Chapter 522: Deducing The Real Test Of The Ocean King.

The outcome of Sebastian’s impressive run spread ripples of shock throughout this Domain World that all the impressive Leviathon groups felt.

Compared to the small-time Leviathon group that was formed by Poker, the big Leviathon groups were all helmed by powerful Red tier Leviathons which gave them the sturdy foundation that they needed to grow so big.

Their connections were as expansive as the numerous webs of a spider and were the reason why they were able to keep track of Sebastian’s scaling progress.

Once they saw this new Leviathon finally being hit by the powerful Knight, as he fell, losing the advantages of his perseverance till now, the outcome of this impressive run became evident.

Just like others, Sebastian failed.

To these powerful Leviathon groups, this was all that mattered. Some of these powerful Leviathons throughout the years already made calculations and concluded that the whole test of their ancestor was a scam from the beginning.

The fact that an abnormally impressive run like Sebastian was still not able to fulfill the requirements to scale the mountain to the peak verified this to them.

To most of them, they no longer had any motivation to take the test since it was guaranteed that they would fail. Their only hope of ever getting to leave this world was to strive hard to achieve the ultimate sublimation evolution.

Once they evolved to the Black tier realm, they would naturally leave the Domain World and though this was a huge goal to climb and achieve for them also, at least, it was not an impossible endeavor like scaling the Domain Mountain.

The most dangerous part of scaling the Domain Mountain if you managed to survive this far was when the repercussions of your actions finally settled in.

By taking the test of the Ocean King, Sebastian successfully disturbed the peace of the Domain Beasts but he didn’t just end at this, his record-breaking run made sure that he completely ruffled the feathers of the Domain Beasts.

Now, the Domain Beasts were out for blood!

As Sebastian’s body was acted upon by a force similar to that of gravity that pulled him down from the height where he scaled the mountain, the Domain Beasts went after him with gusto, they could not wait to tear him apart.

The daring run of this Leviathon managed to agitate them so much that they were now gathered in droves, and in droves did they go after Sebastian.

Originally, Sebastian was still deeply in thought about the deduction that he just made about the real nature of the Ocean King’s test but when he looked up and saw what was coming for him, he was shocked!

Sebastian did not dare to hold back.

At this moment, he was mentally exhausted, he had no access to his magic domain, he was at his weakest point, and an army of Domain Beasts was coming after him, he was totally screwed.

Sebastian blasted off like a sonic beam as in no time, he quickly accelerated to such abnormal speeds that enabled him to leave the Domain Beasts in the dust.

When his life was involved, Sebastian could do anything and at this moment this desire to live was what gave him the energy to engage in this mad swim.

The Domain Beasts pursued Sebastian relentlessly for over 30 minutes before he finally lost them in this massive Domain World.

When Sebastian finally escaped, he was too exhausted to do anything as he randomly found a cave where he could hide and rest.

Fighting non-stop for over 10 days was no easy task. Once Sebastian entered the cave, he swiftly drifted into the sweet world of sleep, he was burned out.

Sebastian slept for 3 days straight before he woke up.

On waking up, Sebastian was hit by a pang of hunger. On feeling hungry, the first thing that Sebastian thought of was Poker and his group of Leviathons, they always made a way for him to feed without struggling for it.

This was when the reality came to Sebastian, he already got separated from the few buddies that he made since arriving in this Domain World.

Sebastian wanted to go look for them, but he needed to feed himself first. For the first time since being teleported inside this Domain World, Sebastian went hunting without Quad forcefully tagging alongside him.

After fighting against such a large number of Domain Beasts, basic survival in this world was no longer much of a task since he could kill as much as he liked.

Though he failed the test of the Ocean King, one thing that Sebastian was happy about was the 3 levels that he got during his mad test swim. Now, he was standing at level 39, just a level from the peak of the purple tier realm.

After feeding himself, Sebastian finally settled down and started looking for his buddies. He went all the way back to the previous lair of the Agas Survival Group but they were nowhere to be found.

After searching for a whole day without results, Sebastian gave up and settled alone as he delegated his time to another priority of his.

During Sebastian’s 10-days scaling of the Domain Mountain, he pushed himself to the limits, and in this strained state was his brain stimulated to pay attention to details that he originally wouldn’t pay attention to in a lucid state.

Sebastian started the Ocean King test as a cheat, he was a purple tier predator but he was an anomaly that could go toe to toe with Red tier predators.

This was one of his main sources of confidence that he would blast the test and come out with flying colors, but the reality was so much different from what he expected.

The more Sebastian persevered and believed that he would complete the test, the more the Domain Mountain felt like it had no end.

Sebastian originally tried to ignore this truth to not feel demotivated, but after being frustrated numerous times, he finally decided to embrace this truth, and the pattern that he discovered shocked the sh*t out of him.

For some reason, Sebastian felt that the Ocean King left a hint about what his test really meant in how the Domain Beasts were programmed.

These beasts were brainless but they moved in battle formations. Despite their brainlessness, through some mysterious means, they always managed to stay in formation like they were being commanded by some higher power.

This was what made Sebastian speculate that perhaps there was one higher Domain Beast that none of the Leviathons had ever met.

This specific Domain Beast was the commander and leader of the army of Domain Beasts, he commanded the Domain Beasts from the dark and had such prestige that all the Domain Beasts listened to him.

His leadership was what really gave the army of Domain Beasts the power that they had; he was the cornerstone of the Domain Beast army.

As Sebastian took this thought route and when he combined it with his speculation that the Ocean King left his descendants a hint in his Domain Beasts, Sebastian’s eyes widened as the inspiration light bulb finally lit in his head.
