Point-of-View: Dracula

"Hm, I see...evidently, it would seem as though the Dark Continent have caught on to our movements. Have all our spies withdraw before they’re discovered, we cannot allow the humans to learn anything more about us than they already have," I instructed with a grimace.

"Yes, Lord Dracula...but there’s something else too. That nation, Arcadia, they’ve added another Dragon King to their ranks, the Wind Dragon King, and they’re no doubt searching for the Earth Dragon King as we speak," The Vampire making the report responded.

"I expected as much...it’s not a problem. The Dragon Kings may be powerful, but they are easily killable. After all, unlike us and the Demons, they cannot regenerate," I pointed out.

"Still, we cannot take these threats lightly. Four Demons, including the Demon Lord, three Dragon Kings, and that half-breed spawn of the Demon Lord and the Plasma Dragon King...there’s also that human who possesses Contracts with both a Demon and the Slime King," Spoke up one of my fellow Elder Vampires.

"Indeed, humans may be nothing more than glorified livestock, but this one poses a threat."

"I don’t see what’s the big deal...we have the largest army in history on our side! The seven of us aside, we have four hundred Vampires and countless Lesser Vampires under our command."

"I agree, taking over the Dark Continent is certain to be a simple matter, we just need to overwhelm their forces with sheer number."

"We still have preparations to make, and now that the Dark Continent is aware of us, we no longer have the luxury of taking our time. It’s highly likely that they will attempt a preemptive strike against us...the Demons and Dragon Kings are aware that if one of were to perish, all the Vampires that individual has created will also die. With that in mind, they will aim to target us directly," I surmised objectively.

"Yes, the fact that the humans are searching for any Vampire spies by having those around them display their Magic and Skills means that the Demons and Dragon Kings are readily sharing information with the humans. How disgraceful, they may be inferior to us but I still held a semblance of respect towards them...I never imagined that they would stoop so low as to ally themselves with those lowly humans."

"At any rate, we are going to need to move our plans up. We still have a few small groups of human resistance here in the Light Continent, find them and deal with them as soon as possible. If there are any strong ones in those groups, we should turn them to Vampires, we can add the rest to the underground livestock farms," I commanded the Vampire, who nodded before taking his leave.

"Are we not going to make any moves until we’re ready to invade the Dark Continent? After all, the humans are certain to start making their own preparations against us," Pointed out of one of the other Elder Vampires. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

"Yes, that’s a good point...we needn’t panic though, and there’s no sense in showing our hand too early. However, we can at least make things more difficult for them...alright, then, the six of you will pair up and head out, hunt down and eliminate the last remaining Dragon King before Arcadia finds them. I believe the Earth Dragon King is somewhere here in the Light Continent, find her before Arcadia does," I instructed after mulling it over for a moment.

It won’t be long now...it’s only a matter of time before the entire world is under the rule of us Vampires...

Point-of-View: Landis Dianus

"Are you certain?" I inquired with a frown.

"Yes, there’s no doubt about it...several individuals have disappeared, and we’ve received similar reports from the other nations, barring Arcadia. It’s highly likely that those individuals were Vampires, they must have caught on that we were trying to find them by having our citizens undergo tests to display their Magic and Skills in order to prove that they’re human. We did try to be as discreet as possible, but since this was something that inevitably needed to be conducted on such a large scale, word must have spread faster than we’d anticipated," Replied Commander Aries.

"They certainly acted fast...it seems the information about the Vampires we got from Arcadia was correct, they’re a cautious bunch. They likely blindsided the people of the Light Continent when they took over the place, and they must have spent decades, if not centuries, making their preparations to pull it off. The fact that were able to take over an entire continent without us even noticing is nothing short of terrifying," I remarked with a grimace.

"Yes, I agree...the Knight Order is already taking steps to bolster our defenses and tighten security, but we’re up against a frightening enemy here. So long as the Elder Vampires stay alive, any forces we cut down can easily be replenished, and if that wasn’t enough, they could turn our own forces into Vampires if they get the chance."

"Send a message to Arcadia, let them know about these latest developments. The Demons and Dragon Kings are a lot more familiar with the Vampires than we are, so they should have some insights to our current predicament," I replied.

Damn it, just as things were finally starting to settle down in the Dark Continent, with peace looking like a real possibility after so long...and now it seems like that’s going to go out the window.

The odds are against us in this war that’s fast-approaching, and even if we do emerge victorious, I highly doubt that we’ll be able to do so without suffering heavy losses in the process...
