Chapter 537: Delivering The Verdict Of Death!

Sebastian literally lost grip over himself on hearing the voice alone.

This was what shocked him most. For an enemy to induce such dread in him from his voice alone that he lost grip over himself, this enemy must be a Black tier predator and not just any Black tier predator.

This enemy must have strength close to the Sea King level or was a Sea King!

Sebastian was lost for words and truly felt sick all of a sudden.

After becoming a Red tier predator and gaining so many benefits in so little time, he felt invisible already, he never expected his bubble to burst so quickly and so casually, and he was depressed.

Sebastian was not depressed for long though. No matter who his enemy was, Sebastian was confident that he at least had what it took to resist for some time.

This was what gave him the boldness to ask. "Who the f*ck are you?"

"I am Prince Poseidon of the Atlantis Empire, and upon the approval of my mother the Queen, I have come to deliver the verdict of death upon you!"

"Surrender now and you may get to live a few days longer, but resist and die immediately!" The anonymous voice turned cold and chilly.

Once the anonymous voice finished speaking, the Annihilator warship that was still on stealth finally left its stealth state, revealing itself in its full glory.

And with its emergence came its only carrier also, Prince Poseidon.

This Atlantian Prince wore golden royal robes that fit his status. He donned a white and golden war armor that seemed capable of protecting him against the strongest blows that the world could throw at him.

He had a stony gaze with a strong face, and a white crown which Sebastian easily identified as a powerful magic gadget adorned his head.

He had blonde hair with a chin full of beards of the same color.

This armor came with a full package, containing leg pads, gauntlets, and other minor details that literally gave him absolute defense against sneak attacks.

His weapon...? His weapon was a royal tall golden powerful Trident that revolved with such powerful mana that Sebastian felt that it could tear the Dungeon of Souls in twain.

Once this self-proclaimed Prince appeared, Sebastian felt a familiar vibe immediately that brought even more dread to his heart.

On seeing this Prince, Sebastian experienced the same feelings that he experienced during the disaster of the volcanic eruption when the showdown between the Rabbit Monarch and the Chosen Athena went down.

Without a doubt, this Prince was a Chosen too!

Sebastian was horrified as he thought of all the possibilities that could have led to this. He tried to gauge the strength of this Prince but he was too low-level, he had no rights here to peek into the realms of the Black tier.

Just thinking about the power that the Chosen Athena revealed that day, Sebastian felt like puking, he wasn’t sure if he was so lucky anymore.

From the display of the Chosen Athena, Sebastian was sure of some details. In his previous life, he knew that Poseidon in history was one of the Twelve Olympians in ancient Greek religion and myth.

He was well known as the god of the sea, storms, earthquakes, and horses. He was venerated as a chief deity at Pylos and also had the cult title Earth Shaker!

Also, he had well-known siblings in the form of gods like Hades, Demeter, Hestia, Hera, Zeus, and a half-sibling in the form of Chiron.

Sebastian’s head literally blew off already as he remembered all these.

Sebastian was not sure about the relationship between the god Poseidon and this Prince, but just remembering the numerous titles of the god Poseidon that he knew of already left him feeling like pissing himself.

He was frustrated. "What sh*tty luck is this?"

"Surrender or die!" Prince Poseidon suddenly spoke again.

"Wait please, I’m..."

"You have 1 second to make your decision".

Before Sebastian could react, the Prince disappeared from his perception and those of the Tower of Sukkot and less than milliseconds later, he arrived beside the tower as his powerful Trident was already striking down with force.

The powerful Trident penetrated the side of the Tower of Sukkot before Sebastian could even comprehend the fact that he was already under attack.

The sound was like those of a thousand rolling claps of thunder!

The shockwave was mighty as it swept the surrounding water in different directions, killing a lot of lifeforms in the process, the world seemed to come to an end and this was just the effects of the first attack.

While Sebastian was still trying to recover from the stupor that he was pushed into from the effects of the collision, the deep voice of the Prince reverberated again as he laughed.

"Hahahahahaha!"

"It actually held still against my god Trident?!"

"It is indeed the legendary Tower of Sukkot!"

"Worthy of being referred to as a legendary magic gadget that is blessed by the primordial origin magic, well let’s see how you fare against my god Trident!"

"Which is stronger, my god Trident or the Tower of Sukkot?"

"Hahaha!"

"Am I facing a lunatic?!" Sebastian became a lot more horrified after he gained a little bit of lucidness but before he could recover fully, the Tower of Sukkot already became subjected to a barrage of other attacks.

Each attack from the Prince sounded like thunder, and it was not just the sound effects. After his first attack, he finally took this clash a notch higher.

The god Poseidon was well-known as the god of the sea, storms, earthquakes, and horses.

After Prince Poseidon channeled his mana, the surrounding water came under his control, lightning descended, and the earth opened and obeyed his will.

With this 3-fold magic attack pattern, Prince Poseidon started bombarding the Tower of Sukkot as Sebastian was rolled about like a ping pong ball inside his tower. His first time riding the tower and all he could say was that it was awful.

It was when Sebastian saw this that he finally became serious. By now, he already confirmed that his life was in danger for real.

He needed to find a way out of this situation or he would die for real.

Once Sebastian finally took this seriously, he activated his force field as the powerful force field that materialized easily stabilized his randomly spinning body.

Once he stopped spinning, Sebastian’s brain geared into overdrive as he started accessing his situation to determine the best way to get out of it.

He was in danger, and he needed to find a solution fast or death would be his only outcome which was unacceptable to him.

Sebastian’s brain moved at the speed of a computer but the damage from the Prince was too much and just seconds since he started attacking, the Tower of Sukkot finally got its first major breach.

"Warning! The Tower has received critical damage!"

"Employing measures to repair surface breach!"

"Lightning Skill: Trident of a Deity!"

The Prince finally spoke again since he started this battle and it was a roar as his Trident stabbed into the tower again.
