I dropped Jax and I’s plate on the center table. I was still seated on his thighs but this time, I felt more comfortable and I also had my hands wrapped around his neck.

Jax picked up the glasses of wine on the side table and handed one over to me. I happily drank it, knowing that very soon Jax was going to take me to the other apartment. Throughout our time cooking, Jax teased the hell out of me. There were times I wanted to complain but I was enjoying every moment of it. The kisses, the touches, I couldn’t get enough.

There was a movie playing but we all weren’t really focusing on it. How could we focus when we just had a heavy meal and we’re now drinking wine with our partners.

"Oh, let’s play a game." Bethany suggested as she turned to us. I really hope this was not going to be a game that would make Jax jealous again. "Never have I ever."

"Oh, I’m down." Jax said and I gave him a look. He quickly gave me a kiss on the cheek as if to assure me that everything was fine. "Just to point out, I think I’ve done everything." He said causing Devon to laugh.

"Okay so for this, if you have done something, you drink and tell us the story behind it." Devon suggested and I nodded. I really wanted to hear stories from Jax.

"I’m going to get more drinks." I said as I stood up and went to the kitchen. I opened the fridge and pulled out the bottle of vodka that Jax and Devon got. I took the bottle back to the living room. "So who is starting?" I asked as I dropped the bottle on the table.

"So, I’ll go and It’ll be easy." Bethany said as Devon opened the bottle and filled our cups. "Never have I ever kissed anyone that is not my mate." Everyone drank except me. It was a bit awkward but I didn’t feel bad. I think Jax also likes the fact that I hadn’t been with anyone other than him.

"So, I’ve kissed other girls. I think everyone already knows about it." Jax said and we laughed. I looked over at Bethany because she had never told me about someone else.

"Mine was the head of the kitchen at the mansion. We both knew it wasn’t going to be serious." She said and turned to Devon. Devon looked around with a light blush on his cheeks.

"I had a girlfriend. We broke up shortly before I found out you were my mate." Devon said. It didn’t seem like Bethany or Devon were bothered about their confessions. Maybe they had spoken about it before, meaning that they definitely had a strong friendship.

"Never have I ever kissed someone of the same sex." Jax announced and no one drank. We looked around the room until we bursted out laughing.

"Never have I ever said I love you first." Devon said and only Jax drank which made me smile.

"So before Leonora ’ran away’, I told her I loved her." Jax answered and I felt heat rise up in my cheeks. We still haven’t spoken about it and I thought he didn’t remember.

I cleared my throat. "Never have I ever been jealous." I said and I looked over at Jax. We both took large gulps from our cups and I turned to Bethany and Devon. They didn’t drink as they waited for us to talk.

"There have been so many times I’ve been jealous and I don’t even know where to begin. That night with you and my brother. I think that was the worst." Jax admitted and I gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"One time in Jax’s room with Rachel. We weren’t mates yet. We weren’t even friends." I confessed and Jax wrapped a hand around my waist.

"I think it’s getting boring now." Bethany said and I nodded in agreement. It wasn’t juicy and spicy as I thought it would be. "Never have I ever faked an orgasm." She announced and Jax took a drink and so did Bethany.

"It wasn’t fun so I just lied that I was done." Jax admitted and I almost laughed. It’s impossible to think that Jax would ever find sex boring. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂

"Well, I got tired midway." Bethany admitted. "It wasn’t you." Bethany said as she kissed Devon’s cheek. "Do you guys want to do something else?"

"Honestly, no. Maybe we should actually watch a movie." Jax suggested as I lightly grinded on him. Devon picked up the remote and changed the movie. Bethany got up and switched off the lights.

"Stop doing that." Jax whispered in my ear and I smiled. He was the one that said I should sit on his thighs. It wasn’t me. I could feel him get hard against me. I acted like I didn’t notice and focused on the movie. I took a large gulp from my cup and stretched to pick up the bottle. I poured more into my cup and dropped it down. I adjusted back into my makeshift seat, earning a small groan from Jax.

He held onto my waist and rocked me slowly against him. The movement was so small that Devon and Bethany wouldn’t notice but it was enough to get Jax worked up.

"Do you want to leave?" He whispered in my ear and I shook my head, still pretending that I wasn’t turned on. This was his punishment. "I don’t mind bending you over this couch in front of your friends."

I quickly got up and went to my room. I picked up my bag of clothes and came out. "I will be signing out here. Good night." I said as I took the bottle of vodka. "There’s another bottle in the fridge." I made my way to the kitchen and picked up some snacks before leaving the apartment. Jax followed after me which made me smile.

"Lead the way."
