Early morning, Wu Yun’s internal clock woke him right on time. He saw Qi Fei still sleeping soundly and decided not to disturb her, quietly getting out of bed and closing the bedroom door.

After washing up in the bathroom, Wu Yun went into the kitchen and started making a light breakfast for Qi Fei.

’Looking at the x4 displayed on his Beauty Collector Advanced Medal, Wu Yun couldn’t help but look forward to the reward for reaching x5.’

Seeing it was about time, Wu Yun returned to the bedroom to wake Qi Fei.

Qi Fei stretched lazily in bed and rolled over. The momentary, tantalizing sight made Wu Yun crave a little appetizer before breakfast.

Even with her hair a mess, nothing could hide Qi Fei’s ethereal grace.

"Lazybones! Get up and eat. After breakfast, you’re coming with me to look at houses." Wu Yun was delighted to see Qi Fei’s Affinity was now at 98. ’I can’t believe it jumped so much after we... got closer.’

During breakfast, Wu Yun showed Qi Fei a few villas in Rongcheng he had shortlisted and let her choose.

Villas in Rongcheng weren’t that expensive at the moment. Smaller ones were a little over ten million, while larger ones were generally around thirty million. The rare few priced over fifty million were considered the cream of the crop in Rongcheng.

The options included townhouses, detached single-family homes, and even entire manors.

Most developers in the country focused on townhouses and detached villas. But as a man backed by a system, Wu Yun was determined to get a detached villa with a garden—and a swimming pool would be the cherry on top.

Qi Fei looked at the few communities Wu Yun had shortlisted and picked a name he knew all too well from his past life: Lushan International.

"Let’s go with Lushan International. A friend of my dad’s, his company developed it. Dad even went to the launch banquet. I heard the facilities, environment, and the size of the houses are all amazing! I want to see it for myself!"

Knowing Wu Yun’s budget, Qi Fei had no intention of being frugal for him. Although her own family lived in a villa, it was an older one. These new developments not only matched her aesthetic, but their surroundings were also far superior to her own home’s.

Qi Fei had read the brochure for the Lushan International Community. At over 4,300 mu, it was immense. A typical university campus was only a little over 1,000 mu, making this community comparable in size to three or four universities.

The over 2,600 mu of construction land was divided by a winding line into two equal sections. One was a low-density residential area—the villa district. The other was a high-density residential area, where even there, the housing prices were much higher than in many other parts of Rongcheng.

After they finished breakfast and cleaned up, Wu Yun turned on the GPS and drove Qi Fei toward Lushan International.

As they neared the community, Wu Yun felt as if he were driving into a hidden paradise. He never imagined such a landscape could exist within a city of steel and concrete.

Stretching out before them, the neatly manicured lawns of a golf course rolled over gentle hills. It was obviously a place ordinary people couldn’t afford, a favorite haunt of high society!

The area was divided by a winding line into two equal sections. One was the low-density residential district, where a golf-course-style landscape served as the main theme, weaving through all the villa clusters.

The other section was the high-density residential district, where Lu Town, designed to look like a small European Town, was its heart and soul.

The low-lying valley was a scenic greenway spanning over a thousand mu. The hills on either side of the valley were dotted with layers of villas. The final section was Lushan Town, nestled beside two natural lakes.

The Big Black Bull cruised slowly down the road. Wu Yun fell in love with the place the moment he saw it. Qi Fei’s eyes were sparkling too. She grabbed his arm and said, "Xiaoyunzi, I’m making the decision for you! We’re buying a place here!"

The Big Black Bull pulled directly into the sales center’s parking lot. A security guard, seeing an unfamiliar vehicle, immediately radioed the sales office, completely denying Wu Yun the classic opportunity to show off and put someone in their place.

After parking, Wu Yun opened the door for Qi Fei.

Qi Fei took Wu Yun’s arm as they walked toward the sales center.

Wu Yun looked at the sales center, which was as large as a standalone mansion itself, and couldn’t help but marvel. "As expected of a community they spent three billion developing. They really have money to burn!"

The saleswomen, already notified, all who were available stood by the entrance in two lines, ready to welcome a major client.

"Welcome to Lushan International!" Their voices rang out in unison, causing the other prospective buyers in the hall to turn and stare. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Wu Yun was pleasantly surprised. The service at Lushan International was truly excellent; it really made a great impression. ’Of course,’ he thought, ’I’d never admit it was because of all those rows of long legs.’

’Appreciating beauty is a universal human trait,’ Wu Yun mused. ’It’s not that I’m helpless around beautiful women; I just enjoy looking. In any case, none of them compare to Qi Fei right here beside me, or to Wen Meng and her perfect figure.’

The saleswoman at the front of the line asked politely, "Sir, Ma’am, do you have an appointment with one of our consultants?"

Wu Yun shook his head. "No, this is our first time."

Hearing Wu Yun’s reply, a flash of delight crossed the saleswoman’s face. She then acted as a hostess, leading Wu Yun and Qi Fei toward the reception area and leaving several of her gloomy-faced colleagues behind.

"That hussy Xu Fangfang sure got lucky!"

"A fat commission is about to land right in her lap!"

"I wouldn’t be so sure. Didn’t you see the beautiful woman with that rich kid? She’s gorgeous and has so much class; she puts all of us to shame. And look at her clothes and watch—all high-end luxury brands. Xu Fangfang’s usual flirtatious tricks probably won’t work on him this time."

"But what if he’s actually here to buy a house?"

"Come on, back to serving tea and water for us."

After Wu Yun and Qi Fei settled onto a soft sofa, Xu Fangfang brought over two Lushan International brochures. Handing one to each of them, she began her introduction. "Sir, Ma’am, these are our brochures for Lushan International. We offer spacious luxury flats as well as detached villas. Do you have a preference for a particular type of home?"

Xu Fangfang was full of anticipation. She’d just gotten the notice that a rich kid had arrived in a Lamborghini to look at properties. They knew the car model because all vehicles have to be registered at the entrance, of course.

But even as she was hopeful, she felt a little apprehensive. After all, not every rich kid actually has deep pockets, and the two young people before her looked to be college-aged.

A melodious voice spoke up. Xu Fangfang saw it was the elegant woman beside Wu Yun. "We’d like to look at the detached villas," she said. "Do you have any you’d recommend?"

Qi Fei asked as she flipped through the brochure.

"Sir, Ma’am, Lushan International has several villa districts: Black Eagle Manor, Saint Andrew, Black Ebony Manor, Yuelin Lake, and Long Island."

"Black Eagle Manor and Black Ebony Manor both feature fully-designed and furnished luxury detached villas, ranging from 600 to 715 square meters. There are thirty-two villas in Black Eagle and twenty-six in Black Ebony."

"Yuelin Lake offers luxury detached villas in the ten-million-yuan price range, from 410 to 490 square meters. They feature a multi-garden design, allowing every member of the family to enjoy their own personal garden space."

"The homes at Saint Andrew are a bit smaller, with dual-courtyard villas from 293 to 383 square meters..."
