We are The Protectors.

At the twins’ apartment. Jully and her friends are watching the live news as five members emerge from the bank and the man in a black suit announces that in front of the media after rescuing the hostages from bank robbers.

Jully and Jussica immediately recognize three of their classmates standing next to that man.

"WoW!," Jussica said, raising her brows. " Now, that’s a surprise? Bully, the victim and the poorest student in the class joined together and created a hero team."

"Hahaha, yeah. Very surprising..." Gwen sat next to Loughed. Yuna added after her best friend. "And cringe!"

"Saving people looks a little cool.’’ Jully muttered.

"Yeah, I also want to come in the news,’’ Jussica said to her.

"That’s not what I mean." Jully pinched Jussica.

"Ow!," Immediately freeing her arm Jussica rubbed the spot where she pinched her. " I know what you mean Miss Kind."

Because of Jully everyone starts watching the news, the world is really turning into a mess, like some kind of superhero comics.

Crimes, abilities awakening, rifts. So much is happening in the world though no other unknown creatures appear yet. The people who believed in Alien’s existence, their beliefs became facts.

Those who believe in a God their beliefs become stronger.

And who believed devils increased their cult activities, some crimes were mentioned in the news like kidnapping and mass killings in the name of god and devil’s victims are both innocent people and poor animals who had no way to protect themselves..

Seeing that type of news on social media and TV.

Their hearts were shaken, they really wanted to do something to help.

Jully actively wants to use her ability to catch criminals and Jussica knows that.

"Go and ask Victor’s mother, sure she will let you do hero work," Jussica said in a little teasing tone.

"I never said I want to go out and do hero work," Jully denied immediately. "I only said it was kinda cool. Nothing more.

"You’re just scared of her."

"No, I’m not!, You’re the guilty one so you should be worried, not me!"

After the first day visiting Victor, they went to meet Victor again almost every day. He starts talking a little more with them, and to Jully, it appears he starts thinking of them as his real friends.

Just the second time when they visit Victor’s place, his mother said to show them their abilities without thinking much they did as she said, thinking she must be asking out of her curiosity.

But they were wrong, her goal was to let her sister— Miss Liza copy their abilities. Luckily, she just copied. They were scared for a moment thinking she had stolen their abilities

Coping other people’s abilities is Miss Liza’s ability. And they had no problem letting her copy their abilities. After all, the stronger Miss Liza and Miss Elizabeth are, the safer they would be.

They even provide new jobs to their parents with better pay compared to older ones. Also, her idiot friend Jussica really liked Victor and his family since his mother hired a special nurse for Jussica’s grandmother even though her grandmother is healthy, she got someone to talk to for 24 hours.

But, going there every day she started noticing a little weirdness in that family.

First was the overprotectiveness of Miss Elizabeth toward Victor.

Victor’s about to turn 15 and yet he had zero knowledge about sex, was that normal? Well, not to her they had known before they were 12. He didn’t even go to school like normal kids.

And when Victor was not around his mom actively threatened them that if anyone had dirty thoughts about her son or tried to teach him anything weird she would kill them, who would say that, maybe overprotective of the girl.

They were shaking at the time she really meant that, she would really kill them.

It was all Jussica’s fault, she wanted to tase him, talking about dirty things, but somehow mother found out. Jully had no idea how his mother knew what they talked about inside the room, maybe related to her ability.

If not for Miss Liza she is sure they would all be dead by now.

In her eyes, he appeared like a poor caged bird, without any friends. Being born in a rich perfect world after all, everyone has sacrificed something, a poor thing sacrificing his freedom.

"I don’t know why you’re so scared of her." Jussica Said. "She was just a normal mother, who feared some bad girl might steal her child or lead him astray."

"And who that bad girl might be?,’’ Jully asked, looking at her with narrowed her sharp eyes.

"Hehehe, me, of course ’’ Jussca laughed.

Looking at her Jully shook her head. Here, her friend Jussica is still thinking, she’s just a normal mother. Victor’s mother appeared crazy to Jully, but Jussica also appeared the same to her. No, not just crazy, but Jessica is also an idiot. How can she say that woman is just a normal mother? Didn’t she see her rage that day? She would have really killed them if not for Miss Liza stopping her.

"I will pray I won’t find you dead, in some dark alley.’’

"Are you praying for me or cursing me?"

Every looking at both of them with smiles.

Only Jully wants to do some hero work, actively help others. While, Jussica just wants to appear in the news as a popular and filthy rich, also to have a cute, rich, brave, strong husband who loves her and does everything she says.

Twins don’t care about anything. Everything is a show to them and they’d like to watch.

Norah is different. She is sitting quietly next to her friend Mulica. Her mind is not present in the room; her mind is somewhere else.

She has a secret. She likes Victor. Since then he first talked to her in the club room. But she is never going to tell anyone. She thinks she is not worth it for him, she wasn’t even beautiful like others. Why would he like me?. She thought of clinching her skirt in her fists.

She looked toward Jessica.

Jessica was closest to Victor, she could easily talk with him unlike her who always stay quite at corner looking at everything, while envying others.
