A police officer fired rapidly at a 6.5 feet tall gry wolfman behind him which was approaching closer and closer. The police officer tried to move faster, his stomach hurt, but he still tried to run faster, yet it was no use. The next second, a big sharp, clawed hand ripped his heart out of his chest.

Retreating his hand, the wolfman took his heart to his mouth and ate it.

Soon, when the Protector team reached here, they saw all the chaos.

Passing through everything when they reached the front.

Orma fired a larger beam fist, a hole appeared in Wolf’s chest, it let out a soul-piercing growl, but it did not drop dead.. It starts regenerating, filling the hole in his chest. "What the hell?!"

"Target their head or destroy their heart completely, they will probably die! ’’ Alex said loudly so every one hear him.

He looked at the one wolfman coming toward him at high speed. Alex created a thin sharp horizontal barrier wall in the air in front of Wolfman, it ran over serving its own neck before its headless body on the road.

In the next second, Alex heard a notification in his head. You leveled up.

His lips curled into a smile.

If he chose to level up with goblins he needed at least 50 goblins to level up.

And here he has just done it with one wolfman.

But, leveling up recruitment is gonna become harder and harder from here. Now, he needs to kill two wolves to level up again

With every level up his strength is going to keep increasing, moving toward a superhuman level.

At level ten his ability is gonna level up too.

Wearwollfs stopped for a moment looking at him, as they were scared of him.

Varun moved fast, in a blur of motion toward Wolfman, which was closer to him.

And in the next second, everyone saw Wolfman’s head falling on the ground, Varun’s right hand red with blood.

Then he moved toward the next target and the same happened this time too.

But, Varun doesn’t stop, he appears from one target to another, his speed is too fast for his targeted wolfmen to do anything.

Alex only saw a blurry image whenever Varun moved.

Damn, bastard leave some for me!.

Alex cursed in his mind, as Varun one after another killed every wolfman, some fled back. Alex wanted to stop them but they were out of his ability range. He can only watch as they disappear into the Rift.

He felt angry in his heart and also remembered that in school Varun had thrown the legacy orb. He felt hatred toward him, deep hatred. If not for this bastard, he would be much stronger compared to his current self.

People who saw the wolfman run back in the portal, cheered and roared. As Varun walked back toward his team with casual, heavy steps filled with strength and pride.

His posture is straight and tall like a mighty king came after winning a war.

What he’s showing of cowered, greedy lizard bastard...

As sensing his gaze, Varun’s eyes meet his directly. Alex smiled and nodded at him before looking away. . He doesn’t want to get on the bad side. This bastard is too overpowered and he needs him to survive in the future.

Or he would die just like his last life; whether he had the ability or not would change nothing.
