Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World
Chapter 887: Glory Be To The Alpha God!
As if to confirm the words of the six-winged woman, multiple arkships and shuttles in the sky aligned their blasters and cannons, aiming them straight at the badger.
"Hahaha, I see that you want to fight!" Sensing the rising tension, the Primordial Badger did not back down at all.
His orange eyes flared with fiery intent, burning the edges of his eyelids and causing bright yellow cracks to spread on his skin from his eyes.
He looked really fierce and ready to take on the whole world if it came down to it.
He seemed to be growing taller, bolder, and even more aggressive. He wanted this.
He wanted it all.
He had already set his legs apart, folding his fingers into fists and preparing to throw them at his colleagues at the slightest opportunity.
"Calm your nerves dearest brother," Said the six-horned man with six eyes and wearing ragged clothes.
The Badger man turned his head and looked at the six-horned man with twitching eyes.
"If not that the three of us were colleagues, I would slap the living shit out of both of you, get the fuck off right now!" The Badger said as his muscles tightened.
As he spoke, some part of his fangs became increasingly visible as they transformed and became more pointed.
The two other humanoids, the six-winged woman and the six-horned man, were both colleagues of the Primordial Badger, also Primordials like him.
And based on their aura and their mannerisms, some may guess their affiliated laws.
For the Primordial Badger, these two were usually the calmest but they also had a level of stubbornness that irked him.
The Primordial Dove of Religion and the Primordial Sheep of Faith.
All three of them were new to the game, having just been privileged to assume their new identity more than two months ago.
When compared to older Primordials like Ralph and Marcus, they didn’t compare.
But the seniority that came with age and the humility of being a junior had completely gone over the head of this Primordial Badger.
"But brother Badger," The Primordial Sheep, the man with six horns and six eyes, spoke calmly and softened his tone.
"I believe that we were meant to station ourselves here and extract the new centipede vassals, just as the three Highnesses had designed.
You coming here and claiming this world as yours is just asking for trouble which I may not be able to stand in for you.
Brother Badger, please be reasonable."
Suddenly, the Badger shifted and grabbed the ragged shirt of the six-horned man. His fiery eyes bore into the six yellow eyes of the sheep and he snarled.
"Call me brother Badger again and I’ll rip your dick out, I swear it.
The All-King has ordered us to expand, multiply, and replenish the Alphaverse.
I need this planet and its resources, you dare go against the All-King’s will?"
"But..." the six-winged woman blurted but was stopped by a telepathic transmission from the Primordial Sheep.
The six-horned man shook his head and sighed, "At least, allow us to remove the centipedes from their nests and transport them to the place that they are needed," He said.
Looking at them having no choice but to compromise, the Primordial Badger smirked and was satisfied.
It wasn’t that they weren’t stronger than him. In fact, the Primordial Sheep was currently one of the strongest and insanely powerful Primordials under Kael.
It was just that everyone knew the badgers. They wouldn’t back down even if their heads were being crushed to a pulp.
They would fight to the end and defend their primal ego.
It wasn’t pride.
It was arrogance, the feeling that they alone were above it all. They hated the word No.
The Primordial Badger took all those traits and cranked them up to the extreme, adding a few superpowers into the mix that made it even harder to fight him.
The Primordial Dove sighed, folding her six wings and powering down. She eyed the Badger with annoyance but didn’t say anything else.
The Primordial Badger was literally a creature that got stronger the more someone challenged his ego. If they fight, even though they would win, it wouldn’t be worth it.
"Humph," The Badger man folded his arms and smiled, "Pack up fast and leave..."
However, before he could complete his words, his eyes opened wide and a look of absolute shock overcame his entire visage.
He turned around fast, that simple motion kicking up an invisible cyclone around him.
"AFTER EVERYTHING!"
The familiar commanding tone of one of the All-King’s consorts resounded out, the soundwaves blasting into the Primordial Badger and rattling his insides.
The ground beneath him cracked as a heavy pressure was dumped on his shoulders. He struggled and still managed to maintain his stance, but his eyes betrayed the sheer shock and a slight glimmer of dread that he felt.
