’No way.’ there was a shocked look plastered to Kyle’s face having a closer view of the creature.

"You’ve come in contact with such creature right?" Lisa asked.

Judging from Kyle’s facial reaction she could tell he’d probably faced off eith such beast.

Slowly nodding Kyle’s face contorted into a frown. Staring at none other than the vicious dargon.

"I don’t know much about it, but i can tell you some things. For starters, that right there is a dargon. A crocodile like beast with an opposing prescence and high strength." He calmly said clenching his fist a bit, recalling his previous encounter.

"Hehe! Master is so cool." Falcon grinned excitedly, staring at kyle in awe.

"Dargon huh? I’ve never come across such species before. Is there prehaps a weak spot we could exploit?" Reze said.

As lumia’s lead scientist she was glued to her lab like a gecko to a wall. Occasionally joining the king in his hunting for beasts.

Thereby running a diagnosis on such slayed creatures. Obtaining samples for research purposes and future events.

But never for once had she been met with such an alarming beast. Standing on both legs completely fine, like some humanoid soldier.

As they not only had mind blowing strength, capable of shattering flat sized buildings. But also tough dragon scale like skin, capble of enduring high attacks. And even slowly down dark flames effects by a margin.

"The head~" kyle blurted out coming to a conclusion.

He wasn’t worried about the invasion, considering lumia kingdom had a monster of their own. Troy.

Not only was he a ruthless killing machine with a cold heart. But also a versatile dual ability user, with impeccable grit.

"That’s it weak spot. Focus all attacks on the head and you’ll be able to kill it."

Nodding reze flashed a thank you nod at kyle. Proceeding towards the door, grabbing an energy beam blaster from a safe.

"The teleportation bay is fortunately still functional. There are some travel suits, specifically designed for teleporting below the station pad. When you’re ready press the green button by the wall. There’ll be a countdown before the teleportation pad charges."

Reze explained gauging the energy count, which displayed over 1,000. With that she exited the room, heading off to fend the teleportation bay.

"What?" Kyle asked noticing Lisa’s peering glare at him.

"I’ve earned my freedom so I’m free to leave." He pointed to the golden medal wrapped around his neck. "And I’m leaving."

He coldly spoke passing her without a shroud of emotion.

"You’re right, you’ve earned your freedom to leave. I won’t stop you. Do what your heart tells you, and I’ll follow mine." With that she exited the building down to the platform.

Silence enveloped the room with Lisa’s departure. The air felt way heavier and dense than usual.

"Let’s go." Kyle shrugged his mind already made up.

"I’m not leaving." Aurora suddenly blurted out, stopping him in his tracks.

"Don’t be stupid. You’ve earned your right to go. Don’t waste it by dying for some rich bastards that bet on your death!" Kyle angrily spoke, thin lines forming on his temple.

It was clear he didn’t like the people of lumia kingdom one bit. Seeing them as wealthy, power driven opportunistic bastards. Capitalizing on weak and poor individuals for their self ambition.

"I understand your motive, but you don’t know me." Turning aurora steadily made her way to the door. Her back arched against kyle without waver.

"You’ll die out there."

"Sighs~ so what if i do? At least i died following my heart. Than beung a coward demon afraid of taking risks." She lightly uttered, causing kyle to finally snap.

His eyes glowing a bright red, highlighting his soaring rafe.

"You know.. when we first met, i was wary of you. I mean a demon in the hunger games? Definitely red flag." She chuckled her expression softened.

"But, then you saved me. Not once or twice. It seemed just like a facade to let my guard down, but them you risked your life and came back for me."

"What are you talking about?" Listening to her he couldn’t ascertain where she was headed.

"You had the chance to run when with her when we were banished. But you chose not to. It’s a fool’s decision and sucide attempt if you asked me. But kinda heroic for a demon."

"To cut the story short, you’re not like the rest demons. Are you?"

The explosion provided s hreat escape path, considering he didn’t trust lisa or reze one bit. For all he knew this might’ve been another scheme by troy.

But on the other hand he felt somewaht guilty for the previous unfoldings. As if he hadn’t been transported here by Lilith, then all this wouldn’t have happened.

Nodding they then placed Ron and xia in an escape pod. Located at blind spot below the central command terminal.

The material it was made from was very sturdy and surprisingly light. Guessing it was made from linder, that Lisa had mentioned earlier.

"Alrighty then master, lead the way." Falcon grinned, her eyes beaming with joy. Two green whips formed at her disposal. Clutched in both arms.

As a fox she’d been a battle freak, constantly craving the urge for blood and violence.
