The long bus moved towards the city gate. The Beast Tamers on the bus were whispering.

Jeremy Night’s senses were heightened to begin with, so he could hear their conversation clearly.

Most of them were speaking about him; they didn’t want to team up with him.

Jeremy sighed inwardly. He didn’t care about their opinions. He wanted to test his own strength.

Furthermore, he wanted to witness the strength of the Beast Tamers from Central University 10.

He knew that they were not the only beast tamers studying at Central University 10, but he thought that these ten students were the elite.

Their talents likely ranged between B-Grade and S-Grade. He could check the gap between him and them.

He also thought about May Lindsey and Victor Scott. They must have entered the top 10 zones as well.

With their S-Grade Talent, it was possible for them to become Tier-3 Beast Tamers faster than him.

While Jeremy was contemplating, the long bus slowly arrived at the city gate ten minutes later.

He gathered his thoughts. The long bus came to a stop and landed on the ground.

One by one, the female students stood up. Instructor Dolly stood up and exited the bus.

Then the female students left one after another, followed by the Beast Taming Association’s Beast Tamers.

Then it was Jeremy Night’s turn. He came to the door and exited the bus. Now, everyone stood in front of the city gate.

Then, everyone walked through the gate to enter the wilderness.

Instructor Dolly had verified their identities, so the city guards didn’t do an inspection. Central University was one of the top forces here; the city guards didn’t doubt them.

They came out on the other side. Then, they all started moving forward in formation under the orders of Instructor Dolly.

As time passed, he noticed that the female students and the Beast Tamers from the Beast Taming Association were keeping their distance from him.

He didn’t take their actions to heart. He knew this would change when a crisis arose.

Time went by.

They entered deeper into the outer area of the wilderness. They came across lower-tier corrupted beasts but ignored all of them.

They didn’t want to waste energy on lower-tier beasts. The female students were Tier-3 and Tier-4 Beast Tamers. The lower-tier beasts were basically no threat to them, so they kept moving forward.

But Jeremy Night had always been cautious, so he used his eyesight to scan the place. Even if there were dangerous beasts hiding, he would know.

The Beast Taming Association Beast Tamers were joking and discussing the young Tier-2 Beast Tamers. They were mocking him to pass the time.

Jeremy Night was sensitive. He marked the people who were speaking badly of him. He wanted to see what they would do in a dire situation.

At the same time, Instructor Dolly was not stupid. She was listening to these jokes as well. Her face darkened.

Head Neil Moon was in his office going through a report when he received a call from Head Harold Red.

He answered the call.

"Hey, what’s up?"

"You wouldn’t call casually at this time," Head Neil Moon said.

"I heard that the 9th Zone was safe. They managed to deescalate things," Harold said.

Hearing that, Head Neil Moon understood. His friend wanted to know about the 9th Zone. So, he started speaking to him.

Time went by.

Their conversation regarding that topic came to an end. Then, Harold Red suddenly asked about Jeremy Night.

Head Neil Moon was not surprised. He smiled and started telling him about Jeremy Night’s activities.

Head Harold Red was surprised to learn that the kid had taken up a mission immediately after coming from the Beast Invasion. He was genuinely impressed and astonished.

Suddenly, he asked, "Don’t fool me. Are you the one who sent him to do a mission?"

Head Neil Moon almost laughed out loud.

He said, "You know me. I wouldn’t do that. If you would like, I can send the kid there."

"Hmm, you always wanted to send the kid to the 5th Zone. Is he that special? He is still an A-Grade Talent. Compared to the S-Graders here, there is a wide gap," Harold said.

Neil Moon frowned and said, "You already gave your word. Are you going back on your own words now?"

"No, I’m still the same. We do lack talented members here. You can send him over this weekend," Harold Red said to him.

Head Neil Moon’s smile broadened. Then they changed the topic and started talking about other things.

The group reached the inner area of the wilderness a few hours later. They started coming across Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts.

Instructor Dolly wanted the female students to fight against them while the Beast Taming Association Beast Tamers rescued them in moments of crisis.

But everyone ignored Jeremy Night. During the fight, Jeremy Night leaned against a big shade tree and started observing their fights.

As he had guessed, the female students were not ordinary. They were elites. Their lifeline beasts were rare, high-bloodline beasts.

One of the lifeline beasts attracted his attention. It was a Tier-4 Red Tiger. The pressure from the beast was threatening other beasts. It belonged to a Red-haired 4th-year female student.
