Reborn for Revenge: I Married A Billionaire
Chapter 80- Collapsing Plan
"So?" Sienna leaned closer across the table and asked Lina in a whisper, "Did you talk to the other hospital?"
Lina nodded with a smile, "Yup. That’s done."
Right now, they were in the hospital café having coffee and snacks.
"And?"
"Of course, they agreed," She grabbed a French fry from Sienna’s plate, "The ambulance will arrive from the back entrance. No one will notice."
Sienna relaxed against her chair and closed her eyes for a moment, "I hope this goes as we planned."
Lina suddenly started laughing under her breath. Sienna narrowed her eyes suspiciously, "What?"
"I saw how Ruby and Mariana got scared when you told them about organ donation. Ha-ha."
Sia rolled her lips between her teeth, but then a laugh escaped her lips too, "You did?"
"Of course, I did. After all, I already hacked all their cameras. And you?" She rested her forehead on the table and started laughing again, "You are the future Meryl Streep. You were so good out there."
Sienna hid her face behind her palms, and both of them laughed harder. A passing nurse gave them a strange look, Sienna had to look away and clear her throat.
"Goodness, Li. Someone might see us like that. I don’t want to get us caught," She managed fake sadness on her face.
"My father just died, and here I’m drinking coffee and eating fries," She picked up a napkin and dried her fake tears.
"My God!" Lina again dipped her head and laughed silently, "Sienna Mason. The next superstar. You are insane!" She muttered while wiping the corner of her eyes.
"Where is your husband, by the way?" Lina looked around, "He is always glued to your ass."
"Yeah. He took the bait and left for the office to attend an urgent meeting."
Lina relaxed back and eyed her friend, "Do you like him?"
"Hmm?" Sienna found the question odd, but she didn’t say anything, "Yes, I do. But not in that way... I mean, it’s confusing, he’s a good guy, Li."
Lina nodded, sipping her coffee.
"Will you manage to sneak out safely?" Sienna asked her quietly.
Lina gave her a confident nod, "Obviously. Your family is too busy protecting your fake-dead father. They don’t have time for anything else. Nobody is going to bother watching us."
Sienna grinned at that and picked up her coffee cup that had gotten cold, "Should I order another cup?" Li asked her in concern, but Sienna shook her head.
"Not yet. Later we will go to Joe’s together..."
"Yeah," Lina held her hand tightly that was placed on the table, "They just introduced their new matcha latte," she announced excitedly.
"Yuck. I hate matcha!"
"Fuck!" Lina’s grip on her wrist increased as she cursed under her breath, "Don’t move. Don’t look back."
Sienna froze for a moment, "What is it?"
"It’s Tom. I can see him through the glass door. He is wearing a mask, maybe trying to hide from the media. Let him go, then you can go after him," Sienna tried to say something, but Lina shook he head, "I can take care of myself. Just make sure to leave George alone. Stay away from your family at the moment. Watch over the dead body from a distance."
Sienna nodded before getting up.
After Tom’s entry, things could get out of hand. They needed to be quick.

"This girl is insane!" Mariana snapped for the hundredth time, "Who even thinks of organ donation at a time like this?"
"Your husband," Ruby muttered, pressing her temples.
Mariana shot her a glare, "Don’t start with me right now."
Dr. Greyson let out a frustrated groan and dropped into his chair. He looked ready to resign from both medicine and life itself.
"The bigger problem is the paperwork. Those documents look real."
"They are fake!" Mariana slammed both hands on her lap, "Sienna must have forged them."
"Then prove it!" Greyson snapped back, finally losing patience, "Because from where I’m standing, those signatures look like George’s."
Ruby closed her eyes. Her head had started throbbing badly. How happy she was because she finally had some money with her.
But now?
Everything was spiraling out of control because of one stupid emotional decision.
"We need to get rid of her," Mariana shook he head wildly, "Send her away. Lock her up. I don’t care anymore."
"She’s not a child, Mom," Ruby hissed, "You can’t just... lock her up."
"Then what do you want me to do?" Her mother cried helplessly, "Your father is lying there, he’s very much alive, while your sister... she is trying to donate his organs."
Dr. Greyson rubbed his face tiredly.
"Either we need to prove the documents are fake or..." He trailed off, not knowing if he should continue.
"Or?" Mariana and Ruby asked him in unison.
Or maybe we should all run and save our asses from the police. The thought filled him with dread.
Ruby slowly lifted her head as an odd smile appeared on her lips, "What if..." She spoke softly, "... we make the body disappear?"
Both Mariana and Dr. Greyson stared at her as if she had gone crazy.
"Come on! You both know this is the only option. What would the two of you do if another doctor checks Dad and finds him alive?" She turned her face towards the elderly doctor, "You might lose your license."
Her smile then widened slightly, "We can act innocent in front of Sienna and can cry with her later."
Mariana and Greyson looked at her with wide eyes.
Ruby raised her one hand and patted her back, "Guys. Admit it and give me some credit. This is the only solution. Make the body disappear and chill."
"Whose body are we making disappear?"
All of them froze when a familiar voice asked them. Their heads snapped to the doorway. Tom stood there casually wearing a mask, and they all could see amusement dancing in his eyes.
"I came here to be with my wife during this hard time and offer my condolences. Seems like you all have joined some mafia club."
Goodness. Mariana thought it was best to fake her own death, too. Because Tom seemed to be someone sent by God to ruin their already collapsing plan.
