What Slav just did made him forget about Loki completely. This is because the fact that Loki is a reincarnation and a full reincarnation at that simply isn’t as important as the appearance of a divine-grade Metac.

The fact that Loki is a full reincarnation won’t affect him at all unless he tries to capture Loki and extract all of Loki’s memories. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have the gall to do that, and even if he does, he can’t do it because he is currently an instructor, and he can’t do something like that.

So the reality is that it doesn’t make any difference to him what Loki is. But the fact that Slav awakened a Divine Metac is something that will affect his life in a massively negative way.

The more he thought about it, the more he began to sweat.

He didn’t want to have anything to do with Slav, but the die had been cast, and he had to do what needed to be done. So he forgot about Loki for the meantime and went up to Slav.

Then he whispered to Slav, "Young master, I recommend that you go and find your father. You will need his help if what you awakened is a Divine Metac."

Slav nodded in agreement and said, "That’s a good idea."

Muni didn’t dare to covet the Divine Metac at all. All he wanted to do was send Slav away as fast as possible. So he sighed in relief when Slav had agreed with him.

He said to Slav, "Let’s go."

Then he led the way for Slav.

He opened the door to lead Slav out of the sect grounds. As for the rest of the people in the awakening room, he put them at the very back of his mind. They have now become the least of his concerns.

But just as the door opened, Slav blinked and disappeared. No one saw where he appeared next. He just disappeared like that.

He doesn’t actually think it is a good idea to go to Skarg. From what he knows, his father will immediately sell him out in order to keep his life.

He can’t blame Skarg for this because Skarg simply can’t protect him from all the people who will want to take his Divine Metac for themselves. He would also do the same thing if he were in Slav’s shoes.

It is just the smart thing to do to sell him out and wash his hands of the matter of the Divine Metac. Slav knew this, but he still agreed with Muni because he was looking for an excuse to leave.

He needed Muni to open the door for him because he could only teleport with the Space Blink Metac to a place he could see. With the door blocking his way, he couldn’t leave the awakening room.

Far from being angry that Slav had left just like that, Muni smiled and said, "That’s even better. This way, I can say that I don’t know where he is or where he went with certainty when they ask me. It is so much better. How considerate of that boy."

His mood cheered up, and he finally had the mind to bother with the rest of the group. So he turned to them and said with a smile, "I hope for your sake and mine that what just happened won’t lead to our deaths."

The rest of the group was confused by what just happened. They didn’t understand what had happened to Slav, why he had to leave, and why Muni thought that they were at risk of dying, and they didn’t like being ignorant of their impending doom at all.

So one of them, Craig, the one who awakened the Sword Heart Metac, asked Muni, saying, "What did we do wrong?"

His question made Muni sigh and shake his head as he said, "You did nothing wrong. None of you did anything wrong. I didn’t do anything wrong either. It was just our bad luck that one of you awakened a Divine Metac."

"You don’t know what a Divine Metac is yet, so you don’t know just how bad our situation is. Just know that a Divine Metac is very precious and many powerful people will kill to gain possession of it."

"You should also know that those powerful people won’t mind destroying the minds of everyone who knows about the Divine Metac in their attempt to find out everything possible about the Divine Metac."

He shook his head again and said, "It is truly a pity. It is a grave pity."

Then he chuckled miserably and said, "At least my situation is better than the reincarnator in our midst. I don’t have that much to lose."

He was talking about Loki. If this wasn’t clear to everyone, it became very clear when he turned to Loki and said, "It seems you will lose this life too, great reincarnator. What a shame."

It was a good thing that Muni made it very clear that he was talking to Loki because Loki was among the many in the room who didn’t know that the chatter was directed at Loki.

When he finally understood that Muni was referring to him and calling him a reincarnation, he thought to himself, "Not bad for an excuse. I’ll go with it."

Next, Muni said to everyone, "Let’s go. We have a lot to do."

Then he left the awakening room. Everyone followed him immediately, with Loki being in the lead.

At this point, after awakening, Muni would give them a speech about how talent wasn’t everything they needed to make it before leading them to their accommodations. But this time, Muni wasn’t in the mood for any speech.

The speech was given to spur them on and prevent those with poor talent from giving up, so that even if they fail the weekly tests, they would have tried their best and would be able to earn more money after they auctioned off.
