Transmigrated To A Beastworld As The Lazy Wife Of The Fox Lord-Chapter 73: Sienna’s rebellion.
At around noon, Sienna and Ali were settling on bed for their scheduled nap when a loud shout from outside startled them.
"Sienna Miller, come out here now!"
Sienna frowned. She looked at Ali who was shifting, to run out ahead of her. In a commanding tone, she said to the little one, "Stay here and sleep, I will see what this is about."
That was not the kind of voice someone used when they were looking for peace. Obviously, whoever had come, was looking for trouble.
Ali nodded, laid down properly and closed her eyes.
Sienna walked out, meeting her mother in the living room. Mrs. Miller was from settling Suri and Mira down for the same midday nap, having been convinced by Sienna that these naps were good for growing children.
"Don’t go out just yet, I will take a look first." She ordered Sienna, her tone as commanding as the one Sienna had used on Ali. "I will come and fetch you if it is a serious issue."
So, Sienna walked back upstairs to join Ali on the bed.
Mrs. Miler walked out of the house and saw a group of royal guards standing outside. The leaders were two lion beast women, flashing their weapons loudly as if everyone was blind to tell that they were armed. This group had been sent by the royals, if she had to guess.
Suddenly, Mrs. Abernathy stepped in front of Mrs. Miller. Grandma Byra, who had been chopping tomatoes in the outside kitchen also joined her.
The lion beast woman at the front cleared her throat, "I am Princess Evira, what are you waiting for to show me some respect?"
The three women curtsied, as was expected of them, with their heads slightly bent.
When the princess saw this, she went on arrogantly, "I have been standing here for almost a minute. Why are you all so slow to offer me a seat and refreshments? Must I recite proper conduct for you?"
Grandma Byra nodded her head at a servant. Two more rushed over and brought a chair while a guard carried a small table over.
Princess Evira still looked displeased. She had obviously been hoping to be allowed inside the cottage. But even if she was royalty, she could not simply demand entry into another person’s home unless she was in mortal danger.
All three women knew this, just as they knew that if Sienna came out, so would the pan, or a curse. The princess was one of the most difficult beast women on the continent to deal with.
Why had this titan come to their door?
Soren came by and he bowed respectfully, followed by Kroton. The two teens, who were as close as brothers headed for the door.
Mrs. Miller grabbed Soren’s hand and whispered, "Keep your sister inside."
Soren sighed. "I will try." But, he couldn’t promise anything. The new Sienna was as unpredictable as Princess Evira. In fact, the two of them had no issues with beating other people in front of cameras.
The princess was only sixteen, but her temper was sixty!
"Where is Sienna?" Princess Evira demanded as she took a seat. "Did she not hear me calling her name?"
Mrs. Miller thought to herself, Call! What call? You screamed so loudly that the whole house shook. But she responded with a polite smile, "She is not available currently. Whatever you need, I will take care of it."
Princess Evira flipped her hair back, "Take care of it? Who are you? I asked for Sienna, not her helpers. Tell her to stop whatever she is doing and come out to greet me."
A widow creaked from upstairs, flying outwards.
Three older women looked up, their hearts beating wildly already. They had all all thought it was best to keep Sienna inside, but they forgot to lock the windows!
Lo and behold, Sienna’s voice chimed in. "Little girl, are you the king or queen? Why should I drop everything I am doing just to welcome you? Who do you think you are?"
The three older women nearly fainted!
A small voice was added, "Yeah, who do you think you are?"
It was Ali, poking her head out next to Sienna’s. They both had the same sneer on their faces.
Mrs. Abernathy whimpered.
Mrs. Miller almost felt to her knees.
Grandma Byra lost her strength and she plopped to the ground.
The royal guards were astounded. Their jaws almost fell to the floor.
Princess Evira rose, huge claws and teeth making an appearance. She roared loudly, opening her mouth quiet.
A ball fell from the window, moving at the speed of rocket that had been launched. It almost landed in the mouth of the princess, but the a female guard stopped it, swiping at it with her claws.
The ball fell to the side, unharmed.
The guards’ claw on the other hand: a tip had been broken off!
Many gasps echoed in the air.
"We are trying to sleep over here, keep it down." Sienna barked.
"Yeah, keep it down." Ali barked, as best as she could.
Eli came around, looked at princess and then the window. He sighed and shook his head. "These two foolish females," he muttered. Immediately, he placed a call to his father because his mother was about to start another fire. Possibly, a rebellion!
Princess Evira pointed to the ball. Someone picked it up and handed it to her. With fascinated eyes, she looked at the tennis ball sized round toy which seemed harmless but was as deadly as a sword made from steel! In fact, it was worse because she had never seen steel breaking a claw!
If that ball had fallen in her mouth or on any part of her face, would she be dead by now!
She looked up, gasping and trembling. "Mad human, you have lost your mind. I am a princess. How dare you try to assassinate a princess?" She threw her hand up wards and the royal guards turned their weapons towards the window. "Kill her, kill her for me right now."
