Zombie Queen transmigration into a book-Chapter 167: I’ll follow two of you to explore the island
Selina’s days haven’t been good ever since she pushed Zoey off the cliff. She had to become a plaything of two men just to survive.
"Spread your legs. There’s no point being shy; we’ve already had sex countless times." The man jeered with a lecherous smile, tugging at his lips—his gaze filled with smug satisfaction from tainting such an innocent woman.
He was even glad that Zoey had died; he had been interested in Selina for some time, but never had the chance due to Zoey’s protection. Who would have thought that the woman would die suddenly? "Lucky~"
"I’ll give you more skewered meat tonight... now be a good girl and satisfy me properly." The man muttered in a generous tone, but his grip on her thighs was anything but.
Selina bit the inside of her cheeks to stop herself from lashing out, her eyes filled with humiliation and hatred, as the man thrust in roughly, unconcerned if she was lubricated enough.
He slapped her butt and kept thrusting, only pursuing his own pleasure and making her feel like she was just an object for his satisfaction—cheap.
Tears streamed down her chin; her heart was overwhelmed with regret for not attaching herself to someone more powerful before she let go of Zoey.
Before she could wallow in her emotion, a foul-smelling penis pushed into her parted lips. Selina’s stomach twisted, a nauseous feeling gripping her as the man thrust down her throat—her face flushed, eyes watery as she struggled to breathe under his onslaught.
The men were so focused on satisfying their pleasure that they didn’t notice her discomfort or chose to ignore it, even if they did notice.
After they finished with her, they zipped up their trousers and left, not before one of them said, "You did well, you can pick any amount of meat you want tonight."
Selina was curled up on the grassy ground, her backside red with handprints, and their cum dripping from her mouth and lower lips—her body hurts so much.
’Is it wrong to want a better life for herself?! Why am I in so much pain?’ A whimper escaped her lips as she wept softly, hugging herself to find a sense of security.
The women on the team could only look away and pretend they didn’t see her suffering. They had to protect themselves from external and internal threats, and couldn’t afford to spend more time worrying about her.
...
On the other part of the surface, Eva was sprawled on the sandy shore with her swollen stomach. A hiccup escaped her glistening lips—beside her were empty crab shells.
Ethan shook his head at her lazy figure and told her to stroll around to digest her food, or she might end up with a stomachache again.
"Aah... no... hicc... I want to sleep," Eva slurred, trying to struggle free from his hold, but was too exhausted to move and could only lean bonelessly against his chest. 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖
"It seems you forgot about your stomachache and how your pained whimpers woke both of us up. So, no, you need to walk around until you’ve digested your food. Ethan’s tone was stern, and Eva realized she couldn’t avoid this by acting cute.
’Blame the crabs for being so tasty.’
"Alright..." Eva conceded, a sigh leaving her lips as she strolled along the shore with Ethan’s help.
The water nearly reached the shore before retreating in a gentle wave.
The night breeze was cool and carried a salty smell in the air, with the full moon shining brightly in the sky.
Ethan still marveled at the stars and moon in the sky; what he had ever seen were the artificial ones back in the underground city.
"They are beautiful, right?" Eva said aloud, as the breeze gently whipped her hair and she closed her eyes, inhaling deeply.
"Umm. I’m glad we’re here," Ethan realized the beauty of the surface and couldn’t see himself ever going back to the past.
"We might build a stronghold here, depending on whether the island is safe or the danger is manageable." He told her about their plans, his gaze fixed on the chain of islands stretching far into the distance.
"That’s good. We’ll have a home to return to after a day of exploring. I’ll follow two of you to explore the island, and we need to check on the other two as well." Eva felt relieved and excited, even though she didn’t want to get her hopes up.
"Alright, let’s head back to camp. We need to get some rest for the day ahead." Ethan agreed and headed back to their tents.
....
Meanwhile, four figures moved through the spaceship corridors.
Their expression was filled with nothing but awe and shock—it was practically a whole city in there.
Sections demarcated for resting, cubic homes, a place to grow food... and much more.
The light illuminating the inside was like gentle sunlight, and they sensed there was also a different type of lighting at night.
"The control room should be around here." Randall broke the silence as he traced the map on the wall to a red point.
They could only hum in response and descended the stairs to the lower floor, heading toward a more secluded area.
Grace touched everything she saw, but was careful not to press too hard; she wished she could stay here forever, but knew it was impossible.
Even though the spaceship was ten times better than their current cities, it didn’t change the fact that it was a much fancier cage than the former—what she aimed for was the open skies.
"Can you let the scientist study this ship after we have migrated everyone to the surface?" Grace asked, feeling they might learn from this advanced technology and improve their lives.
Randall, Ethan’s grandfather, and the other older men didn’t agree right away; they exchanged glances before Randall spoke.
"We’ll talk about this later. First, let’s start the engines." He motioned for someone to use their key to open the control room door.
The other man inserted his chip into the concealed panel next to the door, and it opened with a hum.
They all entered. Inside, transparent window panels surrounded the space on every side. Comfortable black leather seats lined the interior, and beside a rectangular table fitted with buttons and a key slot stood a turning lever.
"Old fellow, it seems it’s left up to the two of us." Randall turned to Ethan’s grandfather and nodded before pulling out his key and handing it over.
He took the chip and attached it to his chip. It transformed into a thin black rod. Moving forward with a tap of his cane, he slid the key into the slot and turned it.
The rest stood behind and waited nervously for the ship to turn on, their hearts pounding loudly in their chests.
Minutes passed, and just before they gave up hope, the window panels flickered on with codes racing across it.
[System activated.] A mechanical voice suddenly spoke, startling everyone.
They looked around the room quickly to identify the source, and it spoke again.
[Starting system update. Conducting full checks of the engine and breath quality. No issues detected. I’m Aries, your driver for this journey. Master’s, should I activate flight mode?]
Everyone was left speechless, already knowing they were talking to an artificial intelligence.
"Whoa... this was a project a scientist once proposed as an idea. It’s incredible that a successful version is standing right here in front of us," Grace exclaimed, stepping closer to the screen as if in a trance.
[Master, should I activate flight mode?] Aries asked again after getting no response from them.
"Aries, do not engage flight mode," Leo answered, since everyone was lost in wonder and unable to respond.
[Standby mode initiated.] It responded and stayed silent.
After a moment passed, everyone reluctantly left the control room.
"We need to start packing right away. Randall and I will handle the town. The residents and weapons of the city are yours to take care of," Ethan’s grandfather said, breaking the silence.
"Alright. The restriction on blocking the town from Oasis City?" Elora asked.
"Don’t worry, it would be taken down as soon as you leave," Randall promised, and they all left the spaceship and went back to town.
Grace quickly left town with Leo. She called a meeting, and the plans to move were set in motion.
