Firstly the target supreme needed to be in a weakened state. Against a completely fine supreme, the success rate of this method was abysmally low. But against a weakened supreme, this chance would shot up.

Firstly, a skill would be used on the supreme. The name of this skill was "Blessing of Transcendent". This was a positive skill that was always effective. Resisting or blocking it was close to impossible because it had no negative effects at all.

Then a very special material would be used. This material called Stella Regina was something that Zeta was familiar with. It was something that was created as a byproduct when the universe had started to develop its own origin energy.

This material had similar effect like the Chaos energy but without any benefits. So it just made people who had no affinity for the Chaos to feel weaker and terrible. This effect made this material a very potent poison. One of the very few that was effective on even a supreme.

After these two steps, finally the method would enter the last stage. Another skill would be used on the target. This skill was also a buffing skill and it’s name was "Potential Booster".

Just like the previously used Blessing of Transcendent, this potential booster also had a similar kind of effect. It could make someone’s abilities to break through their limits to be stronger.

But as these two skills with very similar effects boosted the target at the same time, it would create an adverse reaction. Two positives here were actually equivalent to a negetive.

Because of that, instead of the limit going up, it would actually decrease below the current power level of the target. This way, the currently high level powerhouses would suddenly become lower leveled than what they actually were.

That would be exactly when main component of the plan, the item made by the will of the universe would be used. This item had the power to capture anyone who was below the rank of a supreme. Even a level 8999 powerhouse would be effected by this.

And now that the supreme’s actual power level had went below the 9000 mark after the adverse reaction, even they would be effected by this item.

And even thought this item was not capable of enslaving a supreme directly, the supreme was unable to break through its control even after getting rid of theirs weakened state.

So even when the supreme was going to recover their strength, they would still be affected by this item. So there was no fear of the captured supreme suddenly attacking the master.

After learning the whole plan, everyone was impressed. If they could actually pull it off, then there was a decent possibility that the Otrefiona Emperor could actually get controlled by them. Not just him but many other supremes would also have trouble defending against this method of attack.

But this truth did not make Draegor to feel fear. Instead he started to feel excitement. It had been a long time since he was in the centre of a lot of danger and he was actually missing this feeling.

While Draegor was getting more and more excited, the negotiations between Asseli and Dominic was coming to an end. After some time, Asseli had contacted the head and had gotten her approval to give Dominic the reward for three orders for his supreme Father as long as he was able to sneak in seven members of the orginisation to where the Blood Dragon Ceremony would he taking place.

Seven was a high number and normally the first prince was only able to bring in four people with him to the place where the ceremony would be taking place. But now he needed to bring in three more.

But Dominic did not complaint about this. He knew that because he has suddenly changed his reward, the orginisation was not very happy with him. So if he tried or negotiate even more, there was a high possibility that the orginisation would just ignore him and find someone else.

That was why, instead of complaining, Dominic decided to use some of his privileges and his supporters to bring the three extra men in. He was definitely capable of this as the first prince.

Soon time passed and it was night time. In a hidden underground room, Draegor was standing in the middle of a super large scale magic circle. His upper body was bare and his extremely powerful and impressive muscles were in full display.

The magic Circle was shining with a very ominous black and red light. Just looking at it was making people to feel scared. Obviously something capable of effecting a supreme and which had the range covering several worlds was definitely a very scary thing for regular people.

Currently, there were several high ranking officials and top class nobles present here on the room. They all were looking at the emperor in awe.

But normally, the Emperor would be alone inside the scary magic formation. But this time, he had two more ladies with him. Both of them were god tier super beauties with extremely good and voluptuous bodies. One of them had bright golden hair and another one had relaxing sky blue hair.

Obviously they were Elena and Zeta. Draegor had brought them here as his bodyguards and had not explained anything else. Even though the retainers were confused for a moment, as soon as they felt the peak level 7999 aura coming from them, all of them stopped thinking too much about this in order to respect the displayed strength.

Elena and Zeta were not doing anything except for just standing inside the terrifying looking magic formation and they were not even effected by this at all. Which did surprised many people.

A level 7000 plus general had tried to see if the formation only looked scary or not without having any real threat. But as soon as he touched it, almost all his life force was drained away.

This display had made Elena and Zeta to be even more mysterious and the people present here now had no question about these two ladies being the body guard of the Otrefiona Emperor.

Just like this, all the preparations were done for the Blood Dragon Ceremony and now Draegor just needed to start it.
