Chapter 323: Chapter 260: Join us

"Yeah, to be motivated you must join us!" another person chimed in.

"Aurianna, there’s really not a need though since you would be going to the domain prison to train again," Eva spoke telepathically.

"That’s why I don’t wanna train now.," Aurianna responded.

"Aurianna, I agree with everyone," Dielle who just revived said as he looked at her on the screen. He was completely dead-eyed. This was the most blatant case of a man seeking revenge by shared suffering.

"You should look at my stats before you talk," Aurianna grinned, and beside their screens appeared another screen that showed everyone her stats. It didn’t show her skills, race, or job, however.

"Level 8800?!!!" A person gasped in shock.

"Oh so she’s a Grand Human," Deprixon smirked as he had also recently revived.

’Heh, it’s obvious my master would be this strong with how much she has trained!’ Hadina thought pridefully. Unlike the others in the revival room she, Jade, Jugi and Avriel plus Zagan were by Aurianna’s side.

’It’s better to show them so that I can avoid stressing myself out. Hahaha, the privilege of being strong!’ Aurianna sneered to herself.

"She’s a Grand Human?" Kairo questioned.

"Wow Aurianna, is that strong?" Hotron and Kaede gasped.

"You can say that. The requirement for one to become a Grand Human is being above level 5000," Aurianna stated proudly.

Technically she wasn’t human but rather a Gemaris.

’I wonder where she trained to reach this level. Maybe her talent for mana absorption is high,’ Dielle concluded.

"Since you’re so strong won’t it be better if you train with everyone so that you can teach us a thing or two," Dielle chuckled, still not able to hide his intentions.

Aurianna sighed, but before she could simply say no, Dielle continued, "Unless you’re just lazy. I’m curious how the church would function though. For most people to follow, the leader would take charge..." 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺

"Who are you calling lazy??!" Aurianna gritted her teeth.

"Hahahahaha, I’ll show you how a true Grand Human fights, Dielle!!" Aurianna yelled, pointing towards him.

’Ugh, she’s so easy to provoke,’ Eva rolled her eyes. ’All she has to do is control them with the marking. She has nothing to prove, sure some might be annoyed by that but there’s nothing they could do... She’s such a fool, really.’

"I hope you guys don’t fall behind," Aurianna said as she appeared in the revival room filled with people.

She started stretching, "Fighting these new monsters would be a good training experience for you all."

Dielle walked over to her, "Aurianna please hold on with the teleportation I have to announce something."

He shouted so all could hear, "Remember killing monsters isn’t the only way to increase your strength. I noticed that there’s a high concentration of mana at the farm. Absorbing mana into your body can help increase your level quickly. Don’t only do that, however, fighting is a good method of stabilizing it."

Deprixon nodded in agreement, "He’s right Aurianna. Like the cases for mage classes they just absorb as much mana as they can into their bodies to increase their level, for warrior classes fighting and honing your skill is also a fast way to grow. However, everything depends on one’s talent."

"What are these talents you speak of?" Aurianna looked at him cluelessly.

"Well we have from the lowest F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, Mystical, Divine, Deity as the highest talent. The higher the talent you possess the faster and easier it would be for you to grow stronger. One’s talent decides whether they will be able to evolve in the near future," Jugi explained quickly through the screen.

"Eva my talent is probably SSS right?" Aurianna asked.

Eva scoffed, "As if!! But your talent has improved over the years so now you’re an S class."

"That’s not bad," Aurianna chuckled at her.

Eva continued, "You took more 300 years and died so many times in the domain prison. But what can I say, the requirement for a Gemaris to level up has gotten a lot harder as you grew stronger. Everytime you evolve your talent level also increases so it’s actually a good thing."

"Then Saintess can I just go and absorb mana? I awakened the job class Spiritualist," a guy asked as he stared at Aurianna.

"Huh?!!" Aurianna responded absent-mindedly since she was busy listening to Eva’s guidance in her head.

"Hehehe, want to absorb mana? Then reach level 70 first! Now off we go," Aurianna said before she snapped her fingers and everyone, including her, disappeared from the room.

