Overflowing Hidden Feelings: This CEO Is Hard to Please!
Chapter 903: My Love Rival is in the Next Door 3
Everything really did turn out as Edward Hernandez had predicted.
When Victoria Garcia returned with Edward Hernandez, they encountered Arnold Johnson in the Underground Car Park.
"Mr. Johnson, long time no see!" Edward Hernandez greeted with a smile. šš«šš²šØšššššÆšš¹.ššØšŗ
Arnold Johnsonās expression was placid, but his words were anything but friendly, "Mr. Hernandez seems to show up just about everywhere."
"Indeed, I purchased the house next to Victoriaās, so Iām sure weāll be seeing a lot of each other in the future," Edward Hernandez said earnestly with a smile.
Victoria?
At such a nickname, Arnold Johnson felt a burning anger inside him.
"Mr. Hernandez, there are some things you ought to be aware of. Even though you saved Victoria, you must know that she is Mrs. Sheng, Arnold Johnsonās wife, the legitimate Madam Johnson." Arnold Johnson said this as a warning.
Edward Hernandez was not polite in his response, "Right now, she and I are just good friends. Once you two are divorced, naturally we can develop further, canāt we?"
This frank pursuit made Arnold Johnson size Edward Hernandez up carefully.
He was dealing with Arnold Johnson, daring to steal Mrs. Sheng; was he tired of living?
"I know what youāre thinking. You, Arnold Johnson, are very formidable, but feelings canāt be forced. Since Victoria rejected you like that at the wedding, itās clear that thereās nothing left between you but a marriage in name only. Why do you insist on clinging to her and making her unhappy? To love someone is to wish them happiness, isnāt it?"
"Thereās no such thing as āwishing happinessā in my vocabulary, Arnold Johnson. You can forget about it for this lifetime." Arnold Johnson replied coldly, "If you dare to do anything inappropriate, I will make you realize that thereās no such thing as a regret medicine in this world."
"Pursuing Victoria, liking Victoria, Iāll never regret it for the rest of my life," Edward Hernandez declared firmly, unafraid of Arnold Johnsonās threat.
Victoria Garcia didnāt hear any part of their conversation.
When she approached, both men consciously shut their mouths.
"Paul, what would you like to eat tonight?" Victoria Garcia directly addressed Edward Hernandez, bypassing Arnold Johnson completely.
This intimate, everyday query was a direct challenge to Arnold Johnsonās limits.
Edward Hernandez was naturally delighted to play along, responding with a smile, "Victoria, I love braised pork. Could you cook that for me? Please?"
"Sure, weāll have braised pork for dinner tonight then," Victoria Garcia agreed with a smile.
Arnold Johnson interrupted at once, "Victoria wonāt be cooking pork for you. She doesnāt have to cook in our home, so please see to your own dinner, Mr. Hernandez."
"Paul is a guest I invited, so of course Iāll cook for my guest," Victoria Garcia said, dismissing Arnold Johnson outright.
Arnold Johnson, with a stern face, said softly, "Madam Johnson, I havenāt had dinner either."
If necessary, Arnold Johnson would stick to Victoria Garcia, giving no chance for the two to be alone together.
"Then Mr. Johnson can see to his own, too. There wonāt be enough to go around at home," Victoria Garcia said lightly.
Watching Arnold Johnsonās face turn dark, Edward Hernandez found it extremely satisfying, so much so that it couldnāt get any better.
"I donāt care. You are my Mrs. Sheng, and whatever you eat, I will eat," Arnold Johnson said, ready to be as shameless as needed.
Edward Hernandez, do you think Iām afraid of you? Ridiculous!
Arnold Johnson cast a cold glance at Edward Hernandez, not about to let him take advantage of the situation.
Victoria Garcia understood Arnold Johnsonās personality, so she simply replied with two words, "Whatever!"
Consequently, the three of them went into Victoria Garciaās room together...
