In the end, it wasn’t just a single barrier that appeared in the way.

At certain intervals, there would be another similar invisible barrier that appeared in front of me.

But after being caught off guard by the first barrier, I had already figured out how to look for these barriers.

I had created a circle of divine energy around me and the moment that I felt something coming from the circle of divine energy, I knew that there would be something else there to cause that reaction.

The reaction that came was the same sensation as before where the divine energy was taken away from me.

Just from that reaction, I was able to tell that there were more of these barriers that were in the way.

When I arrived at them, I found that there were the same words that were on these barriers.

So without any hesitation, I drew out another drop of blood and sent it to the barrier.

Once the drop of blood made contact with the barrier, the same thing happened where a door was opened for me.

It didn’t seem like there was any resistance at all with the way that I smoothly progressed through all of the barriers that were in front of me. But the way that things progressed made me more and more confused.

"Why are there so many barriers in the first place? Not to mention that all of them require blood to open..."

If it was something that was created to weaken any intruders that came, then it didn’t make sense since a single drop of blood was enough to open them. Though there had been several barriers, it wasn’t as if these several drops of blood were enough to weaken anyone.

After all, the blood that I gave was nothing more than a normal drop of blood.

There was nothing special at all about the drop of blood that was sent into the barriers, they were just normal drops of blood that one could get from a cut or anything else. None of these drops of blood should have had any special essence that would have been draining to draw out.

"The words on the barrier, it keeps saying that blood will tell...but what will blood tell me?"

The only thing that I could figure out was that the drop of blood was important since it was the one thing that was common for all of the barriers.

From the way that the barriers reacted, there was no mistaking that the drop of blood was what was opening it.

So the only logical explanation was...

"Is there something special about my blood?"

The way that the barriers had phrased it, the test itself should have been related to the quality of the blood. It wasn’t about what kind of power was in it, it was about some kind of special quality that the blood possessed that reacted with the barrier itself.

Which meant that it would mean that my blood had some kind of special catalyst.

"The creation divine energy."

That was the only logical thing that I could think of in the end.

I already knew that this place was related to the God of Creation since there was the last inheritance of the God of Creation just ahead of me. So the barriers should be things that were also set up by the God of Creation.

Which meant that these barriers were most likely tests for the one that came to claim it.

Even though that should have explained it, it didn’t feel like things were settled like this.

No matter how I thought about it, it really felt like there was some kind of other explanation that was hiding from me. It felt like there was something about all of this that I was missing.

If it was something normal, then I wouldn’t think too much about it.

But since it was related to blood, it really felt like there was something deeper that I was missing.

With a sigh, I continued forward.

There were no clues for me here, so it wasn’t as if I would be able to figure this out.

The only thing that I could do was keep moving forward and hope that I would be able to find some kind of clue as to what this was.

But in the end, I didn’t find anything.

In fact, even the barriers had disappeared after I passed the tenth one.

All of the barriers had been the same, all it took was a single drop of blood to open it and pass through. There was nothing that changed no matter how I tried experimenting with these barriers.

But after passing through the barriers, there was another stretch of empty land.

The only thing that told me that I was heading the right way was the flow of the divine energy.

There were large amounts of divine energy that was gathered in this space behind the last barrier. The flow of this divine energy was immense as it seemed like everything was being compressed in this space.

For all of this divine energy to be compressed like this, it was clear that I was getting closer to the center of the divine realm.

Whatever it was that was gathering this divine energy, it was condensing this large amount of divine energy.

If I was weaker, I certainly wouldn’t have been able to resist all of this divine energy around me. If the other relic users were with me, they certainly would have fallen to their knees from this concentration.

So there was no need to mention a normal human, not that a normal human would have been able to come to this place to begin with.

Eventually, I was able to see what was at the center.

In fact, it was so large that I was able to see it long before I even reached the center.

"Is that a statue?"

Not only was it a statue, it was one that I was familiar with...
