Chapter 566: Chapter 607: Breaking In

Mandarin Hotel.

Located in a prime spot, this elegant Victorian-style building resembled a stately royal castle from a distance. The fashionable Mandarin Department Store and the 350-acre Royal Park surrounded the hotel. With its high ceilings, the 242-square-meter Royal Suite felt spacious and bright.

Gorgeous MayaRomanoff wallpaper, noble chandeliers, and Avrupa fireplaces filled the entire suite with a luxurious yet warm British ambiance.

"Wow, it’s so beautiful!" Sienna exclaimed. Rose petals were strewn across the floor, and a heart shape fashioned from roses adorned the bed, creating a deeply romantic ambiance.

"Do you like it?" Adrian asked.

"I love it!"

Adrian Desmond walked over to the window, opened it, and a sea breeze blew in. The rose petals on the floor were lifted by the breeze, fluttering around Sienna Johnson like snowflakes. She wore a white dress that day. Red rose petals, her white dress, the beautiful woman... No matter how beautiful this is, it’s still no match for you, Adrian thought. Even though he saw Sienna’s face every day, this sight took his breath away.

Sienna caught a few petals in her hand, turned, and smiled at him. Adrian snapped out of his reverie and slowly walked towards her.

As Adrian reached her, he pressed her against the wall and kissed her. Sienna had wanted to say something, but Adrian didn’t give her the chance.

This man is so pragmatic; all this foreplay is just to devour me, she thought.

While kissing Sienna passionately, Adrian forcefully tore at her clothes. He ripped her dress apart, its buttons popping off and scattering. Once Sienna’s clothes were mostly off, Adrian began to undress himself.

With their clothes half-removed, Adrian embraced Sienna and led her into the inner bedroom, where he gently pushed her down onto the bed.

Adrian released her lips, panting as he asked, "Do you know where this is?"

"A hotel!" Sienna replied.

Isn’t this the hotel room he booked? Why is he asking me? she wondered.

"Back then, I arranged our wedding myself. Here... this was meant to be our wedding suite... But you ran away... You were gone for so many years, and I couldn’t find you."

Sienna wasn’t too happy. Melanie Carpenter was the main wife, so their wedding suite had been in the Desmond family’s ancestral home. As a secondary wife, her wedding suite could only be in a hotel. The difference in their status in Adrian’s eyes back then was clear.

Sienna frowned. "Can we not talk about the past?" 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦

Adrian gently embraced Sienna and kissed her bare shoulder. "Mai, I... I love you so much. Please don’t leave me again, okay?"

Sienna looked at Adrian, puzzled. "Can you stop saying things like that? When have I ever shown any intention of leaving you? As long as you don’t mess around and only have me in your heart, I wouldn’t leave even if you tried to chase me away."

Adrian whispered, "Just now, during the movie, even though you were holding my hand, I felt like you wanted to leave... Did seeing Bella Ford remind you of Melanie Carpenter? Are you worried I’ll abandon you for Melanie again? Sienna, can you trust me a little more?"

"I trust you; can you trust me too?"

"I’m just afraid of losing you... Mai, I don’t want to be alone anymore. You don’t know how I made it through those years."

"Don’t call me Mai. It feels like you’re calling someone else. My name is Sienna Johnson!"

"In my heart, you two are the same person!"

Sienna sighed softly, gently kissing Adrian’s lips. "...Back then, leaving you was hard for me too."

"But you seem fine now. If I’d been any later, you might have already had a child with Kenneth Brown, right?"

She cast a seductive glance his way and retorted coquettishly, "And I thought you and Melanie Carpenter would have had several children by now..."

"Actually, after you left, I regretted it immediately..."

Sienna interjected, "So if I hadn’t left, you wouldn’t have regretted it, right? If I hadn’t left, you wouldn’t have realized you were wrong, correct? If I hadn’t left, I’d have to share you with Melanie Carpenter, wouldn’t I? If I hadn’t left, would you have slept with Melanie on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and with me on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays...?"

Adrian kissed her forcefully. "I know I was wrong. Please stop being angry, okay? Let’s just be happy from now on..."

"Mm, let’s be happy."

Sienna squeezed her eyes shut, consciously letting go of the resentment in her heart and focusing all her thoughts on Adrian. They were good together now; past memories shouldn’t be allowed to disturb them.

They shared intimate kisses, their lovemaking exceptionally gentle. Adrian had also set aside his usual wildness, his caresses so gentle that Sienna almost didn’t feel like it was a sexual encounter.

It felt more like they were tenderly soothing each other’s wounds.

Although this gentleness didn’t give Sienna and Adrian the same exhilarating thrill as before, Sienna experienced a different kind of sensation. It seemed their relationship was changing amidst these delicate caresses and whispered intimacies.

These gentle actions left Sienna with enough energy to embrace Adrian and chat with him afterward. Adrian gently kissed her.

"I never got to say this to you..."

"Say what?"

Adrian carried Sienna to the bathroom for a shower. While softly kissing Adrian’s lips, she said tenderly, "Thank you for saving me from the sea. If it weren’t for you, I would have been eaten by sharks."

"In your Orienta culture, isn’t it customary to pledge oneself to one’s savior? You’re my woman now; you’ve already repaid that life-saving debt. No need for ’thank you’!"

They stood together under the shower. Afraid she might slip, Adrian supported Sienna’s waist with one hand while using the other to test the shower’s water temperature, adjusting it carefully. Once the temperature was right, they began to shower.

As they washed, Sienna started to feel awkward...

No matter how familiar they were, she couldn’t be as ’composed’ as the Sixth Master. When Adrian began to wash her private areas, Sienna squirmed. "Don’t touch there!" she cried out. "And don’t wipe here!"

"Can you stop being so prudish?" Adrian grumbled. "I’ve touched you, kissed you, and seen every part of you countless times... What’s there to hide?"

"How can it be the same? I was unconscious then, but I’m wide awake now!"

Suddenly, Adrian’s ears twitched, and his expression tensed. He quickly handed Sienna a bathrobe. "But the foam isn’t all washed off me yet!" she protested.

"SHH... Hide in here and don’t come out!"

Adrian quickly donned his own bathrobe, cinching the belt at his waist. Sienna clutched at his robe, asking in a hushed voice, "What’s wrong?"

"Someone’s entered the suite!"

"Be careful!" she whispered.

"Stay here!"

"Okay."
