This Life, I Will Be the Protagonist-Chapter 1117 The 23190th Divine Game
Tingo Autumn Deer and DawnCicada had given Rita many World Graveyards, and with the recent ones she collected from the time river, Rita now had a total of five hundred.
She didn’t hesitate to use them just because of any lingering sadness. That would have been pointless. Instead, she meticulously recorded the worlds linked to each World Graveyard, planning to prioritize them when she encountered them later.
She visited Isolated Isle and gave Lightchaser and Ash Cinders thirty first-edition World Graveyards each, leaving them to decide how to use them. Rita believed in returning favors, especially to Lightchaser and Ash Cinders, just as she had with Apache when given the chance.
Nivalis was not surprised by this. In her eyes, Rita had always been this contradictory. She would invite Apache to BS, but wouldn’t give her the Dustfire-level lucky dishes before Apache came to BS. She would still have her guard up when visiting Isolated Isle, yet, given the chance, she would return favors to Lightchaser and Ash Cinders.
After acquiring the first edition of the World Graveyards, Rita created a solid hand for herself.
It was a full house, including six pairs and a flush, forming a Seven-Star Key—[World’s Grave Forest·Mountain Peak].
The nine key skills were very useful. Besides the usual abilities like leaving combat zones and carrying skill equipment, the last three skills were particularly notable:
Skill 7: Cliff’s Edge: Using this skill will revert the player’s personal timeline by 3 minutes (can be used up to three times per Divine Game).
Skill 8: Pleasant Surprise (Passive): Increases the final reward of Divine Game’s settlement by +10%.
Skill 9: Give Me a Chance (Passive): If you die in the game and pay the cost of death, you can revive and continue the game (can be used once per Divine Game).
These skills were incredibly useful.
On the day she gathered this hand, Rita took a picture of her full hand and posted it on her social media.
The Moon Fox, Owlbeasts, and Skycrabs quickly adapted to human customs, with the first thing they did being familiarizing themselves with smartphones. Shadow.Q had gifted them the latest models, complete with all necessary apps. The four leaders also created a small group.
The social media post was shared at 3:01 PM, and Mistblade arrived at Rita’s door at 3:02 PM.
The door was kicked open, and Rita, who had been researching the World Graveyard with SmokeTune in the living room, was startled. Upon seeing the visitor, Rita’s Vine exploded halfway.
Rita quickly gathered her cards and stepped back, saying, "Calm down!"
Mistblade smirked, drawing her long sword. The discomfort of her full house being interrupted awakened, and she said, "Thanks for the reminder."
As Rita and Mistblade ran out of the house, SmokeTune casually opened a bag of chips and asked Nivalis, who was sitting next to her playing games, "Is she okay?"
Nivalis nonchalantly reached out a paw for a chip and answered, "She’s fine. Sometimes she just likes to prank people."
SmokeTune had noticed this too.
Recently, a little trick had spread through the battlefield chat channel: if players wanted to contact BS Rita to buy world civilizations or BS settlement qualifications but couldn’t find her, they could complain about DawnCicada in the chat. This would summon BS Rita with some probability. Complaining about Winter SeaFrenzied Shark worked too, but the chances were lower.
Furthermore, Rita often joked around with them at home. Whether before or after BS became free, she rarely looked troubled. She didn’t like others to "share" her frustrations and pressure. If someone showed signs of being upset in front of her, she would immediately try to make them laugh.
Nivalis asked curiously, "Are you going to participate in this Divine Game?"
"Yeah, the last one took too long. If I don’t join this time, I’ll lose my qualification." SmokeTune answered gently, her thoughts interrupted.
She had even struck a deal with BS Rita regarding this.
She had agreed that during the upcoming Divine Game settlement, she would choose humans as the beneficiaries. The condition was that if Dawn encountered trouble, Rita would take in a certain number of Vineborne based on the gains brought to the BS human race.
She had guessed that BS Rita would agree, but didn’t expect her to do so so easily...
Although there were some... harmless additional conditions, she had agreed promptly, and it wasn’t too demanding.

It was the familiar starting room, stacked in layers. The room’s grid still seemed endless, but all players knew the game wasn’t as lively as before...
[Lania KaiaFat Goose]: I used to complain about some worlds’ players not talking in the chat groups, but honestly, not speaking isn’t so bad. It doesn’t feel as bad.
[BS Crab]: Same here. I’d rather Marmang be destroyed in the war than mysteriously destroyed by the bell.
[MarmangLulumi]: ?
[Lania KaiaWither]: Do you know what’s worse than a world mysteriously destroyed by the pendulum?
[Lania KaiaMute]: It’s when the world using a world skill to protect itself gets bumped by the world invading it!
[Lania KaiaFat Goose]: DawnCicada, speak up!!
[DawnCicada]: Thanks, Lania Kaia.
[Lania KaiaFat Goose]: ...
[Lania KaiaWither]: ...

[Winter SeaFrenzied Shark]: Directly made the Lania Kaia player group fall silent.
[BS Rita]: Is this really not sarcasm?
[DawnCicada]: You think I’m you?
[BS Rita]: SmokeTune, look at her!
[BS SmokeTune]: Cicada!
[DawnCicada]: ??????!
