Isla Lane was speaking the truth, and Alice Turner felt a headache coming on. She stared at Isla for quite a while and suddenly made a decision.

"Auntie! Stop pestering me. Benjamin Shaw already has a woman he likes, I’ve met her, she’s very beautiful and capable." She decided to push Sophie Snow in front of Isla Lane, hoping she would stop wasting her time. While it was true that Isla liked her, Alice didn’t believe that kind of affection could last forever.

This was the first time Isla Lane had heard this information. Initially, she thought Alice was saying it randomly to get rid of her, but she found that Alice was speaking seriously, showing no signs of lying.

"Benjamin has a woman he likes? When did you find out?" She looked skeptically at the person in front of her, hoping to get a definite answer.

"I’ve known for a while. The woman’s name is Sophie Snow. I have her phone number here, do you want it?" Alice Turner pulled out her phone from her pocket while speaking, ready to give Sophie’s number to the person in front of her.

Seeing this scene, the doubts in Isla Lane’s heart vanished instantly. She leaned over to glance at Alice Turner’s phone, momentarily unsure whether to take the number or not.

"I’ll send the number to your phone." Seeing Isla Lane start to hesitate, Alice didn’t seek her consent anymore and directly sent Sophie Snow’s phone number by message to Isla’s phone.

As for what Isla would do next, Alice could only remain in a state of observation. She had done what she needed to do.

Standing a bit off to the side, Isla Lane saw her phone ring and knew Alice Turner had sent over that woman’s phone number.

"The woman is called Sophie Snow." Seeing Isla Lane remain silent, Alice Turner mentioned Sophie’s name to her once more.

"Auntie! Do as you wish, I’ll be going now."

After handing over the phone number and the name, Alice Turner felt it was time for her to leave. Staying there would affect Isla’s decision-making.

"Hey..."

Isla Lane wanted to call Alice back, but Alice had already left the safety exit, leaving her with only a hurried departing figure.

Alice Turner did hear Isla calling her, but she didn’t know what more she could say. Without stopping, she increased her speed towards the elevator.

As she left the hospital, Alice Turner received a call from Thomas Fisher. When she answered, he immediately complained about her delay in calling him back, "Why haven’t you called me for so long? I’ve been waiting forever!"

Despite the complaints, his tone was full of concern and worry.

"I was out handling some things," Alice Turner said casually, not planning to tell Thomas Fisher about Benjamin Shaw causing a scene at her home. Telling him would surely make him agitated.

The situation was already complicated enough; she didn’t want to make it even more so.

Since she glossed over it deliberately, Thomas Fisher couldn’t see her through the phone and didn’t think much of it. He casually asked, "What were you doing out? Work or personal stuff?"

He couldn’t tell from her tone and state whether it was personal or work-related.

"Don’t probe unnecessarily, knowing too much won’t do you any good," Alice Turner replied with a deliberately cheeky tone, trying to stop him from asking further questions.
