A piercing scream suddenly echoed, startling the group en route and making them shiver, all turning to look in the direction of the scream.

It turned out there was a snake that suddenly appeared not far from Su Jinjiang. Seeing a snake in front of her, Su Jinjiang was so startled that she immediately screamed.

Upon seeing the snake, everyone’s expressions changed. Although it’s an outdoor program, to ensure safety, staff would typically scout the environment beforehand, creatures like snakes should have been dealt with ahead of time.

It’s unclear if a staff member was negligent, missing a snake slipping through. This snake looked colorful and no one knew if it was poisonous.

Snakes naturally give people the creeps, not just girls, many men fear snakes too. The sudden appearance of a snake startled not only Su Jinjiang but many of those nearby as well.

Su Jinjiang was particularly afraid of snakes, seeing one appear suddenly in front of her, she was petrified, her first reaction was to scream, the second was to try and retreat.

The surrounding staff scrambled, picking up sticks and stones to rescue Su Jinjiang, but before the adults could act, a small black hand reached over and grabbed the snake at its vital spot.

It was a little boy about eight or nine years old with a backpack. The boy picked up the snake and with everyone’s dumbstruck gaze, skillfully flicked it, instantly making the snake’s body go limp.

The boy excitedly waved the snake in his hand, showing off to his friends: "I caught a snake, mom can roast snake meat when we get back."

After saying that, the boy balled up the snake and stuffed it into the gap in his backpack, clearly planning to carry it with him, calmly indicating it wasn’t his first time doing this, with the surrounding kids looking at him with envy.

A staff member immediately panicked, somehow producing a handful of candies, he asked the boy, "Little friend, would you trade your snake for these candies?"

The staff member meant well, not knowing whether the snake was poisonous, the child casually stuffed it into his backpack, the snake’s life force being strong, if it were poisonous and bit the child...

To the mountain kids, a snake isn’t really anything precious. Seeing someone offering candy in exchange, the boy readily took the snake out of his backpack again and handed it to the staff member.
