in the vicinity of the pyramid was Kael, Alora, Katari, and the rest of the lion welcome party.

Suddenly,.dings were heard in the heads of the lions and lionesses as they received the reward for completing the welcome party mission.

This immediately put a smile on their faces as their Lionhood Bars were filled a little and they earned some Conquering Points which she would soon spend at the exchange platform.

Some were already thinking of the slaves or exotic meat they would be able to buy.

As they started to disperse under the order of Katari who suddenly demanded that the All-King wanted privacy, Abel looked back.

He didn’t know why but he felt like he had a present for one of the most historical moments of the lion’s existence.

It was just a feeling so he pushed it to the back of his mind and flew off.

Meanwhile, Kael was left alone with his two consorts.

He watched the crowd leave with a satisfied smile on his face.

The alliance was not something he had planned for from the start, but it was something that he knew how to make use of.

At least now, he had a buffer for many of his plans.

Kael’s golden gaze shifted to the horizon of this super-large continent. Construction shuttles were still moving around at their own slow pace, carrying raw materials from one place to the other.

Inside these construction shuttles were the princes or kings from different clans who were proficient in the building of Pyramids.

That was what this super large continent was for, a pyramid so large it had never appeared in the history of lion kind.

Taking inspiration from the Massive Black Pyramid, Kael had sent out a series of missions for the start of this project.

There was a tier 7 lion king who was in charge of this project and was giving a massive budget of Conquering Points so that he could employ the services of other lions through the mission board.

The project leader had suggested that Kael allow him to bring in some foreign creatures to work.

Kael had at first wanted to disagree until he thought clearly about it.

The project leader has suggested that races to come and work as slaves, rats were not among them, surprisingly.

The project leader suggested the Ants, the Termites, the Octopuses, and the Beavers.

The Beavers were affiliated with the Law of Engineering so they were very good naturally at building things naturally.

The Termites on the other hand were affiliated with the Law of architecture and were masters of creating megastructures in space once they achieved a certain level of civilization.

The octopus was surprisingly affiliated with the Law of Machinery. They would be very helpful if they were brought to heaven to work on the project.

As for the Ants, they were the most dangerous of the four. They were affiliated with the Law of Order.

Although the ants were not generally considered master builders like the other three, they still knew how to maintain a lot of things and keep stuff stable.

Unfortunately, full control of the ants was beyond the reach of the lions for now as they had long achieved the status of a heavenly civilization and were usually keeping to themselves.

The octopuses were not a heavenly civilization but they were scattered around the universe in small pocket groups. Relying on them was not impossible but it would cost energy to coordinate them.

That was if they were vassals in the first place. If they were not, the lions would have to go on campaigns to capture them.

As of now, very few lions have octopus vassals under their vassal portfolios.

The Termites and Beavers were more accessible to the lions as they were common.

The Termites even had a history of constantly breaking one of the universe’s rules of maintaining a population less than or equal to one trillion.

The Termites were quite tenacious as despite all the strange ways the universe had culled their numbers, they still kept on doing it.

For some reason, they had not yet gone extinct. Maybe it was because they were currently the only race in the entire universe affiliated with the Law of Architecture and there was no other competitor that the universe had to replace them...yet.

Some of these master builder races had been around during the time of the Monkeys and had been of help to them in the development of their technology. It had been mentioned in the files. 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

Knowing all this, Kael was still cautious as he wanted to protect the integrity of his heaven, but he gave the project leader permission.

Once the Foundation Continent was finished, only then would the project leader be allowed to bring in these foreign creatures for a limited amount of time under the supervision of other Lion Kings.

This could also be an opportunity for the Consort Trial participants to look into the whereabouts of the respective Primordials of these races.

"Katari, how was your investigation, did you locate Wei and the rest?" Kael suddenly asked as he shifted his thoughts.
