As Godrick spoke, the others also remembered what Leon had said before.

"Maybe I’ll just drop a meteor on him or something."

But now, as they stared at the gigantic meteor descending from the sky toward the center of the [Forsaken City], they finally understood that Leon had not been exaggerating at all.

He literally meant he would summon a meteor. And not just any meteor either.

The thing falling from the sky looked like the destruction of an entire world.

The massive purple vortex above the castle twisted endlessly, dark clouds spiraling around it as the meteor descended slowly from within, covered in blazing purple flames and destructive aura powerful enough to make the four players tremble despite being several kilometers away.

Even Godrick, who usually laughed in the face of danger, had gone completely silent.

"...This human is completely insane," he muttered.

Violet, however, was thinking about something else entirely.

At that moment, she suddenly remembered the question Leon had asked her before leaving.

"Do you have a way to revive yourself upon death?"

Back then, she had not understood why he asked something like that.

But now she finally did. Leon already knew from the very beginning.

He knew that once the meteor crashed into the castle, nobody inside would survive.

They watched as gigantic dark tendrils erupted around the [Forsaken Castle], each one massive enough to tower over entire buildings while darkness surged endlessly from them.

The tendrils wrapped around the meteor in an attempt to stop it, their dark aura colliding against the purple flames surrounding the forbidden spell.

The sky itself seemed to scream from the pressure.

Massive explosions erupted constantly as the meteor continued descending little by little despite the tendrils trying to hold it back.

"It’s still moving..." Oasis whispered in disbelief.

And then suddenly—

The tendrils exploded apart.

The meteor surged downward once more with even greater force than before, tearing through the darkness restraining it.

The players could actually feel the overwhelming pressure spreading through the entire city now.

The rooftops beneath their feet cracked. Windows shattered everywhere.

Even the dark fog surrounding the city trembled violently.

And then finally... The meteor reached the castle.

The explosion that followed was so catastrophic that for a split second, the entire world turned purple.

A terrifying shockwave erupted outward from the center of the city, destroying everything in its path while purple flames swallowed the castle entirely.

The four players instinctively backed away several rooftops as the pressure slammed into them.

The air itself felt heavy. Their ears rang violently.

And all around the city, buildings began collapsing one after another beneath the force of the impact.

Every structure within several kilometers of the castle was instantly erased.

The rest of the city shook so violently that enormous cracks spread across countless walls and streets.

And now... He had literally annihilated the center of the city with a meteor.

A notification appeared before all four of them.

For years, she had watched players die over and over again while desperately trying to survive.

Oasis suddenly burst into tears as well while Alicar lowered his head, laughing weakly in disbelief, wiping his eyes.

Godrick, meanwhile, threw his head backward and roared loudly while laughing.

"WE ACTUALLY CLEARED IT!"

The massive demon began stomping around the rooftop while laughing repeatedly like a madman.

"Hahaha! We’re finally getting out of this damned place!"

But Violet slowly shook her head.

"No," she muttered softly while looking toward the crater in the distance, "This wasn’t us."

The others turned toward her.

"If Leon never arrived..." Violet continued quietly, "We would have never escaped this city."

The rooftop fell silent again. Because deep down, all of them knew she was right.

Leon had arrived yesterday.

And in less than a single day, he had accomplished what they all failed to do for years.

Godrick let out a long sigh while staring toward the destroyed castle.

"That human is a complete monster."

"I guess he really wasn’t lying when he said he’d get out of here quickly," Oasis laughed weakly through her tears.

But then Alicar’s expression darkened slightly, "...The meteor," he muttered.

The others immediately understood what he meant.

They simply stared toward the giant crater overflowing with purple flames and destruction.

Because no matter how strong Leon was... There was no way he survived that.
