"You stay here." Bai Xifeng said calmly to Yao Huifang.

With a swift motion of her fingers, Bai Xifeng formed several hand seals. Spiritual energy gathered rapidly beneath her feet. An array formation appeared on the ground, glowing faintly with protective energy. Yao Huifang immediately recognised it. Bai Xifeng was also an array master.

Meanwhile, Bai Xifeng calmly observed the battlefield. Her gaze swept across the assassins, silently counting them. ’Too many.’ However, to Bai Xifeng, numbers had never truly mattered.

A faint, almost imperceptible smile appeared on her lips. It had indeed been a long time since she last fought seriously. One of the assassins rushed toward her, raising his blade. Before his weapon could descend, Bai Xifeng flicked her sleeve.

Bai Xifeng tilted her head slightly. Her expression remained calm and indifferent.

"You should not be asking that question." Bai Xifeng said softly.

The leader frowned. "Why?"

Bai Xifeng’s eyes turned cold. "Because dead people don’t need to know."

The leader’s expression darkened when he heard Bai Xifeng’s words.

"Arrogant girl!" He shouted angrily.
