Corey was not so surprised by the fact that the Will of the Old One appeared in the World of Wills.

When he thought about it, he had numerous fingers of the Old One, and since he had the fingers of the Old One, why couldn't he also possess the bloodline of the Old One.

He had no idea about the identity of the Old One, and he had asked Nina in the past when he first encountered the ancient being.

However, Nina warned him that learning the identity of the Old One would put him in danger and he might even lose his life.

Basically... He was too weak to even learn the name or the title of the Old One.

And even now, he knew that he was too weak to carry the weight of knowing the Old One's name or title.

If he was not a Demi-Paragon, the blood of the Old One would have flowed throughout his body regardless of if he destroyed the spirit of the Nightmare Finger.

If that had happened, both his body and mind would have experienced subtle changes, and it would have been too late for him to deal with it by the time he notices.

But because the Old One feared the Paragon Ancestor, he did not dare allow his bloodline to spread throughout Corey's body.

And now...

Corey had four bloodlines.

The bloodline of Paragons.

The bloodline of Supremes.

The bloodline of Letherions.

And the bloodline of an Old One.

The more Corey thought about these four bloodlines, the more even he feared what he might become.

'I-I-I might truly become an unstoppable monster if I succeed and survive.'

A wry smile could be seen on his lips, then he looked at the sealed Old One.

After slicing the Will of the Old One in two, he sealed it with his Undying Will in a box.

Just like the Paragon Ancestor, Supreme Ancestor, and Prince Zakar'el, he could not completely destroy the Wills that were in him.

Despite how powerful his Will was right now, it was still nothing before the true Wills of these four beings.

He snapped his fingers, then the sealed Wills of the Supreme Ancestor, the Paragon Ancestor, and Prince Zakar'el appeared beside the sealed Will of the Old One.

All four Wills stared at him with different expressions, then he looked at the Old One.

'Compared to the Wills of the Paragon Ancestor, Supreme Ancestor, and Prince Zakar'el, the Will of the Old One can speak.'

'This might mean that this Will is very crucial to the main body of the Old One. And it can also mean that it might be able to draw out more power from its true body compared to the Wills of the other three.'

'But I doubt he'd do such a thing because compared to the remaining three Wills, he's weaker.'

'But I can't rule anything out yet. I still have to be careful and cautious of him and even the other three Wills.'

Corey glanced at the four Wills which all stared at him, then he closed his eyes and stretched his hand at the Will of the Old One.

Black chains made out of his Undying Will shot out of his prison and chained him tightly.

The Old One groaned, but Corey did not even care in the slightest.

After chaining the Old One, he did the same for Prince Zakar'el, the Supreme Ancestor, and then the Paragon Ancestor.

The moment he did this, he clenched his hands into a fist, and all four Wills and their prisons began to shrink.

They all tried to resist, but his Will was stronger than all four combined together, and in their current sealed state, they couldn't do much.

The prisons and the four Wills became as small as a marble, and Corey waved his hand at the marble that contained the Old One.

The marble flew into his hand, and he threw it into his mouth and swallowed it.

The moment he did this, he sat in a cross-legged position for an unknown amount of time.

An internal battle was currently going between him and the Old One, but it was not a

battle of Wills, but of him trying to uncover more of the abilities of the Old One.

The Nightmare Finger he possessed had the ability to turn abominations and nightmare creatures into his subordinates, and he could also alter the physical structure of a living being with a mere touch.

There were limitations to these abilities which depended on his Tier and level, but Simon wanted to see more of the Old One's powers.

He was certain the Old One was hiding more of his abilities, but now that he had suppressed the Old One's Will, he would find out more about the bloodline.

And what he wanted to do was to pick the powers he wanted for himself.

Simon did not just want to be a combination of all four bloodlines, and neither did he want to be a being who possessed every single ability they possessed.

If he did such a thing, then he'd be too easy to predict and even defeat.

If he became a being with all the powers and skills of the four bloodlines, then there was nothing new about him.

The Supreme Ancestor who had been battling the Paragon Ancestor for an unknown period of time would know how to counter his Paragon attacks and even the power of the Supremes.

The Old One would be the same thing, and any powerful and ancient being with knowledge on what powers the four bloodlines had would be able to defeat him with enough preparation.

The only black horse might be Prince Zakar'el's bloodline, but Corey could not rule out the possibility of some ancient beings knowing about the Letherions and their powers.

He'd suppress the Wills of the bloodlines, go through the bloodlines, pick the abilities he deemed useful, remove those he deemed not useful, then fuse any ability he could fuse.

Then... he'd become a new being.
