Chapter 353: Give Me Full Control

"AHHH!!!"

Everyone yelled in fury as they emerged from the portal right in the center of King Mordrak’s castle ground. They run straight to the first demon that they see.

All demons and human servants in the castle ground were startled and stunned to see fifty glowing portals and hundreds of mages and werewolves coming out of it.

The castle ground was the venue for the wedding and everyone in there was busy setting up the decorations, seats, tables, and food. The last thing they were expecting was entering into a fight that they were not prepared for.

Most of their soldiers were stationed in the borders knowing that no one in Vectus could use a portal to get directly into the castle or at least bring a whole battalion straight to their doorstep.

The demons had no choice but to fight the mages and werewolves, while the human servants hid under the tables and anywhere they could flee. The human healers, took it upon themselves to rescue any human that they could see as long as they were willing to leave Kurzen.

"Y-You’re Majesty! We are under attack!" one of the soldiers informed King Mordrak who was in the throne room busy talking with his aristocratic guests.

Murmurs erupted and panic set into everyone inside.

The demon king grabbed the arm of the soldier and dragged him to the corner of the throne room. "What the hell are you talking about?"

"The Kings of Arcanis and Zemaria are here. They brought their mages and werewolves with them. I-I am not s-sure how is it possible, but I think they also brought more than thirty divine mages with them. I thought there were only three divine mages alive in Vectus?" the soldier explained.

"Impossible!" Milda shouted as she approached Mordrak and the demon soldier. "Are you sure they are divine mages and not the elemental ones?" 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺

"Y-Yes, Your Highness! They are attacking every demon they see with their divine magic while protecting others with their divine shield. I barely escape their attack."

"FUCK! Where is the Commander General?" King Mordrak asked, beads of sweat were starting to form on his forehead and his guests noticed that.

"King Mordrak, what is happening?" one of the nobles asked.

"Stay here, I will make our uninvited guests pay for crashing my wedding."

Mordrak signaled Milda to take care of their guest and so she did.

"Did someone inform the Commander General already about the situation?" Mordrak asked his soldier.

"Yes, My King, but he is stationed at the border, as are the other generals," the soldier replied.

Their conversation was cut off by the chamberlain who was panting, "My King! My King! We found where the Queen went!"

"Did you find her?"

"Not yet, b-but the guards found a tunnel under the servant’s house. The same servant is the wife of the farmer of your rare crops and the mother of her previous servant, the one she punished to stay home until the wedding," the chamberlain said.

King Mordrak punched the wall in rage, completely destroying it. "Then what the fuck are you still doing here?! Lead me to the tunnel! We still have time! You must find her before six in the evening so we can get wed."

The chamberlain nodded and led the way, they moved towards the back door, the same exit that Elsa and Beatrice used.

"So, you got your wings back, huh?" King Mordrak uttered sarcastically.

"Where is my daughter?" Nathaniel asked calmly, though his aura radiated wrath.

King Mordrak scoffed and glanced to his left. "I don’t have your wife. I was actually on my way to get her, but your father-in-law stopped me... And as for your sister, she’s inside entertaining my guests," he said, addressing Chris and Andrius, who had just arrived.

"I’ll go find Milda," Andrius whispered to Chris before heading inside.

"So, are you two just going to stand there or what?" King Mordrak taunted before launching an attack at Nathaniel, knowing he had no powers other than flight.

Nathaniel, however, anticipated the attack and successfully blocked him.

At that moment, Chris lunged at Mordrak with ferocious speed after shifting into his werewolf form. The two kings clashed violently, each strike shaking the ground around them. Mordrak countered with dark magic, sending bolts of energy toward Chris, who dodged with werewolf agility.

Nathaniel soared above the fight, scanning for an opening to aid Chris. Seeing an opportunity, he dove toward Mordrak, distracting him just long enough for Chris to land a devastating blow with his claws.

The ground echoed with the sounds of their fierce struggle—growls, spells, and the clash of claws and demon power. Despite being powerless, Nathaniel’s strategic maneuvers and aerial assaults proved useful in helping Chris with the odds against the formidable demon king.

Chris tried everything that he could to match King Mordrak’s power. He fought valiantly, giving his all to save his wife, his claws clashing with the demon king’s dark magic.

A vicious strike from Mordrak sent Chris sprawling, a deep wound opening across his chest.

Chris howled in pain and Yakobo exploded in anger.

[Let me take over, give me full control, Christopher!] Yakobo exclaimed but Chris did not allow him.

’You are still unstable, Yakobo. I’m sorry but I need my full control to win this fight. If I allow you, with the effect of the hecatolite still going on, we might both lose our minds and kill everyone on sight.’

Nathan launched an attack at Mordrak but he was quickly thrown back. Mordrak shoots a shadow bolt at Chris hitting his already bleeding wound.

Chris howled in pain, his wolf instincts taking over. His eyes glowed a fierce red as Yakobo finally took over, totally losing control over his wolf. With a roar, he charged at Mordrak with renewed ferocity, his movements wild and uncontrollable. He was full of fury, unleashing a primal rage.

"Oh no!" Nathan saw what happened to Chris and he knew that from this point, there was nothing that could stop the werewolf king.
