Chapter 1008: Ch 1008: End of the Supreme Battle

This time, Draegor used some kind of unique skill and immediately his body started of change even more. Horns came out of his head and wings came out of his back. His skin also suddenly got scale like texture.

So with the use of this unique skill, Draegor turned into a humanoid dragon. And after checking his new stats, Elena and Zata both were impressed. Currently, he was about 50 percent stronger than his previous self.

So with this massive boost to his stats, the battle this time around was very different from the previous one. Now that the Emperor’s body had the protection of the dragon scales, Miyamura was unable to continue hurting him with his regular attacks.

Now only his technique and art boosted attacks were able to hurt the emperor. And even they were not doing any significant amount of damage. Not just that but the attacks of the emperor had also became much stronger after his STR stat was boosted.

So this time, Miyamura was unable to match the emperor at all and after just a few dozens of exchanges, his head was blown off and he died. But that was not the end for this round.

Using his death to supply his lifeless body with some kind of mysterious energy, Miyamura performed a newly learned pre prepared special sword art -

[ Last Struggle Before Death ]

This was a move that Elena herself had created for Miyamura with her new insides about sword and Miyamura had shown his incredible talent with this weapon by learning it in a vert short period of time.

This move was inspired by Elena’s own signature sword art [ Last Stand at the World’s End ] and it was incredibly powerful.

But depending on who was the user, there was also a limit to how strong it could be.

So with this move, even though Miyamura managed to finally land a semi fatal blow on Draegor, it was not enough to kill him.

As this move had a healing prevention effect of the highest order, Draegor was having a hard time getting his wounds healed even with his incredible regeneration capabilities. But still, as Miyamura had died for the second time, he had lost this battle very decisively.

That was why, as he revived once more, this time, he did not gave off the killing intent. He was very convinced currently, the Otrefiona Emperor was definitely stronger him.

Even Elena was impressed by how powerful Draegor actually was. She had known from the very beginning that as Azusa father, the Otrefiona Emperor was definitely very strong. But still his real strength had managed of surprise her.

As the battle came to an end, Draegor was unsure about what to do next. He had already understood that there was a misunderstanding and miscommunication between the both sides. But he was having trouble bringing that up.

So it was Elena who made the situation to become a lot simpler. She smiled at Draegor finally introduced herself and Zeta.

She did not go into too much details and just gave their names. Then she requested him to have a conversation with everyone while calmly sitting down and having some tea.

Draegor was glad that this suggestion was brought up. So he simply just nodded his head and showed his willingness to do exactly that. Seeing this, Elena simply snapped her finger and everyone found themselves in the reception room of Azusa’s castle again.

With this snap of her finger, Elena had not only teleported the four people who were in the void for the battle, she had also brought all the my maids and the other ladies in too from the gates.

Not just that but Elena also served some special tea made by her own self to everyone present here. As soon as the people drank this tea, they felt that their mind had became much clearer and they were feeling extremely calm.

Now finally Azusa was able to explain the whole situation regarding the first Prince to the emperor. This was the maids’ first time hearing about this too so all of them were very surprised and angry at the same time.

All of them were already very hateful about the first prince Dominic because even in the past, he had tried to get in Azusa’s way again and again. He was also responsible for spreading various vile rumours about her.

And now that he had actually tried to assassinate their mistress and had almost succeeded in doing so with the help of a mysterious foreign orginisation, all the maids were burning with murderous intent.

But as they were currently in front of the emperor himself, all the maids did their best to hold back this killing intent as much as they could. Showing Killing intent for a prince in his father’s presence was idiotic and stupid.

As for what reaction the Otrefiona Emperor himself had, it was a very subdued one which did not match his earlier boisterous personality. But that made a lot of sense.

As he had lost his previous family at a very young age, the Otrefiona Emperor was extremely protective of his current one. And even among his many children, he was actually quite fond of this extra ambitious first prince.

Actually, Draegor was not displeased one bit with the fact that his son was planning to kill him. He was very confident that no matter what he did, he would be able to survive. But trying to kill his absolutely favourite child, his gem, the First Princess Azusa was unforgivable to him.

But even then, the emperor could not bring himself to give a death sentence to this child of his who had taken the wrong path in life. So the Otrefiona Emperor made the decision to life imprison him in a special space.

This was a very generous punishment but it made sense as the Otrefiona Emperor really really liked his family. Even though Azusa wished that something more drastic would be done to him as the punishment, she did not say anything against her father’s kind decision.

But there were something against which the Emperor did not show any kindness. And that was the orginisation which was responsible for his son’s wrong turn in his life. So he decided to go all out on them them to destroy this troublesome orginisation from the roots.
