STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer-Chapter 525: Rare Red Fruit!

Wilderness:

Jeremy Night is observing the surroundings. The spider has surrounded the place. But they are Tier-3 to Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts.

But there are no signs of Tier-5 and above beasts. His eyes flashed with a doubt. Because these corrupted beasts appeared at the same time.

There is no infighting among them as well. So it’s evident that there is a higher tier beast behind them.

His eyes flashes with seriousness. This beast has started climbing the trees. Not only are they large in numbers. These beasts have poison abilities.

Jeremy then jumps out of the tree hole. He landed on the ground and unsheathed his blade. Then he started darting out from the place.

Swoosh!

One after another the Red Dotted Spiders leaped towards him.

Cut!

He is swinging the blade at these beasts. The blade goes through the beast body. The attacks sliced the beast body into pieces.

As he goes through the forest, the trail of blood left behind him. It took him a few minutes to clear out the beast and escape from the circle.

On the other hand, the Tier-5 Red Dotted Spider is already chasing the blood trial. It has already caught the scent of the killer.

The Tier-5 Spider was enraged. It didn’t expect the human beast tamers to kill its kind.

Jeremy Night stopped after sometime. He felt he was going away from the border. He still has a mission to complete. He doesn’t want to waste time.

He is resting under a tall tree. While standing he is using eyesight to check out the surroundings. At this night time, the noise will attract the corrupted beasts.

He doesn’t want to waste time. He needs to find another shelter.

Rustle!

He heard the weird noise the next second. He then turned towards the right side. He sees something coming towards him.

He uses eye ability to zoom in. He sees the Red Dotted Spider Beast. His eyes flickered. He killed those beasts on his way. But he didn’t expect the leader to come out.

From the massive size alone. He could tell that it’s a Tier-5 Beast. It’s a 30ft tall beast. He sheathed his blade and picked his hand gun.

He started to cover the bullets with star light. The next second, he took aim at the beast. The Tier-5 Red Dotted Spider is blindly coming towards him.

Bang! Bang!

The next second, he fires continuous shots at the coming Beasts.

The Starlight bullets cut through the air before piercing the spider’s body. One after another the starlight bullets struck the spider’s body.

Boom!

The Tier-5 Spider crashed into the Giant Shade Tree. The next second, the tall tree uprooted from the ground.

The shock force sweeps away the surroundings. The Tier-5 Corrupted beast was injured. The blood is gushing forth from the wounds.

After injuring the Tier-5 Beast, he left the place. The blood of the beast will attract other corrupted beasts soon.

Time goes by,

It didn’t take long for him to find another tree hole. Jeremy Night hid himself inside the tree hole. He breathed a sigh of relief.

He didn’t want other corrupted beasts to find him here. He checks the storage ring to see whether there is anything useful.

Unfortunately, he didn’t bring it with him. He shakes his head before starting to take a rest.

The following day,

When there is a sunrise. He exited the tree hole. He landed on the ground and started checking out the surroundings.

This place is not far from the border. He decides to look for the resources from here.

As the time passes, by using his eye ability. He began to cover the large place. Suddenly, he spotted a rare red fruit growing in a tree.

This tree is small and leaner than other shade trees nearby. The tree branches are shorter. He then takes out the device to verify it.

He sees the picture of the red fruit. The size and shape exactly matches with the fruit before him. He then puts back his device into the storage ring.

Then he uses his eye ability to check out the tree. He suspects the beasts could be guarding the tree.

He zoomed into the tree. He sees that there is no sign of the corrupted beasts. There are no footprints either.

"Sigh!"

He breathed in a sigh of relief. The next second, he walks up to the fruit tree. Then he uses the blade to remove the fruit from the tree.

The fist sized red fruit dropped from the tree. He then catches the fruit and places it inside the storage ring.

Just as he turned around to leave. He sees a Beast Taming Group coming towards his direction. He frowned. Because he couldn’t recognise their emblem.

"It’s a Team from outside," Jeremy thought.

He wanted to leave. But one of them has already spotted him. It’s too late to go away now.

"Hey, leave the fruit behind!"

A middle aged man shouted.

Hearing that Jeremy smiled and stayed in the same spot.

A few minutes later,

The Beast Taming Team appeared in front of him. It’s a five man team. The Leader is Tier-5 Beast Tamer. His four team mates are Tier-4 Beast Tamers.

At first the Beast Tamers were vigilant. But upon seeing there is only one Beast Tamer around. They sighed in relief.

When they got closer. They were shocked to the core. Because the Beast Tamer in front of them is a young man. What shocked me then? The young man is Tier-2 Beast Tamer.

The Beast Tamers exchanged looks. They are not in a hurry to attack. But they are dumbfounded.

"What’s going on?"

"Is he a Tier-2 Beast Tamer?"

"How come he is here alone?"

The Beast Tamers raised questions one after another. They couldn’t believe themselves.

The Tier-5 Beast Tamer was vigilant. He had seen Beast Tamers with many weird abilities.

He thinks it could be fake. The young Beast Tamer could be Tier-5 Beast Tamer like him.

"Be careful!"

"Don’t let down your guard," The Tier-5 Beast Tamer warned others.
