After the Blood Dragon Ceremony, the mood of all the citizens of the Otrefiona Empire was extremely good. They were feeling that they needed to enjoy themselves in a festival.

As the citizen were thinking this, suddenly the emperor announced that a festival was going to be held throughout the whole empire. And this was a going to be a festival that was never before seen in the empire, a food festival.

Even though really high level individuals did not need food for sustenance, there were actually very few who had completely stopped eating. And sometime, eating could actually help with someone’s growth. For example, eating a high level beast or monster meat was definitely going to increase the stats or even levels of a person.

So the idea of this festival was very easily accepted by the population. There were also many chefs who were looking forward to showing off their skills during it.

This festival was announced suddenly but that was actually not a problem. With the use of magic and various skills, preparing everything needed for the festival was going to take less than even an hour if the emperor went all out.

So after the announcement was made, only about 3 hours later, all the preparations for this festival was done. With bright light everywhere and various stalls on the side of the roads, it was clear that this festival was going to be very fun.

Just as the people started to wait for the festival to officially begin, another announcement was made by the emperor. And this announcement was about the creation of a brand new universal orginisation.

But unlike most orginisation, this one was going to focus on cooking and food. There were definitely a few orginisations of this kind for the lower level individuals but in this new one, even the super high level individuals would have a reason to join.

As Draegor was a martial artist, he needed food more than the users of any other systems. And even though he was not really an experienced cook, he was at least able to roast or fry things. But his main duty in the orginisation was going to be that of a supplier of high quality ingredients.

And this was also one of the super benefit of joining this orginisation that he was talking about. One of the reason why it was hard for a high level individual to became a chef was the lack of high level ingredients that matched their levels. So even if someone had the wish, they would not have the means.

But that was not going to be a problem anymore. Elena was going to supply all interested members with some amount of high quality materials for them to experiment on. This was definitely going to be a very enticing offer for many people.

Other than that, the members would also get to eat food made from high quality ingredients on a daily basis. And by high quality, Draegor made sure to told everyone that they could even get their hands on materials which were above the level of 8000.

This simple announcement made many people bewildered and surprised. They had never heard of a high level orginisation like this. At the same time, they were also very interested and a little bit excited to check out what kind of food this new orginisation had to offer.

The emperor had also mentioned that more details about this would be explained by the founder on the opening day of this orginisation. So the people were also looking forward to that.

While the excitement and interest of the people toward her orginisation and the food festival was increasing, the Founder herself was busy producing a huge amount of food.

The amount of food that Elena was preparing, it was more than enough to feed more than a few trillions of people. As this festival was going to be held all over the Otrefiona Empire, this much food was a must.

And even though she went making so much food, she was not really cutting corners. Elena was making all the food to be the absolute best but it would not make someone to die from how good it actually was.

At the same time, she was also making special food with high quality ingredients for the high level individuals. These foods would not just be super tasty but they were also going to be more beneficial than the raw and wrongly cooked foods made with the same ingredients.

This way, she would be able to give a direct example to the high level individuals about what kind of awesome benefit they could get from joining her orginisation.

Elena had also planned to created two departments. One internal and another external. The internal department would only have cocks and food researchers. They would be the true backbone of this orginisation of hers.

As for the external department, this would consist of people who would be providing various cooking materials for rewards and benefits. There would also be people who were enthusiastic about eating good food. But, they needed to reward the cook well in orders to taste these amazing, member exclusive dishes.

This would be the basic structure of her orginisation. If there was anything that needed to be changed, she could do that in the future. Elena had very high hopes for this orginisation of hers.

She not only wanted to find ways to cook high level monsters. She also wanted to find ways to produce better crops, fruits and such.

Elena also wanted others to follow Agmi’s example and try to cook various impossible things like metals, elements, stars, stats and even concepts. She wanted to improve the food culture of this whole universe by her own two hands. This was what Elena had in her mind when she had thought about the concept of this organisation.

But for everything to happen as she was planning, she first needed to be successful in making many people happy with her cooking and resonate with what she wanted to accomplish in the future. So that was exactly what Elena was focused on doing for the time being.
