Melissa continued and gave task to everyone present accordingly. They needed to work together as a team.

The looks on the staffs’ faces showed sheer surprise. They were obviously not expecting any of what she just said to them.

They kept nodding in agreement helplessly. It was certain, they would cooperate.

"If there is anyone that has any question on what you are asked to do, you can ask now and we will get everything clarified" she announced.

There was silence in the office. They stared at each other for minutes.

"I take it, there is no question" she concluded and was about to dismiss them when the sales manager started clapping.

The others joined him until nothing else could be heard. They were clapping for her.

"Stop!" the sales manager halted them. "When I was called that there was a meeting. I didn’t expect to hear any of what you just told us. But with the guidelines that you have prescribed, I’m certain this company will turn around" he commended her.

"Thank you so much" Melissa appreciated. "This is not only me. We all deserve the praise and we are going to delay the praise until after everything had worked out in our favor" she said carefully.

Two days later.

There was a shocking development. There were numerous files stacked on Melissa’s desk. It was a shocking experience for her.

The files were about the entertainers of their company that were engaging in illegal and dubious business. It seemed Ana was just a preamble.

She looked through the files. It was full of entertainers that she didn’t expect would be there. Some among them were top popular entertainers that they had left within the company.

And it has caused a lot of problem. Every investors and other entertainment companies were now avoiding them as their name had been getting associated with bad news frequently.

Melissa sighed in exhaustion. This would only make the company grew worse. She knew something must be done quickly before this would escalate.

At a point, Melissa felt skeptical. All entertainment companies had these kind of problems. She wondered why it was only their company that was coming into limelight.

In the past, there was a time when other companies were complaining that their company had too many entertainers.

Melissa felt that those complainers had something to do with this and they were not ready to stop.

The only way they might have been getting these bad information about them was through the activities of a whistle blower or whistle blowers.

Melissa was enjoying what she was seeing.

She pondered about the last comment she read. The commenter was right. Entertainers that breached contract should be made to cover all cost of damages.

She started reading the comments again. The most she had seen so far were positive but she still expected to see heartbreaking ones.

"Punishing companies for crime committed by entertainers should be revoked by the government. The companies are entertainment companies not detective companies" another sweet comment met her eyes and met her heart.

The government was being unreasonable by punishing the companies truly. But they were the government,they made the law.

That was on the part of the government. Melissa realized what she could do. She started an investigation to expose other bad entertainers that were involved in illegal deals.

She promised to be lenient on whoever confessed themselves but she wouldn’t take it easy with those she caught by herself.

That was like telling them to end their own career but she made it as the best available option for them.

Whoever got caught by her would pay for all the damages that their actions had caused the company. She brought out the clause from the contract form that was signed by all entertainers.

Two days later, she had discovered a lot of entertainers who were involved in illegal deals. Luckily, they didn’t confess like she advised which would make them bear the cost of damages.

"We have to implement this on all the entertainers that we discovered to be doing illegal business. There is a part in our contract that orders whoever breaches the contract to pay for damages. Though we have not been following that for some time" she announced.

"But now we are going to revise and revive that part to avoid other entertainers taking us for granted in future" she concluded and unveiled the poster that showed that the company didn’t have anything to do with the names on it.

Those were the names of the dubious entertainer. They would be made to pay a huge sum of money as it was stated in their contract.

That was the only way the company would survive.
