The Hero of Hypnosis-Chapter 374: Wanna go hunt some monsters?
"Well, this is taking longer than usual." Kai was lying on a couch in the resistance, throwing a ball at the wall and having it bounce back to him.
Nadya was snuggled up next to him and was sleeping soundly. Others wanted to snuggle with Kai, but he wanted an arm free so he could throw the ball. Karumi, however, did rest on his lap because she was able to turn into a small fox.
Of course, this pissed off Amaya, but she couldn’t turn into a small cat, so she accepted her defeat.
’Wait a minute, I can just give her the ability to turn into a cat! I’m a genius!’
"Amaya, come here."
"Yes?"
"Do you wanna be able to turn into a cat while keeping your abilities?"
Her eyes instantly lit up. "Yes! Yes, please!"
"Your wish is my command." Kai snapped his fingers, and a spiraling mist surrounded Amaya.
She could feel something new in her body, a new instinct, an ability to change her form.
At her will, Amaya changed into a cat the jumped on Kai’s belly.
"Oof!"
"Heh, bitch, now you wont be able to beat me anymore!" Amaya hissed at Karumi.
Karumi started to growl. "Shut up! I was here first. You’re just an afterthought."
"Kai, what the hell?!" Gwen came storming over, grabbed Kai’s toy ball, and crushed it.
"Really, Gwen? Now I have to make another one." Kai made another one, but Gwen grabbed it and crushed it as well.
"Why didn’t you do that for me?"
"Do what?" He asked
"Give me the ability to turn into a really big dragon!"
"Oh. You want that?"
Gwen nearly lunged at him for being stupid.
"Hey, hey, chill, I’m joking. Here." Kai did the same thing with Amaya, and Gwen gained the ability to turn into a massive dragon.
He wanted Gwen to be a large, massive, super-duper big dragon because he thought it was cool.
Gwen thought it was as well. She could feel her power increase and was eager to test out her new abilities.
"Gwen," Kai called out to her.
"Yes?"
"Don’t transform in here. You’ll destroy the place."
"Duhhhh! I’m not stupid! But I really wanna test out this new power. Can we go test it out?"
Kai groaned in annoyance. He was comfortable and didn’t wanna get up.
"Come on, please!"
"But I’m relaxing. I just got back from the temple."
"That was yesterday!"
"And I’m still resting from yesterday. Look at Nadya, she’s out cold, resting on me from our temple run yesterday."
"She didn’t even go with you yesterday!"
"Really? Huh, I forgot."
As they were talking, Sekmala walked into Kai’s room and heard what was going on.
"I couldn’t help but hear what was going on in here, and it sounds like you all need something to do." She smiled.
"No, Gwen does. Send her on a fieldtrip ot something. I’m staying here to relax."
"But there’s going to be big booty bitches."
"Big booty bitches?!" Kai instantly jumped from the couch, waking up Nadya and startling Amaya and Karumi.
"What? What are you talking about?" Sekmala was confused by Kai’s sudden choice of words.
"Huh? Didn’t you say..." Kai realized that Leo was messing with his ears after he heard him laughing in his head.
"Sorry. I thought I heard something else. What did you say?"
Sekmala slightly chuckled. "I said that there is a horde of monsters in the open desert nearby by and you can hunt them if you feel like doing something. We’re still going over mission planning right now, so it might be a while before you get sent on your next mission."
’How the fuck did I get big booty bitches from that long ass wall of text she just said?’
"Kai, can we go?" Gwen begged.
"Fine, since I’m up already. Who else wants to go?"
"I’m down." Sasha raised her hand.
"Pass. I wanna sleep." Nadya went back to sleep.
"I’ll stay as well." Kyana was also tired.
Amaya yawned, "I’ll stay too. I wanna rest. I’m not used to transforming into a cat, and it made me very tired."
"I’m going. I wanna fight monsters." Karumi transformed back into her humanoid state.
"Alright. So, Gwen, Sasha, and Karumi. Okay, let’s go. Wait, where is this place?" Kai asked
Sekmala showed him on the map, and he memorized it.
"Sweet. Let’s go."
Gwen got all giddy and couldn’t stop jumping. "I’m SOOO flying there in my new dragon form! Kai, you’re going to ride me!"
"What do you mean by that?"

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Karumi loved the feeling of the wind blowing in her face as they traveled to the spot where the monsters were.
Sasha, surprisingly, was perfectly fine. Maybe the fact that she was riding on a living organism made it easier on her mind and body.
As for Kai, well, Gwen had him ride in her hands. And no, he wasn’t sitting down. She literally grabbed him with her massive talons and carried him in her hand sideways. She thought it would be funny. Kai did not share the same sentiment.
Her massive wings flapped with power, tearing through the wind as she picked up speed. In her dragon form, Gwen was even bigger than Karumi in her 9-Tailed fox form, and Karumi was massive in that form. That was how big Gwen was.
"We’re almost there!" Gwen shouted at her passengers.
"Can I get down now?" Kai asked
"Nope."
When they nearly reached the area, they saw from afar how many monsters there were. At first, it looked as if there were some kind of large rock formation below, but upon further examination, they saw that it was just how dense the monster population was.
"Holy fuck!" Sasha shouted.
"That’s a lot of monsters!"
"That’s a lot more than just a horde of monsters." Kai could see many types of monsters he hadn’t encountered before, such as sand worms, mummies, giant scorpians, and many more. There were also many types of monsters he was familiar with.
"Let’s start this with a bang!" Gwen leaned her head back, charging up energy in her throat. Her neck started glowing, and when the energy inside her reached critical, she released a devastating breath attack that wiped out one fourth of the monsters in one go.
