The Last King Of Darkness-Chapter 1484 - 711: Infinite Power_2
"Of course."
Asa emphasized.
"I’ve realized now, the Supreme Will is nothing but a corrupted Ancient God, the true master will be the Supreme True God of the future. The power of excrement is unique, becoming the king of devouring excrement is far stronger than being a so-called Supreme Divine Envoy. Beings living in Black Fog can’t even defecate, what’s the point of this world? That so-called Dark Epoch is utterly evil, the master must defeat it."
Rod glanced at him helplessly and decided to ignore him for the time being.
But the Book of the Future still had a hint of doubt: "Is Ak really foolish?"
Asa immediately jumped up as if his critical point had been poked: "Of course foolish, a fool a million times more foolish than you!"
Looking at the two arguing individuals, Rod fell into deep thought.
Is Ak really foolish?
What Asa can think of, can Ak not?
Or is Asa just bluffing? This is something fundamentally impossible.
After pondering for a while without finding an answer, Rod pushed it out of his mind. The King has now become the True King, so these matters are no longer important. Strength can break all techniques, the King could ascend to godhood against the whirlpool of power, like a swimmer with shackles, with a heavy iron ball locked to his feet, yet capable of reaching the end.
Not for any other reason, just because his Spiritual Energy is strong.
Therefore, as long as they are strong enough, neither the invasion of the Blood God nor the plots of evil thoughts are a problem.
The key lies in the word "enough."
The current power of Trolian, compared to the past, is worlds apart, but whether it is "enough" for the God of Contaminated Blood, no one can be sure.
I must become stronger.
Rod thought to himself.
"Book, how long until the Star Tower is repaired?"
The Book of Knowledge answered: "At most one day, don’t rush to awaken the Star Soul; igniting the Giant Star is the most important thing."
Rod glanced at his divinity which had just surpassed 2000, not too far from 2500.
Awakening a Star Soul requires 100 points of divinity, and a gap of 500 points will instantly become a gap of 600, so indeed, igniting the Giant Star should come first.
"Master, the Dream Realm is about to leave the Demon Wilderness. If it can reach the City of Calamity before the Blood God’s invasion, I might acquire a special creation."
Rod nodded, considering it good news. He couldn’t stand the godforsaken Demon Wilderness even for a second; the pain of ten Colorful Dreams he could never forget.
Returning his mind to the present, before him, the King finally opened his eyes. The golden funnel-shaped pupils no longer burned but possessed an unimaginable profound power. Rod didn’t know why, but it reminded him of divinity.
The scene quieted down, everyone gazing at their King, awaiting his words.
Yet the King did not speak, only lifted his head to the sky, and suddenly, he soared into the air. Golden flames spread like wings at his sides, and in an instant, he flew into the sky.
The Holy Fire started burning fiercely, golden flames occupied more than half of the Royal City’s sky. The endless aura of flames rushed forth.
Boom!
A gigantic golden human figure appeared above the Royal City, its entire form composed of golden flames. The overpowering Spiritual Energy surged down, blinding light engulfed the whole world, and the scorching tidal wave unfolded like a storm. The unprecedentedly strong Fire Domain descended, evaporating all darkness, decay, and pollution in an instant, as if the legendary Fire Heaven descended upon the Royal City.
Jon gazed upon the sky, the Fire Source Law within his soul resonating, the aura of fire trembling. He felt his power had exploded by dozens of times.
"Is this the True King of Eternal Burning Fire?" he murmured.
Qingyu, bathing in this unprecedented firelight, exclaimed: "What mighty, glorious power! No wonder the legend says only a True King can defeat the Black Fog and save the world."
Beside them, Xingge, who had already grown up, pouted, her exquisite face appeared displeased:
"I can never possess such strength."
Evela glanced at her in surprise:
"Why do you think that way? He is the True King of humanity; his strength is also ours."
Xingge grumbled: "His status isn’t shared with me at all, my orders are still ignored by everyone, it’s not my power at all."
Her voice was small, only Evela heard it. It was a mindset she had never understood, and she couldn’t think of a rebuttal for the moment:
"Who do you want to command?"
Xingge glanced at her and replied impatiently: "I want to command little brother Rod, to follow me every day, to dress me, put on my shoes, wash my face and mouth."
Evela frowned: "That’s impossible! Lord Rod is the Invincible War God, he must fight alongside the King, defeat the Black Fog, and save the world."
Xingge huffed, disinclined to talk to her anymore: "So boring."
Her voice was drowned in an even louder cheer, as Bossivale proclaimed: "The power of fire is increasing, the Black Fog is retreating from all dimensions, my Spiritual Energy is rising!"
Horus was ecstatic: "A wonderful environment, I can perfectly purge the darkness in the deepest part of my soul; no one can suppress our growth anymore! No one!"
Kai raised his hands, sighing: "Fire is prevailing again, the sun is glad, it should reappear."
The aura of the sun burst forth from his body, mirroring the flames in the sky, resonating together.
In the midst of massive exclamations, the golden sun truly appeared in the sky, beams of golden light pierced through the Black Fog, descending into the Royal City.
Everyone widened their eyes, filled with incredulity. It was the first time they had seen the sun outside of the Sun Festival and Bright Day.
From the sky came the deep voice of the King.
"Thank you, Kai."
Boom!
The unparalleled Spiritual Energy rushed forth, like the Endless Sea falling from the sky.
The enormous flame coalesced into a giant fist, striking midair.
There was no sound, but in everyone’s soul resonated the booming blast, as if something was shattered, pierced through.
The world showed no change, yet inexplicably, Rod felt it was a bit brighter before his eyes.
He was not alone in this sensation, Horus looked around in amazement, as if he couldn’t believe his eyes: "Has the world changed?"
In the sky, another mass of flame arose, forming a second Flame Fist. They stood side by side in the sky, as if grasping onto something.
Suddenly, terrifying Spiritual Energy exploded once more, and the two huge fists pulled apart in two directions. A crisp thundering sound echoed within their souls, like a chain being broken.
This time, Rod felt not only his vision becoming brighter but his body turning lighter.
In the distance, the center of Trolian, in the Holy City, the individuals preparing to maintain the Holy Throne looked in astonishment at what was in front of them. The shell of the Holy King emitted endless white vapor, a mysterious and grand power surged forth.
A brilliant white vapor shot up from the throne, echoing with the distant Trolian Royal City.
Rolling thunder from the sky, within the golden flames, the King swung another punch. A sharp blast was heard, countless transparent fragments fell like scattered flowers from the heavens.
In the Dream Realm, the Book of the Future exclaimed: "I see it, I see it, the light of fire has broken the seal of Black Fog! Ahhhh, I, I’ve digested it, I’ve finally digested this Destiny Energy! Hahaha, Master, I’ve finally taken another step forward, this is the power to control destiny, I’m about to return to the peak of the Book of Destiny."
It spun around excitedly on the spot.
"Master, I want Destiny Energy! Give me Destiny Energy!" 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶
With a mere thought, Rod sent a piece of Destiny Energy into its soul.
The Book of the Future jumped back onto the shelf to resume its digestion.
Rod withdrew his mind, noticing everyone looking at their hands in surprise. They all sensed the world’s change, but weren’t sure what that change was.
In the sky.
The firelight subsided, the Holy Fire returned to calm, and the distant white vapor disappeared along with it.
The King descended to the ground, smiling: "Little Rod, the Divine Body has been fully tempered."
