Chapter 520: Scaling The Domain Mountain! [2]

While Sebastian swam to the Domain Mountain and got prepared to start the test of the Ocean King, 5 Leviathons hovered in the direction where he swam from as they looked at him quietly.

"This Sebastian is really stubborn; how far do you think he’ll go?" Quad asked while looking at the other 4, not deeming to hide the confusion in his tone.

"Pride comes before a great fall, he’ll fall badly". Lilith spat calmly.

"Lordrock, what do you think. Do you think he’ll be able to...?"

"I don’t know Quad".

"What of you Eder?"

"Anything can happen". This diminutive Leviathon in comparison to the others answered calmly as he looked at Sebastian. "Anything can indeed happen, but I think he’s vastly underprepared, he won’t go far".

Quad finally turned to the last Leviathon in the group. He was not able to call Poker’s name so he simply communicated with his eyes.

Poker behaved like he didn’t get Quad’s hint but he still spoke in a declarative tone. "He’ll fail!"

"We’ll be leaving this region immediately, we are relocating. A personality like Sebastian’s is one that I don’t want in my group".

"If he stays with us, with such a stubborn and adventurous personality, it’ll only be a matter of time before he drags us into danger that we cannot extricate ourselves from".

"If he survives, let him ply his trade here alone, our road together ends here".

Poker’s declaration came as a surprise to the other Leviathons, even Quad wanted to interject but once they thought deeper into it, they kept quiet.

Poker has made a lot of decisions since they came together to form this group but no matter how illogical some of his decisions seemed, they always managed to save their collective lives from expiration in this Domain World.

Besides, Poker’s argument this time was right so the others had no basis to argue with him so they could only agree with their leader’s decision.

They didn’t stay to watch Sebastian’s performance, once Poker turned to leave, the other 4 turned to leave also.

The Domain Mountain was a gigantic masterpiece created by the Ocean King.

The mountain was not naturally formed as the Ocean King gathered mind rocks together which served as the core of the mountain.

As soon as Sebastian arrived close to the domain mountain again, he felt a certain pressure that stimulated him and seemed to amplify his telekinesis abilities again. Mind rocks were indeed some of the more magical minerals in Oceania.

In this state, Sebastian could feel his blood already burning hot but he tried to calm himself down as he finally looked to the top of the mountain.

Sebastian could not see the end of the Domain Mountain yet, but he could already see the obstacles that were before him.

Of course, the obstacles before him were the Domain Beasts that he had already grown familiar with for the past week but these ones were upgraded versions that were not only stronger but were smarter in Domain Beast terms.

The test of the Ocean King was to use only telekinesis powers to scale this mountain, defeating and destroying all the obstacles and getting to the peak where his ultimate inheritance here was kept.

Sebastian had a lot of reasons why he wanted to take this test. He wanted to get the ultimate inheritance, he wanted to get the hell outta here also, and he wanted to use these domain beasts as a means of leveling up faster.

He also saw them as practice targets for him to get more proficient with the new telekinesis skills that he acquired in the past week.

Once Sebastian was ready, he conditioned his mind to the peak state before he exploded forth with speed towards his destination, the top.

Once Sebastian exploded with speed as he started his journey to the top, the Domain Beasts who were originally taking a nap quietly were finally alarmed.

Once the first Domain Beast made the iconic sound that was exclusive to them, it was like an alarm was sounded as the other Domain Beasts quickly took over before turning the area chaotic.

Due to the enormous size of the main warlord of the Domain Beasts, the Indomitables, they could not emerge immediately to confront the intruder but the smaller Domain Beasts were more than fast enough to react immediately.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

In no time, a massive army of Domain Beasts emerged.

This time, due to the slow speed of the Indomitables, the Knights were temporarily the main force as they led the pawn Domain Beasts into battle.

Bzzz! Bzzz!

From afar, they already activated their skills brainlessly as different telekinesis skills were hauled towards Sebastian.

Facing this massive army and their attacks, Sebastian felt like he was facing the whole world but this was not enough to deter his plan.

Once the massive telekinesis wall that shielded Sebastian completely appeared, over a dozen telekinesis attack skills collided with it immediately.

The massive telekinesis wall wavered and held for some time before it shattered. By this time, the force field had already come into effect as what felt like a makeshift gravitational field was created by Sebastian.

All of a sudden, Sebastian seemed to have turned into the sun while all the attacks that were being hauled at him were the planets orbiting around him.

Under the power of this force field, the attacks circled around him with only a minority of the more powerful ones infiltrating.

For these more powerful ones, Sebastian was ready for them. With his acrobatic maneuverability skill active, he was like a gymnastic Leviathon as he danced in and out, evading all the attacks as smoothly as water.

The force field dissipated in no time but before it dissipated, Sebastian already planned ahead and prepared in advance for it.

Having upgraded his mind multiple times, Sebastian’s willpower was abundant and could power his telekinesis skills for a long time which was one advantage that he had over other Leviathons.

In no time, Sebastian closed the distance to the Domain Beasts. Their sheer number overwhelmed him from every side but Sebastian was prepared for them.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The force bombs served as the opening force; they provided the best platform for Sebastian’s telekinesis weapon to make its official debut.

Once the Canary Magic Discs were unleashed, they started wreaking havoc through the midst of the Domain Beasts with impunity under the control of Sebastian’s advanced force control skill.

Pu! Pu! Pu! Pu!

The dozens of discs forming the magic weapons rotated like the blades of a magic helicopter as they chopped the Domain Beasts to death rapidly.

With this combination, Sebastian was able to penetrate the ranks of the Domain Beasts as he finally started his conquest to get to the top.

For the first 10 minutes, he was unstoppable as he dominated with his abilities but after taking their time, the Indomitables finally made their debut.

Woo...!!!

Once Sebastian heard this from afar, he was alarmed but before he could react, the concentrated ball of telekinesis force slammed hard against his skin.

[You have suffered staggering damage!]

Sebastian was flung back like a rubber ball as the warlords showed up.

The test of scaling the mountain was just beginning and Sebastian was prepared for this, he simply switched to plan B.