Aurianna opened her eyes as she looked at the dark gloomy forest. The silence alone could make one regret walking in there. If not for her personally witnessing the massacre going on, she would find it hard to believe that she was the only one in this forest.

"Do I really have to do this?" Aurianna sighed.

"Yes, Princess!" someone responded from behind.

"What are you doing here?" Aurianna asked, turning around to see Catherine and Yui in her church uniform.

"I just appeared here," Yui answered. Despite her currently holding a conversation with Aurianna she wasn’t focused on her. Her eyes were darting all around as sweat was forming on her brow.

’Was it a coincidence?’ Aurianna pondered.

"Well here, use this to protect yourself," Aurianna materialized a dagger and threw it to Catherine. She barely reacted quick enough to catch the dagger seeing how it was given to her out of nowhere.

The dagger was made of pure crystal with a rose hilt. It shone despite there being little to no sun shining down. Catherine’s eyes sparkled in awe as she gazed at the weapon.

"What about me princess?" Yui asked with tearful eyes.

"Yui I know you’re a fighter and a High Human," Aurianna said with a blank stare and Yui looked away scratching her head nervously.

"Well I’m off, good luck," Aurianna stated before she dashed off, not giving both of them a chance to do or say anything.

Catherine and Yui were left standing alone now, being surrounded by nothing but the gloomy forest. With a feeling of abandonment a tear trickled down Catherine’s face.

Yui however was more vocal about her feelings, "She left me..."

There was no trace of Aurianna. She couldn’t even tell the direction she’d left in since she wasn’t looking at her when she left. And Catherine’s was too captivated with the weapon in her hands that she didn’t see either.

Aurianna was running through the forest at blinding speed. Despite her quick eye movement that scanned everywhere she couldn’t see a trace of any monsters. She came to a halt. She was in complete silence, even closing her eyes so she could listen intently. Her decision proved smart as a second later she heard a loud thumping. It sounded like someone beating on something, it was a very heavy hitting sound.

She started running again, this time to the proper direction.

Once she reached the area with the noise that’s where she saw him. Deprixon.

He was currently in battle with a huge monster that appeared over 9 feet tall, towering over him. Its entire body was black, accompanied by two gruesome heads which both had huge teeth but no eyes. The monster had legs like that of a gorilla and huge hands which would crack the ground with every punch. It was snarling angrily after missing its attacks over and over.

Deprixon ran up to the beast, leaping to deliver a powerful swing of his massive hammer to its chest. The force he hit the creature with caused a breeze in the area. The bushes ruffled slightly. The creature didn’t budge though, giving a toothy grin before swinging its huge arm at him. He maneuvered his hammer, barely able to block the attack. It sent him flying back as he hit a nearby tree.

He coughed up blood slightly. The creature then dashed towards him, preparing to give a final blow of sorts.

Seeing Deprixon struggling, Aurianna decided to help out, materializing her revolvers.

She dashed towards the beast shooting it in the head with her light bullet. Thanks to her attack, it stopped right before its arms would’ve smashed into Deprixon’s head in. It turned slowly to face her, blood was trickling down its face slightly.

"Since you’re suffering to beat this measly being, I’ll help you," Aurianna said condescendingly.

Since the beast stopped its attack, Deprixon was able to move away from it. He swiped the blood from his mouth

"Thanks. Just try not to hold me back, okay? While you’re powerful and all I’m sure you’re not used to fighting much," Deprixon retorted with a toothy grin as he stared at the beast

’What is this dumb brat saying?!’ Aurianna thought with an annoyed look before she and Deprixon dashed towards the monster.

"As you should know I’m an excellent fighter and I wouldn’t even need you to help me fight," Aurianna’s scoffed before attacking the monster.

Once the day was over and the 3 moons were high in the sky everyone sat in the dining hall. Their faces were sunken in, as if they’d been completely drained of life. Food was currently served before them but many weren’t eating. Not because they didn’t want to, most simply couldn’t. The amount of strength it took to even lift a spoon after the training proved too heavy.
