Ever since that night when she left angrily, Lily Turner never went back, harboring resentment in her heart, she didn’t take the initiative to call Sophia Wood.

Now hearing Alice Turner say that Sophia asked about her, Lily didn’t feel Sophia cared about her as a daughter; she believed she wasn’t that important to her mother.
