Chapter 489: Chapter 487: WYATT

Nolan, seeing the state of the two people, understood his male friend at least. Since he didn’t tell him about who the friend was, he could imagine his shock upon seeing the star he always followed.

But Diamond, why was she looking at his friend as if she had seen a ghost?

Could it be that she knew him as well?

He couldn’t help but ask that question out loud, moments later, "Dear, do you happen to know this friend of mine?" his curiosity piqued and wondering just where they met each other.

Diamond released the handle as she stepped outside the door, coming face to face with a face she had only seen once, took a liking to it but curbed her lust pretty well.

The young man in front of her was someone she saw and sat on the plane the other time. She was coming from Dielas if she wasn’t mistaken, and they sat next to each other.

She liked him at first glance, but thinking about the twins, she could only stop her lustful mind from going around.

She still remembered clearly that after reaching Frin, a group of friends picked this handsome man and they were quite loud and very friendly.

She was envious of that scene. She didn’t have friends to come and pick her up at the airport like him. She really couldn’t forget that scene.

She just didn’t expect to see a man she took a liking to at a glance to be in front of her after so long. And to think that they were going to become friends, she didn’t know how to react at all.

However, despite her surging emotions, giving Nolan an answer right now was of importance.

"Um, we once sat on the same plane last year. He was my neighbor!" Diamond responded as she looked at the guy with a smile.

Upon hearing that, Nolan nearly clapped, as he was amazed by how fate was mysterious.

To think that one day they would meet again like this was simply too wonderful.

If Diamond were to know that his friend was a huge fan, how would it be?

Anyway, that was something for his friend to talk about in the future. For now, introductions were a must.

"That’s great then since you know him!" he beamed at her and then at his friend, giving the other a sly wink before continuing, "D, that’s my friend, Wyatt. We have been close for years now. Went to the same school and we do business with each other."

Diamond nodded with a surprised smile, finally connecting the dots of how these two could be friends.

It seemed that Wyatt lived in Frin, while Nolan lived in Rozinya. So how could these two be friends and so close like that?

But if they went to the same school and were business partners on top of that, then it would make sense.

Besides, Nolan also owned a villa in Frin as well.

Nolan didn’t stop there, but continued, "Buddy, meet Diamond, a new friend I made," introducing Diamond to Wyatt.

Diamond smiled politely at Wyatt, and the other returned the courtesy.

"It’s nice meeting you in person, Diamond. I am a huge fan!" Wyatt enthusiastically greeted, stretching his hand towards her, and not minding revealing his like for Diamond as an e-celeb.

Diamond, upon hearing that, nearly wanted to drown herself. To think that the man she crushed on for a short moment was her fan and knew of the hilarious things she did online. How could she not feel that way?

However, she was a strong woman and one with a thick skin. So how could this defeat her?

With a smile of her own, she stretched her hand towards his and as they touched, she replied, "The pleasure is mine, Wyatt, and thanks for your support. It means a lot!" very sincere about that.

She just didn’t expect to have such rich male fans to be supporting her. And a fan who was going to turn into a friend as well. It just felt so surreal.

Nolan was the happiest seeing all that. With them knowing each other, it meant that he didn’t have to put more effort into making them like each other.

The process of bringing people together wasn’t an easy one.

"Since we are all acquainted, let’s leave. We can’t be late!" Diamond said with a clap, revealing the beautiful nails she had done earlier.

Nolan and his sharp eyes immediately saw them and, as they all walked towards the elevator, he chirped, "You look great with those on!"

"Heh, are you trying to say that my original nails aren’t good?" Diamond snapped, rolling her eyes at Nolan for no reason in particular.

Nolan suddenly getting attacked, his lips rose into a smirk as he retorted, "Making yourself prettier is a good thing. Use that money and don’t hoard it. It will rot!"

Diamond scoffed when she heard that. "Then how about we use yours? You seem to have plenty as well!" she retorted as she flipped her hair to the side.

Wyatt watched the drama with disbelief on his face.

They were just talking nicely a while ago, so how did it turn into this?

However, as he continued to listen to their bantering, he started getting it.

The way these two get along with each other is truly unique. He could only look from the side and let them tear at each other’s throats.

When they were approaching the hall, the two were speaking on good terms, laughing and even including Wyatt in their stories as well.

They didn’t need any invitation card; their faces were the invitation. As soon as they arrived, they were brought into the hall with ease, making those who were still getting cleared to wonder who they just came across.

"Those three are our VVIP guests!" the guards at the door kindly shared the status of the three who just passed.

Upon hearing that, they couldn’t help but wonder from which country and what kind of business their families were in.

After all, they all saw how young those three were. Even if they have money, wasting it by being a VVIP guest at Regal Retreat was just a lot of money.

They were not curious about them.

Not knowing that they had attracted some attention, the three friends sauntered into the hall, heading for their respective seats with the help of the organizers.