Behind him, the six winged woman and the Primordial Sheep looked shocked as well, they recognised that voice very well.
And they knew this wasn’t the voice of the gentler or kinder consorts who were more tolerant of inconvenience.
This one...this one was more thorough in her actions.
*BAM!*
No sooner had the Badger turned around to look at where the voice had come from than a blue fist smashed into his face from the sky.
With his head moving first, the whole body of the Primordial Badger was smashed into the barren ground.
A massive crater was formed and dust rose into the sky.
The Primordial Dove, still in her humanoid form, flapped her wings and escaped, partially because she was never the target.
As for the Primordial Sheep, he had disappeared somehow and managed to escape the aftereffects of this sudden attack.
Crouched at the center of the newly formed crater was the blue-skinned Wei. Her fist was still mailed into the ground and the Badger’s battered face was on the end of her knuckles.
Her tail swished back and forth, summoning a powerful gust of wind to clear out all the dust.
"After everything we have given you, you still challenge our authority?" Wei asked, her face masked by a deep scowl as she stared into the fiery eyes of the Primordial Badger.
"No..." The Primordial Badger wanted to say when another fist connected with his face.
His head was shoved deeper into the hard earth, creating deeper cracks that spread everywhere.
From above, all those arkships and shuttles that had been on standby instantly shifted in vibe. All the cannons were immediately aimed elsewhere and the lights went off.
It was as if the pilots were afraid that Wei would notice them.
All these mega structures were collectively owned by the Badgers, Sheeps, and Doves. All three factions had come here for different reasons and the Badgers were the only ones who had been ready to open fire as soon as possible.
However, when they saw the familiar blue skin, all that ego that made their heads swell disappeared.
*BAM!*
Another punch hit the Primordial Badger, pushing him deeper.
Again and again, Wei pulled back her fists and sent them back down.
It wasn’t as if the Primordial Badger didn’t want to do anything. He literally couldn’t.
Wei’s knees were pressed against his chest and dug into his abdomen. Two of his ribs were already broken. Wei was an immortal, so her body mass had to at least be equivalent to a really small planet.
The fact that her knees had not yet pierced through the Primordial Badger’s body was just Wei showing restraint.
She could very well kill this Badger with a single blow. As the Water Avatar of Conquering, he was only weaker than Kael.
*BAM!*
Water switched around her wrist as she sent down one last punch. This last punch was heavier than the other ones as it could be seen.
The Primordial Badger was nearly unconscious and his consciousness was fading in and out. His eyes had dimmed and he was dull.
Blood and cuts covered his cheeks and forehead. His nose was broken. One of his eyes had burst into eye paste and his lower jaw had been broken into four parts.
His mouth was no longer working properly too.
The back of his head was cracked and bloody from the constant impact with the hard earth beneath him.
Wei stood up and stepped aside. She still wore a look of annoyance on her face because she knew that this beating would only solve the problem for a while, it wouldn’t eliminate the main issue.
She straightened her palm and waved it violently, wiping off the blood on her knuckles casually.
Looking up, she saw the Primordial Dove in the air on one side. She narrowed her eyes, remembering that the Primordial Sheep was also around here.
Wei looked around, at the same time, Alora and Chloe had arrived and were communicating with those in the Arkships.
Based on what Wei was hearing a lot of badgers would be executed to set an example.
Wei knew that they needed to set a permanent example that would keep the Primordial Badger in place.
He feared the All-King, but that was the only person he feared as no one could have a greater level of Arrogance than the All-King, but that just meant that to the Badger, anyone who was not the All-King was nothing.
Even as he was unconscious, Wei had still seen that condescending look in the depths of his eyes. He did not put her in his eyes at all.
"We may need to send him to Ralph or Blues..." Wei thought to herself as she looked around, cooking up some extreme measures that she would tell the other consorts about later.
Suddenly...
"YESSS!" A loud shout resounded everywhere. It was a loud cry and reverence.
Wei raised an eyebrow and looked to her left where she saw that the six-horned man had appeared again.
But, he was on his knees and seemed to be in a trance.
"The All-King has done it again! The almighty ascends and performs more miracles!
Glory be to the Alpha God!"
