The Hero of Hypnosis-Chapter 358: Let’s see how strong Flaxem is
Kai changed absolutely nothing about the plan, only adding himself and his girls to it. He genuinely thought it was a really good plan, but the resistance lacked strong people, firepower, and he would be that firepower.
"That’s literally the same plan we came up with, except you added yourself!" Osiren yelled, thinking Kai would come up with something different.
"Question." Kai stared the prince in the eyes. "Did your original plan include me?"
"No, we didn’t even know you existed."
"Exactly. Your plan didn’t include me, and since I inserted myself, the plan is different now. Simple logic." Kai looked at his girls and pointed at the prince. "Dumbass."
The prince, rightfully so, became angry, but Sekmala told him to drop it. "So, now that you know what we plan on doing. Can you help us find the ancient temple?"
"Sure. But first, I need to see how strong this Flaxem guy is."
"Flexom." 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎
"That’s what I said. Nadya, you help them locate the temples with your fancy magic. See ya." Kai teleported out of the cave.
"Where is he going?!" Osiren was already annoyed, and after seeing Kai leave, even after explaining what he was going to do, that just set him off. He kept his emotions to himself because Kai was still a demigod, but he wished Kai would take this situation a lot more seriously.
Nadya stood up, walking closer to the map. "He said he’s going to see how powerful Flexom is. Just let him do his thing. Now, tell me where you think the temple is."
"We think it’s here." Sekmala pointed at the map. " We’ve sent scouts to survey the area, and they did find ancient relics there. This doesn’t mean the temple is there, but it’s a good start."
Nadya agreed. "Let’s get moving then."

Kai flew over the Astalith kingdom, past the mountains, and into the western side of the continent. The difference was almost immediate.
The West was filled with large cities and metropolitan areas. Even towns were bigger in size compared to the East. There was barely a village in sight. But that wasn’t all. Their architecture was beautiful, and there were large pyramids all over the desert.
It was a sandy paradise. However, that was only from the way things looked, not from the way people were acting. Everyone looked worse than the people of Dunross. Since it was currently nighttime, people had a curfew, and if they didn’t meet that curfew, they were beaten by the guards or jailed.
"Wow, that’s horrible." He continued to fly until he reached the capital, which he heard from the locals was called Ma’at.
"The city of order and balance." Kai laughed. Order and balance didn’t mean good. Like this place, for example. Order through subjection.
"Did you see that bird that just flew up there?" A local asked. "It was freaking huge!"
His wife popped him in the head. "You need to stop drinking. Let’s go to bed."
Kai landed right below the grand staircase that led up to the castle. He wanted to make an entrance, and what better way to do that than by literally knocking on their front door...kind of.
"Who goes there?!" A guard asked, pointing his spear forward.
"Just a traveler, sir." Kai eaved at the man.
"Well, travel somewhere else. This place is off limits."
"What? I clearly remember the palace being accessible to the people." Kai was talking out of his ass. He had no idea if the palace was open to the public.
"That was the old monarchy, not the new one!"
’Wow, my bullshitting was true. Impressive.’
"Yes, but I have a message for the king. It’s about the resistance."
The guards looked at each other but didn’t buy into Kai’s words
"Scram, or we’ll make you!"
"You’re no fun." Kai tossed the men to the side and kept walking toward the palace.
"STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!"
"Make me."
"With pleasure!"
All the guards attacked, their bodies glowing with tattoos. Each of them was very powerful, and Kai was impressed. But they were still no match for him. They all moved in slow motion in Kai’s eyes, allowing him to dodge with ease.
He slapped one across the face, knocking him into a pillar. One was kicked in the gut, while a man who came from behind was kicked in the face.
Kai blitzed all of them in a second, knocking them all out before they could even register what happened.
"Die!"
"Oops, I missed one." Kai grabbed the arm of the man, then flung him into the palace doors, breaking them open but accidentally killing the man in the process.
"Ouch. I’m sure he’ll be fine." Kai was staring at the remains of the man, who looked like meat paste. "Yeah, he’ll be fine."
"WHO DARES TO TRESPASS ON THE SACRED GROUNDS OF THE KING?!"
Kai completely ignored whoever spoke to him. "Wow, this place is bitchin’! Can I have it?"
Elite guards charged at Kai, but their bodies exploded right before contact.
Kai wiped some blood off his shoulder. "Which one of you is Flaxem?"
"My King, this man insults you!" A person said next to a man who sat on a throne.
"You’re Flaxem? You’re...shorter than I expected." Kai expected the man to be a giant brute since he was the strongest, but it turns out the guy was a complete shorty. He was no taller than 5’5.
"How dare you insult me! Do you have a death wish?!" Flexom stood up and grabbed a curved sword.
Kai’s eyes lit up with excitement. "Oh, cool! A kopesh! I’ve always wanted to—"
Flaxem disappeared from his throne and was behind Kai, ready to chop his head off. Unfortunately for him, Kai literally saw the man stride with his little legs until he was behind him.
He held out his arm, allowing the sword to shatter against his skin, then he grabbed the king by the neck and slammed him against the ground, shattering it.
"Now that’s not nice. I was speaking to you, you know."
Flexom’s eyes were wide with shock as he tried to escape Kai’s grasp, but to no avail. Suddenly, a purple energy beam blasted Kai in the face, but the result was Kai looking annoyed, but his annoyance was quickly changed into admiration.
"Well, hello to you, beautiful." Kai tossed the shorty away. "Wanna grab a room so we can...have sex?"
